The website was not updated but a note on the door said they were closed. That was issue #1 with unprofessionalism. My second issue was that Silver Knight sends warrantied laptops back to the factory. Silver Knight cannot perform warrantied services on MSI equipment they sell. The problem was a day 1 issue with a RAM bank. MSI in the process of diagnosing a simple RAM issue wiped my disk clean. Basically, I brought a computer I purchased there for warrantied service and it was returned to me completely useless. I have been going through a laborious process to return the computer to a minimal level of usefulness. I would not purchase MSI computers and I would not recommend them for IT support.

Once Sirius had my money, however, they stopped returning calls and stopped responding to emails. When sporadic responses were provided they did not include any actual updates but instead provided nothing other than excuses. The excuses ranged from the now familiar "I've been in the hospital" to "my email isn't working" (which is ironic from a tech company). I finally reached Devan on the phone and he stated someone was building the crate for delivery and that I would have tracking information two days later and delivery the following week. This was another false statement as both time frames have long passed. Other than some sort of fraud, it makes no sense for a company to take several thousand dollars from people and then pretend to carry out their orders.

So patient with me as he stayed on the phone with me to run an assessment of my printer.... He even advised me that it would be cheaper to buy new as, together we ascertained that it indeed was my printheads that needed replacing 'at great cost' mind you....so, a new printer it will have to be. Thank you Mr Dodd, you went 'above and, beyond' in trying to help a person in need....even when there was no gain to you... I am SO GRATEFUL!

It's in a rundown building and also slings flooring jobs out of the same building. The inside looks like the aftermath of a repossession of the property, and I was quoted a different price over the phone than what I received in person. But, this is Fayetteville were talking about. I went against my better judgement and allowed the tech to replace my iPhone screen, because this business does so $20 cheaper than anyone else in town. Within twenty minutes the screen was replaced and in good fashion. NOTE: this is an after market, third party screen. It does not fit completely snug in the phone, you'll notice it sticks out more than the factory screen. Also, if you've done your research, you know that these third party screens are cheaper, and have widespread issues with apple's 3D Touch function. I too experienced this issue with my new screen, and found the 3D Touch function now unusable. Not a big problem since I didn't like it anyway, but it's something those who enjoy the function need to be aware of. Because of this I deducted a star. All in all, it's a sketchy place, but they did the work promised at the lowest price in town, the tech was friendly, and I'm overall satisfied with my repair aside from the diminished functionality and quality of the new screen.

Stopped in to get phone button replacement, phone wouldn't boot up, got there when they opened over…read morethe weekend. First open sign was on but door locked, soon as I pulled the locked door the young man came out and unlocked the door along with a lady who was behind me, the young man looked at the phone and told me if I knew the age of the phone and said it was five years old. The store phone was ringing off the hook and the associate was not thrilled at all. The lady behind me said you need more help or someone to answer the phone, he replied "the boss is a cheap ass" that put à damper on things, then he told me there was nothing to do and to buy a new phone as it's cheaper than the replacement. 150 for the repair is cheaper than a 500 dollar new phone, Yeah.. time to leave... The last time I was in that location for a broken screen there was no issue the older gentleman who was there was great friendly and very helpful and taken the time to replaced the screen. After returned home I searched Google there was a work around the power button and I got the phone to reboot. The strange part it work around was posted by ifix posts. Lesson learned, don't go on the weekend. Cheers ** Update for 5/9/26** Went to west Fayetteville location to have CPU swap on phone, gentleman working was great, he knows his craft and very dedicated and loyal employee. I understand why the gentleman at the Skibo location was upset mostly due to mismanagement by the owner of the Cumberland county location's and not knowing if their locations will close due to mismanagement. The gentleman repaired my phone in 30 mins and there was no missing information or problems with any part of my phone. The handful of employees left working these locations are very dedicated to their craft and to the brand. Management a different story. Good luck moving forward to these employees! Cheers!
