Tommy had another guy return his call, but didn't bother to inform him what the call was about. My nephew was summarily dismissed with a "we don't do that." They worked tirelessly to overcome various challenges along the way, and was always happy to make tweaks and adjustments as we went along. He was fairly priced, and despite the project likely running well over his original time estimate, he continued on until the job was completed flawlessly. A lot of contractors might feel compelled to rush a job and cut corners in that situation, but Miguel never did. This was on a Saturday afternoon, so I was impressed with his punctuality, a rarity these days across the board. We set a date/time and again, he was right here, on time, with a proactive text alert on his ETA. A few days later, I received a competitive quote/bid. Both my neighbor and I agreed Vinyl Pro was the preferred choice for our "good neighbor" fence project. The existing wood fence had been virtually destroyed by termites. A couple weeks later, before the Holidays, foreman Tony visited for a final field/project inspection and to procure a deposit (approximately 50%). Again, Tony was on time per agreement and sent an ETA text ... yes, punctuality and communication are important to me, so this was very comforting. Installation was promised on January 5th, 2026 and again, I was sent a text from the installation crew Joe and Cruz that they were on the way that morning. By the time I had returned home that morning, the old fence was gone and the new vinyl fence was already half installed. These men work efficiently and clearly take pride in their craft.
