She literally was standing in a section clearly looking for a specific item and one of the many staff members didn't offer to help. She was there for a good bit. Sadly, another man came to the same area and someone immediately asked him if he needed help. I witnessed this from another area and this was not cool. The staff needs to be aware of this and notice ALL customers at all times in my opinion.

I made an appointment and brought all of the items with me. The lady (her name escapes me), helped my pick out colors to match the items, frame, glass, etc. I did have to put a payment down when placing the order and made the remainder of the payment when I picked it up. The piece turned out beautiful! Even better than I had imagined.
