"Which color, we have lots of choices." When it was done being coated Chris told me he could deliver it. They did a fantastic job and the 3 pieces are really great looking. I tried to install it this week and my drill bit quickly got used up. I sent Chris an email asking if he knew of someone who could install it. He immediately responded and said he would install them. Later that day I got a call that he was at our home and asked if it was OK for him to install them even though we weren't home. We got home an hour later and they were installed. I emailed him to find what what I owed him for the installation? He said, "Nope". This company is amazing. Great work, great customer service and a happy crew of workers.

Paul and Isaac were great to work with from start to finish. They came out to take measurements, discussed the design we wanted and our rail was fabricated and installed in less than two weeks. I recently worked with Efficient Ironworks and couldn't be happier with the entire experience…read more Paul, the owner, is truly exceptional. My deck has a lot of odd angles and was a complicated project, but Paul made everything feel easy. He was extremely communicative--texted me back right away, came out immediately to give me a quote, and always answered every follow-up question I had. It was genuinely a pleasure working with him. My custom-designed railing (64 linear feet) was hot-dip galvanized and took about six weeks from start to finish. Paul recommended a matte black finish because the hot-dip process can leave slight irregularities, but it ensures the metal will never rust. He was absolutely right--the final result is stunning. The railing was installed the day before my birthday party, and we made it just in time. All of my guests and neighbors were blown away by how beautiful everything turned out. Paul is professional, reliable, and highly skilled. I would honestly ignore any one-star reviews--they do not reflect the quality of his work or service. I look forward to hiring him again in the future for a security gate and more ironwork projects. Five stars, easily.

Great fab work from this shop…read more Dropped off my 2019 Tacoma back in April '23 for a CMR (cab mount relocation) and the turnaround time was quick and completed with quality install. Welds looked clean and has held strong since April. Bare metal was covered in Steel-It so I haven't seen any rust developing yet. Price was very reasonable and very competitive to other shops I had received a quote from. The shop isn't too hard to find but it's located on private property and isn't a part of an industrial area (as I was expecting). You'll be finding yourself in a neighborhood, which you'll need to walk through the front gate and into the back to let someone know you're there for some work. However, their shop is professional with tons of projects going on. Only drawback is the shop is quite far out in the hills of East County, and there's no cell reception out there, so you'll need to use their guest Wi-Fi if needing to get a Lyft/Uber. Be advised that it may take a while to find a driver to accept a ride when you're out there.

I had hired another guy that did a horrible job attempting to install my new gate but had to stop him as he was damaging the concrete mounted posts and had no experience. But lucky enough Abe the owner of Level Up was referred and his expertize was exactly what my project needed. He concrete mounted my new gate and fence. Abe and his crew made sure it was straight, secure and installed correctly. His skills had him modify some metal brackets to secure the gate and upgraded some bolts and screws to much heavy duty versions for better reliabitly. He was dealing with sloaped concrete which made our project more challenging to make it look level and straight. We could not be happier with the result. I only wish I met him earlier.
