Luckily we won't be doing business with this company or suggesting to anyone else either for that matter simply for the poor customer service provided by a very rude woman who answered the phone. My company inquired about a job a few weeks ago. My co worker said he spoke to a man when he first initially called. Did a follow up and again spoke with the young man. His name was Joel. Needed to inquire about another small job that came up but was met with very poor customer service and my questions weren't answered so I will be going through another company. One who's more professional with longer time and experience as I am too old to be dealing with cattyness in a business setting. Wow!!! Just like that!!! Joel did an awesome repair job on short notice. The iron rail of our sliding gate was damaged when a large truck tried to go up our driveway. Joel was able to easily repair the damaged rail and now it's like new. Joel took less than an hour to complete the repair. Honestly I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of work completed. I was not certain what to expect as I have never used this company before but the pride of workmanship shows with this company.
