In hindsight, that decision quickly backfired, and I now regret not choosing ECTR from the start. When my trailer needed extensive work, including some last-minute repairs and shotty brake/accent light customizations, I ended up searching for a reliable local option to figure it out the correct way! I'm so glad I eventually found them!!! Justin, Kari and their team took excellent care of me and had everything dialed in in no time. Their professionalism, expertise, and quick turnaround exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of quality work on their trailer.

They charged me $521 to replace the driver side hub. I leave from their shop and park it in my garage. I leave for a trip tomorrow and as I pull it out to get ready, the wheel is making noise. Thank god I noticed the noise. As I jack up the trailer the whole damn thing they supposedly repaired came out. Just look at the pictures!! How would they even re-repair this if the trailer is out of commission?? Should I even trust them to re-repair it?? Update: after a few emails and phone calls they sent the technicians over who forgot the cotter pin which caused the hub to come loose. They brought new hubs and replaced it in my garage, promptly. They apologized for the mistake and made sure to not repeat it again.

Despite the distance, I keep coming back because I trust them completely. They've always taken great care of me, done excellent work, and even saved me money along the way by being honest about what actually needs to be fixed. I can't say enough good things about the quality of their work, their professionalism, and their efficiency. They get me in quickly when I need service, and they work fast to get me back on the road without cutting corners or rushing the job. Highly recommended. Robert, Mike, Jim, and Ed are all stand-up guys who really know their stuff and treat customers right. The rest of the crew deserves credit too, even if I don't know them all by name. If you need RV work done and want it done right, this is the place to go.

That's when I realized how fair they are. Overall, their work and their service were outstanding. They are good natured people that I trust and with whom I can share some laughs. Furthermore, they were fast. The lot was packed with coaches, but only a week later, the trailer was done.

I would like to write up and share my personal experience working directly with Bob at Coachwerx…read morefor over 10 years. I've taken 3 of my vehicles to him over the years and received nothing but quality work, excellent communication, and amazing service every single time. In 2015 I took my black 2009 F150 to Bob for some dents in the door. This is when his shop was over in Lakeside/el cajon and he worked directly with my State Farm insurance, repaired it quickly and it looked brand new. He even fixed a few small dents in the rear fender that I didn't ask him to. More recently, last year (2025) I took my 5th wheel trailer to Bob, as the stickers on the front cap had been disintegrating and wouldn't come off, and they had ruined the paint. I asked him to remove the stickers and then repaint the front cap the original white color. His team did an excellent job, finishing the work quickly and it looked better than it did when brand new. Finally, I just recently (Jan 2026) took my 2016 F250 to Bob as I had accidentally backed into the hitch on my 5th wheel and put a dent in the tailgate. I brought it over for his team to look at, and they took the tailgate off and kept it to repair so I could keep my truck in the meantime. Within a week they had repaired it and asked me to come by so they could reinstall it and adjust everything. His team went above and beyond the already perfect repair to the metal and paint, and reassembled the handle, did some extra work to help me out with a tailgate soft close shock I had installed that had broken, and helped sort out some issues with my backup camera. In my experience working with Bob and Coachwerx for both vehicle and RV repair, as well as paying out of pocket and going through insurance, I have had nothing but great experiences and received excellent service. I would personally recommend this shop, and I'm happy to be a referral for anyone who is considering it.
