It took about a week and a half before they came to work it. The completed gate looked very good but after three weeks, the security latch wouldn't fall down completely over it's bolt unless slamming the gate when closing it. So, I texted the owner, Gilbert, on the issue but he didn't reply. I must have texted him 4 times before he replied saying he will be over. A week later, he never arrived. I texted him again at least 3 times asking when he could come over and should make time for the issue on my gate. He replied back stating not to worry and will be over that week. He never showed up and never texted me at all. I ended up buying some tools to fix the lock problem on the gate. I feel that once he get his work done and received the money, if there are issues that comes after, he could care less about his paid customer. He will ignore your issue and just moves on without contacting you. It's not a good way to do business. The company may have quality work, but they lack a good customer service.

They work hard, they show up 6 days a week, and say "yes" to everything we ask of them. Pedro is a great resource and will give his ideas about things if we are confused or unsure. We came across an issue with our gas line, and thought we were at a dead end, needing to wait for months for SDG&E to come, but Pedro thought of a great bypass solution and was able to pull it off without changing any of the original design we wanted or the project timeline. They also removed my solar and reinstalled with out any issues. They completed the job in 5 days. There were a couple of issues. Damaged gutters and nails exposed. Juan had the damaged gutters replaced and cut the exposed nails and painted. All in all a good experience with JCIS Roofing and I would recommend them for your roofing needs.
