In my years, I've done business with nearly a dozen dealerships. From the basic, no-frills financing, to this all-inclusive warranted financing, I've experienced it all. Toyota of El Cajon is, without question, the best I've ever experienced, even long after the contract ink has dried. There was an issue with a less-common extended coverage that didn't go as expected. Jose, my service advisor, did everything he could to get it resolved. When he hit a wall, Laura B. got involved. Laura is what some businesses refer to as "a fixer". She relayed what she was doing and who was involved. The list was not a short one. When things were ironed out, she was able to obtain results that kept the dealership and Toyota in good standing by acting in good faith and resolved the warranted coverage to my satisfaction. I will continue to support both Toyota and Toyota of El Cajon!

It's even harder to find a shop that has skilled workers with common sense and good training. Believe it or not, common sense and skilled workers does not always go hand n hand. For example, you might have a great skilled worker that knows how to do his job, but when it's time to think "outside the box" they might get uncomfortable because they need some directions on how to perform the task. Well I was lucky to run into DustIn and his shop. I called around a few other shops and they weren't too familiar with what I needed done (thread repairs on a 3" diameter) but Dustin had that "I'll figure it out, bring it over" attitude which I love. Not only did he get to work as soon as I got there, but he showed me how to finish cleaning the threads out Incase the work he did wasn't enough. I appreciated his honesty and his "let's get it done" attitude! Will definitely recommend others to his shop!

He was able to quickly diagnose the problems and made all of my repairs within one hour. He was very informative about what repairs he made and I was very grateful for his expertise. We bought the trailer a handful of weeks prior, and as it turns out it was not a good fit for our family. So we had to turn around and sell it right away. As luck would have it, things started not to work and it seemed like we would be stuck with it forever. However Chris gave it a full diagnostic review and gave it a clean bill of health after a few minor repairs and cleaning. He was extremely friendly and obviously knows his stuff. I will absolutely use him again in the future and will recommend him to all of my fellow travel trailer friends. His fee to come out is $75, which is actually considerably less than other mobile RV repair servicemen I had talked to. His hourly rate is $85 and I also found that to be extremely reasonable. Throughout my entire ordeal, I felt like the $160 I paid Chris was the best money I spent. I did feel like he also deserved a tip, so I ended up giving him $180.

We have a older suburban that has been sitting idle for years. Occasionally we round start it and…read moredrive it down the street, but now we need to use it. The check engine light was on so we couldn't smog it. Took it up our mechanic in Santee and they found a problem with the catalytic converter. They said one side was bad and recommended Hanson's to get it fixed. I called Hanson's and was able to get an appointment for the next day. While the car was there they found another problem that was an inexpensive fix. They were able to install the cat and make the other fix the same day. Overall I am very impressed with the work, service, and advice/direction I received from Hanson's.
