I have a Rianni tankless water heater installed in our newly remodeled home last July (2017) that the recirculation pump has never worked. I had several plumbers try working the recirc system without success. The last plumber recommended Quail because they are certified Rianni installers. Jeremiah discovered the problem & when he came back with Ben with a new part everything now works. If you have a Rianni unit I would recommend without hesitation. A very nice man was more than willing to help me retrieve them without seeming put out or bothered. We were looking for an installer of the Nortiz tankless water heater where on the Nortiz website the closest vendor listed is Quail Plumbing. I called to get information where the lady at Quail stated they would need to look at the schedule for the tankless water heater expert to come by for a quote. We scheduled for Friday, January 27th. Dave arrived around 4:30pm on the 27th. Dave was extremely anti-tankless water heater telling us all the negatives and the expense compared to a standard tank water heater. Very odd where I'm personally aware of a family member who has had a Nortiz tankless water heater for 10 years with no issues! Dave said he would get back to us no later than the following Tuesday, January 31 due to the holiday on Monday the 30th. Today is February 7 with no communication from Dave or Quail Plumbing! This is horrible customer service where I will apprise Nortiz corporate as they cite Quail on their website. Since I have been dropped by Quail as a potential customer willing to spend $3,000.00 I called BeeBe plumbing who came out 40 mins after my call, gave a me quote that day and scheduled the install! This is proper customer service where I highly recommend Beebe plumbing. read more

Although my wife and I have a home warranty, we have reached out to Quail on 2 occasions when the delay from the warranty company was too long. In each instance, Quail has been to the house within a short time. One time they replaced the diverter in the shower/tub that was leaking badly and on the other occasion fixed the broken innards of the toilet. Both time they were on time, quick, and clean. Plumber bailed out on me on last minute and didn't have the courtesy to call me and cancel for whatever reason. He didn't sound too confident to hook up my water softener. He said he has done it many times with many satisfied customers, and we agreed on price. Then he decided to bail out without calling me a week later. How rude and professional! We have a service agreement with Pipetech Plumbing, who I hope to never use again. Pipetech tried to tell me I needed a new water softener & water heater. Because the water softener was still under warranty from Quail Plumbing, I had Quail come out to inspect it. Turns out it was working perfectly. Greg spent about 45 minutes checking it over and making sure it was regenerating properly. Greg was very professional and friendly. He explained how the system works and put extra salt in the tank. Even though we have a service agreement with Precision Air & Heating & Pipetech Plumbing, I would not hesitate to use Quail Plumbing in the future. They are reasonable and trustworthy. read more

I needed to replace my shower drain sleeve. I tried to use an extractor to remove, but the legs broke that support the mounting of the drain shut off cap. I called Quail and explained the problem and the next day a guy came out. He said they had told him I had tried to clean my drain and got something stuck in the drain. I explained what I needed done and he said he didn't feel comfortable removing the sleeve. I told him that is why I called for a professional, because I wasn't comfortable doing it either. He then said, as he was leaving after spending 5 minutes and doing nothing, that I owed $45. Oh, and then he said that he would do it. I told him I wouldn't let him try after he said how he was not comfortable doing it. Called the office and they said I didn't need to pay. read more

Quail Plumbing is a joke. 3 days and I still don't have my appliance converted and hooked up. Each time there is an excuse. Today was the last straw. A plumber was suppose to show up between 2pm - 4pm. At 4:15pm we called and "Gilbert was just finishing up another job and would be right there within a half hour." An hour later I call and guess what Gilbert had no idea he was suppose to be at my house between 2 and 4. In fact, Gilbert doesn't even work on appliances! Yep, the jokes on me! read more
