DR Q hands down is the best optometrist I have ever gone to see. I came in for an eye exam, DR Q was polite, asked questions and generally cared. I needed to come back in a few times, because my eyes were still bothering me, he came in early one day to accommodate my schedule, sent me emails checking on me etc... I've worn glasses and contacts for almost 10 years now, and my experience at QT Optometry today was the best experience I've had with any eye doctor. It was super easy to get an appointment. I called at 11a and they had me in by 1:30p. They even had an earlier appointment available, it just didn't fit my schedule. When we showed up there was zero wait time. Dr. Quach saw me immediately. They use the latest and most up to date digital equipment and his office space is very well designed and laid out. Very inviting! We thought we'd try this place just from the positive YELP reviews. We were so pleased with the service we received. We weren't able to see Dr. Q as he was on vacation. The Dr filling in for him was pleasant, knowledgeable, & very nice. Answered all of our questions. The amazing part of this journey is the 2 girls in the front office. They actually care about their jobs & couldn't have been nicer or more professional, knew exactly what they were doing. I was wearing an old pair of glasses (20 years) & one of the girls actually cleaned & tightened everything up & now they look brand new! We are now anxiously awaiting our new glasses to come in. I promise if ur looking for the very best optometrists, then this is the place to go.....Picked up our glasses! I love these glasses. These are my very favorite pair. I just called to make a new patient appointment for my son and they were able to do a same day appointment. The receptionist was very friendly. We arrived early and the doctor took us early. He was very thorough as the appointment lasted over an hour. The doctor was great with my seven year old. The doctor even sends a report to his primary care doctor. The office is very nice and the exam rooms are big enough for the parents. I would like to see more of a selection of kids glasses though. We have been to other optometrists with my other children, but I feel most comfortable here. read more

I've worn contacts for about 8 years, glasses before that for 10 years. I've had my share of experiences at the optometrist - and had some ok experiences and a couple of infuriating ones. Dr Q's office has been by far and away above and beyond the call of duty. With me being in my mid 40's my eyes went through some drastic changes this year, and Dr Q and his staff worked with me over a period of a few weeks to help me find the right prescription. I'm a business man and I understand full well the cost of time, and I know what my insurance company allowed for the exam. Let me just say I got a phenomenal value and found my optometrist for life. I already recommended my sons to him as well as my wife. Every time I've been to his office it's been a wonderfully friendly experience. I drive 30 minutes just to get here and am happy to do so. He cared for me and my vision needs like he was caring for his own needs. This is one the first Doctors that I have met in some time who actually takes the time to hear you and your concerns. He listened to me and worked with me, making sure I was satisfied with his work. I noticed that he is constantly refining his product line making sure that they do what he is requiring as an optometrist. He worked with the manufacture of the product and gave them feedback while making sure they did what I as a patient needed to have for the absolute best results. I broke my glasses a few months back and have been putting this off for as long as possible because I am so picky with frames and was not happy about having to spend more money on glasses. School is back in session so I could not wait any longer, so I went to see Dr. Quach for an exam and to take a look at his frame selection. This is a new store so I was not expecting to see many frames I liked, but to my surprise I had a few pairs picked out that I loved! The optician was very helpful and honest with me while I was picking up every single frame in the store and trying them all on and I def appreciated the assistance seeing I showed up with no second opinions. Dr. Quach also helped me during the shopping process and never rushed me to get the exam over with, which is always nice; I really need to love my glasses because they are on my face all day every day so I took a while. Once I decided that I was ready for my exam, they took me back right away and gave me the best exam that I have ever had. I gave him a little trouble hopping back and forth between prescriptions with which I liked better but he was very patient with me. The optician was very knowledgeable with my insurance and my out of pocket cost was pretty low for what I usually pay! Not only that but the frames I chose (141) have the same concept behind the brand as Toms, buy a pair and a second pair will be donated. I got my glasses after a week, my prescription is perfect, and I am in love with my new glasses! I am looking forward to doing business with QT Optometry next year. Thanks guys! read more
