Matt did a great job on the shared neighbor cedar wood fence installation. Looked at three separate bids and his was the most competitive. What made him stand out the most though was his attitude of going above and beyond and not cutting corners. The conditions of the install were under 90+ degree weather, rocky soil filled with a tremendous amount of large roots, and just overall back-breaking labor. Yet despite all these inconveniences during the install, you wouldn't really know because he handles them for you and you just see the stellar results. He's honest, personable, and extremely communicative by either text, call, or email. You don't have to worry about being pushed in a direction you don't want to go and he's extremely patient. I had a wooden fence that was rotted and needing replacement; about 80 feet of fencing including a gate. Matt gave me a bid that came in under my budget. He removed the old one and installed the new one with his partner over a Friday and Saturday. He also did maintenance on another gate that balanced it and made it like new. Matt just created and installed two new gates and associated fence sections for us - one in cedar and one in redwood. One gate required working with the existing fence and adding many feet of height to it, creating beautiful custom piano lattice to let in light while providing security and beauty to our back deck. We weren't sure how to secure the backyard and Matt came up with this idea that saved us from creating probably 50 more feet of fencing while enhancing the deck space. Both new gates are solid, beautiful and fully functional. We are 100% thrilled with Matt and Andres' work. They left our property cleaner than they found it.
