After inspecting the gate and determining the root cause of the issue, Jorge did not want to risk damaging the gate's powder coat finish by welding on new hinges. He helped me remove the gate, talked me through several possible solutions, and we ultimately decided it would be best for me to contact the original gate builder to see if some of the needed parts are still available. He was on time and got the job done. Simon is a young man that started to learn to weld at 15 years old from his uncle and is eager to work! ( hard to find these days) He had to cut and fabricate my wheel wells to fit the gravity fed tank that feeds my truck. I now have a 2500 mile range on my truck! Price: I think that the price was good for the custom gutter work that they accomplished. 2. Work Quality: It is raining today, and I have several leaks between the roof tiles and the gutters that are supposed to catch the roof runoff! I did point this out to them after they completed their work via text and received no response. 3. Communications: They routinely ignored my calls and texts. I even had to go to their office only to find it closed. We also had one shouting match over the phone. 4. Reliability: On numerous occasions I complained that his people did not show up as scheduled (they were routinely sent to other jobs). My original two weeks work lasted six weeks. On one occasion the owner (Art) texted me to say, and I quote "stop being a baby" when his people failed to show up for three days.

I had a faulty Tungsten sharpener and, instead of sending it back through the mail, I decided to drive over 30 minutes to resolve the issue in person. I called the day before to let them know I was coming, and they were prepared for my arrival. Upon walking in, I was greeted by Lucas, a knowledgeable and friendly sales associate who made my day! He quickly assessed the faulty sharpener, and although I realized there was a bit of my fault involved, which I did have to come out of pocket no more than what I would pay for a good meal, he handled the situation professionally and graciously. Without hesitation, he honored the product and replaced it with a brand-new sharpener, as well as a Milwaukee tool! This level of customer care is exactly why I believe it's worth investing in quality products from companies that prioritize their customers.
