He installed first stair railing on Feb 8th.  Not only does the stair railing have awkward spacing but they installed the whole thing crooked.  They also burnt our flooring by welding the stair railing inside the house.  They made a huge mess of black hand prints on our walls and didn't clean up after. I am attaching the picture of the stair railing.  Once we asked him to correct all the problems, he never responded and switched off his phone.  However, I got emails demanding me to pay for the second installment. Worse, the address on the second bill is different from that of the first. I called the address associated with the number and Antonio, the owner of another metal works company, responds. He promised me to send $3450 back and keep the railing.  He didn't respond after that.  When called the next day and he said he can't help us and it is not his business.  However, he SPOKE to Frank (mind you he didn't respond to our emails, calls or texts) and they decided not to do anything about it. We are still waiting to hear from them about their plan.

I tried to install it this week and my drill bit quickly got used up. I sent Chris an email asking if he knew of someone who could install it. He immediately responded and said he would install them. Later that day I got a call that he was at our home and asked if it was OK for him to install them even though we weren't home. We got home an hour later and they were installed. I emailed him to find what what I owed him for the installation? He said, "Nope". This company is amazing. Great work, great customer service and a happy crew of workers.

I needed to find a duplicate latch for several galley windows on our 30 year-old boat. The old latch had failed. I contacted an engineer in China prior to contacting many, many businesses here in the United States to try to find a latch replacement, but didn't have any luck. Chris is a true craftsman. He was able to take apart the latch, remove the spring, and adapt the plastic latch so that it could be made into an aluminum one. The result was very, very impressive. The original fabrication didn't quite fit and Chris went out of his way to make the necessary adjustments so that the latch fit perfectly.
