They're well known in the Hampton Roads area with three locations. So, it was time to give them a visit (their 1st opening was here in Carrollton) and see if it was legit. We were greeted by the hostess behind the counter where you place your order. We took a few minutes to look over the menu before making a decision. I chose the combo of the Bubba Burger (subbed the cheese with pepperjack and mayo with yellow mustard) and their onion rings. The dine-in is a bit dated, but there were plenty of seats available for seating. And TVs were up, with one showing off the food and the other on ESPN. The food itself was pretty good. The burger was cooked perfectly and there were enough toppings to keep it all together. The onion rings were to die for. The coating was very good and actually tasted a little sweet. Not sure what type flour they used, but it was super crispy. Sophia had the fried catfish combo which she enjoyed as well. All in all, a very good lunch for the both of us.
