Friendly owner and tasty Cuban fare. A hidden gem in a town normally known for wiernerschintzel and other traditional German dishes. Go try it!

Definitely recommend! After walking through Helen, GA for the first time for the holidays, all the restaurants were packed. Our party of 6 was told there would be hours of wait times everywhere we went. Luckily we stumbled upon Q'Paso which is right behind Bodensee. Their food didn't disappoint with nice workers and fresh food. We got in towards the end of the day and they had run out of their empanadas but definitely try it out if you can! They make the dough everyday and only make a certain amount of dough. I got the Latin bowl and had plenty of leftovers to eat later. My boyfriend got the Pan con Lechone which is the more authentic version of the Cuban sandwhich. The churros were yummy too. Definitely wanna try the rest of the desserts next time. The resturaunt itself was very clean and new looking. I am very happy we stopped in. Everyone was fully and completely satisfied with their meals and we couldn't stop raving about it.

Great outdoor seating, they made cheese quesadillas for my kids which was super kind and the kids loved them. The seasoning on the chicken was delicious. Was a little off main drag but worth the walk, great service!

Came here today for the very first time after some recommendations. Overall the outside sitting was nice and they were in the middle of a remodel on the inside that will probably look great once done. The counter person was quite friendly and helped us select our food and the service was pretty quick. 5-10 min wait. Once we got the food the burrito was huge and my co worker really enjoyed it. He did say if you are not a fan of rice he wouldn't suggest it as it's a lot of rice, beans, and meat. I had the Cuban sandwich and everything was going for this thing. It was hot and flavorful and the pulled pork was dripping in seasoning. It was very very good and would recommend to others. The only short fall I felt was for nearly 20$ a plate without a side or drink included seemed steep for the market and neighborhood. I feel either throw in a smaller side to go with this or lower the average price 1-2$ depending on the items. Will definitely be back to try some other dishes.

YOU. GUYS. This place is SO GOOD. Truthfully I have been been to Germany and am not interested in bratwurst or anything like that. I want something delicious and satisfying. This place hits different. The empanada has like a masa breading that is to die for. The Cuban is tender and cooked to PERFECTION. And the plantains. The perfect little plantains. 10/10 recommend coming here! It's only been open about 3 months and I will absolutely be coming back

The cafe is inviting although sparse. Chicky bowl had good flavor and the yellow rice really set off the flavor of the chicken. My lunch mate said it reminded her of a chicken cacciatore dish. Piggy bowl was really delicious with two different kinds of beans. The shredded pork was a nice blend of tart and crispy. Unfortunately the Cuban sammy left a lot to be desired. The bread was dry and hard, without any flavor. Yes it was "pressed " but we expected a sandwich with plenty of juicy meat and cheese hanging over the sides! Not so. Very little mayo or mustard to cut the dry bread, one pickle, and very little meat. (See photo) Three of us had the Cuban. All 3 of us agreed that this would not be something to recommend. One of my lunch mates had the schnitzel sandwich. The pork loin was breaded, dry and had no flavor. He also said he would not recommend this sammy. Overall, this would be a one and done for all of us. We are from Orlando and have some spectacular Cuban sandwich restaurants here. Lots of locals with great Cuban roots.

The ambiance is great because there is plenty of space and/or spacious. If you want to try something new this is your place. The family works together which is good because you are getting the best customer service and the quality of the food is above what you can get from a chain restaurant.

The location, awesome reviews, and photos made it a no-brainer. My lunch companion and I decided to share the queso fundito and shrimp empanadas and both were great. The queso fundito came with roasted corn and a garlic toast while the shrimp empanadas were plated on top of a bed of salad. The empanadas were a nice size and I would totally order these just for myself for lunch. I added a shrimp tempura taco to round out my meal. It was juicy, a bit spicy because of the jalapeno mayo, and overall a nice way to end my meal. I'll wrap this up by congratulating them on landing a spot on Yelp's Best New Restaurants list for 2025. Only 100 businesses in the ENTIRE country get on the list - so this is huge. Based on my experience, well deserved. Definitely give them a visit soon!

The cauliflower appetizer was a hit with everyone and the portion was huge. I personally would have preferred it to be cooked a little less, as it was quite soft. The patatas bravas were decent. The tres leches cake was excellent and came as a generous slice. The milk was served on the side, which we poured over the cake. We shared it among six people, and it was just enough to satisfy our sweet tooth. Our server was very friendly, and the restaurant itself is really cute. Around 7pm on Saturday evening, just as we were leaving, a man and woman started performing live music with vocals and guitar. We were on our way to the Lou Sobh Amphitheater (just a quick walk over) to see a cover band, which made for a fun night out. This whole area in Cumming is a great place to hang out.
