Everyone is really nice and friendly. The staff is professional and the price is reasonable. I have been to nail salons all over and appreciate the location of this nail salon in my neighborhood. I got my nails done and it was fair as the tech appeared tense as well as rushed. This was an "ehhhh" on the first visit. The second experience was MUCH better. My nails were done by Star, who was incredibly pleasant, professional, and clearly very talented. She took her time and her experience really showed in the quality of her work. I was very pleased with how my nails turned out and will definitely be returning to see her again. Highly recommend asking for Star! I believe this salon needs more techs like Star. The customer service can be better if they spoke more to the customers and was more engaging. Also, they need to figure out a way of letting people know when they are eligible for a free drink without having to ask for it.
