This store is completely useless. It is an unaffiliated franchise and they can't really help with…read moreanything and the staff revels in their ability to be useless. We signed up for T-Mobile internet in 2024 and were the victims of a sales scheme to sign people up for the service even if they weren't technically in the service area. At first they sent us a device that was only capable of providing about a week's worth of service before it ran out. Instead of admitting that they sent us the wrong device, they added more whatever to that device and by the end of the month, we owed $400 of which they refused to give us a credit. When they finally sent us the correct device and the service was weak, they suggested that we order a Nest system that was $200. We were able to use the system for almost a year when it began to fail last week. The company has now admitted that a sales person used our old address in order to sell us the plan because the address (two blocks away) where we live now, isn't in the coverage zone. As a bonus, since we have been using our hot spots so much, they have throttled our phones and we have almost no service on those. What a horrible company! We now have a more expensive plan with Spectrum and the service is so spotty that we can't watch tv in our bedroom or use our laptops in the office. Loving this experience!

We went to renew prescription flea and have used their services for years. It used to be you get…read morethere early, wait in line and expect an hour tops if you get there early as we did today. Arrived at 9:45, it is now 12:10 at the writing of this review. The new system had you signing up online or with QR code in the store resulting way longer wait for a service that is only scheduled from 10 until 12. We get there early only to find our we are number 45, walk around the store (which might be a tactic to buy unnecessarily) then we walk the dog at Lowe's, come back and we are now 26. If you do the math an average time was 15 minutes, simple math is we would not be seen for hours due to this scam of overbooking. We got our notice to be seen at 12:25, we had returned home and made an appointment for Petco. Lesson learned, things changed, Tractor Supply vet service is an over booked waste of time.
