Great Qdoba location in Westfield. Clean. Good service. Recommend!

My friends and I ordered lunch from them for delivery. Though the delivery was on time, the guy did not have any change with him. Also, the food was not fresh, I got very sick for the rest of the day after having their food. My friend ordered a vegetarian bowl and the only thing they served him was rice, beans, sour cream, and cheese. No one received lettuce or sauce with their meal. Gross. Guacamole was runny and watery. My burrito bowl was all rice and beans with little to no meat. Chipotle all the way from now on.

Returned this week, and the place is filthy. Good food and friendly staff, but food all over the floors and seats. Popular with local kids, but I did not see the families and adults this time. Perhaps they agree?? read more

The food was mediocre but the place seems very dirty. It seems like it's turned into a hang out for teenagers, and not a restaurant for patrons. After we left to go back to the car, my daughter realized that she forgot her phone on the table, so she ran back in and her phone was gone! This is probably my favorite Mexican restaurant. The staff under Jose are all extremely professional and friendly and I have had nothing but good things to say about them. the grilled chicken quesadilla is fantastic, crispy and well made. I highly recommend the queso Diablo as it is the spiciest and tastiest dipping sauce you could want to go over the quesadilla. the guacamole and sour cream are fine as well. the burritos here pretty good, although I have not had them as often as i have quesadillas. If you're in the area and not in the mood for a good filling and tasty meal, you could not do better than this restaurant .my highest recommendation for the food and the amazing staff they have here which make my every visit an enjoyable one. I'm so angry writing this review. Very weak delivery service. I paid almost $10 extra for delivery charge and tip to not leave the house, the place is 5 minutes away and just got my order (1hr 25 min later). Time on the bag to be delivered is an hour before the time of delivery. The side of queso was $1.50 and they gave me a little container that you can get for free in a restaurant. Burrito is all rice and very little of everything else. They weren't marked so we had to bite them to see what's inside. It's really bad I want my money back. If you can't deliver food properly just don't have that option at all. read more

I had the 3 taco platter it was good I enjoyed it w the spicy pico de gallo...yum I wish I could lay in a tub of it. However I have had chipotles chcken before and thouht it was wayy better than qdobas. Its hard to mess up mexican and id def choose this place over taco bell. read more

I called my order in for pick up. The staff is very friendly and so are the customers. By the time my partner and I unwrapped our gargantuan burritos, we couldn't stop eating. The bbq sauce: amazing. You can't go wrong with this place. There is also a location in Short Hills. I adore Qdoba. read more

I have been going here since I have been in 5th grade. The people are great there even though they can't understand you sometimes. If they see you there every week they smile and get excited to see you, food is great and has multiple queso dips which are all awesome. read more

Best Qdoba I've been to and the food is great. I prefer this to the Chipotles around the area.

After placing an order online for a relatively small order for two we proceeded to wait two hours for our food only receiving it after calling in twice. Upon receiving the order the the food was disgusting. The BBQ steak burrito bowl I received was dry and tasteless not to mention they failed to change the menu stating that they discontinued the BBQ sauce (restaurant contacted us to inform us after order). The taco shells were of the tacos we ordered were completely soggy and falling apart. Other than the good salsa the tacos, nachos, and burrito bowls were cold and all around horrible. They have great service because after the 25th call I finally got my food and it was cold and the guy walked up to the wrong door and we got charged for shipping. I am not one to bash an establishment or mar ones reputation. However, and I hope the Qdoba at Westfield sees this, not corporate, I encountered a problem ordering and and paying with an employee. Prior to ordering, I spoke to the cashier. I had a coupon for a "buy one entree, get one free". I showed the cashier, whose name I do not know. I showed the email that read buy one get one free with details about equal or lesser value. I have a screenshot of the coupon too. I showed the man the email and asked if the coupon works and would be accepted. He replied saying yes we can use it..it will work. I proceeded to order and ordered two burritos, which took longer than normal while nobody else was in the restaurant. I proceeded to paying and showed the man the coupon. He said "no, no" and it doesn't work. I was baffled. I showed him the email that he said would be fine and screenshots. He insisted that I was wrong and it he could not do anything. He said I needed a barcode to use the discount. He then showed me a printout with a code. That does not help me. I work in an establishment similar to Qdoba and I know this issue could have been easily corrected. I told him this. He didn't say anything and continually repeated the price. He did not acknowledge any solutions or what I was saying. I have no desire to cause harm to the man or have him in trouble. However, I am deeply dissatisfied with Qdoba. I consider myself a loyal Qdoba customer, going once every other week. I have never encountered a problem like this. However, I regret to say I will not be able to return to Qdoba of Westfield in the future. I find Qdoba and Chipotle to be equivalent to each other and it's smaller things like this that make one eatablishment better than the other establishment. Food is amazing. Really, it is. Im giving 2 stars for that. However, the customer service is meh. One of the people who puts the food together always has this miserable, angry look on his face. Nearly every time I go, he messes up the order, and when I correct him, he gives me a dirty look. He's always in a rush to finish (that'd be fine if there were a lot of people in line), but usually when I go it's empty. The rest of the staff are nice, but there's no point in going here anymore if the main person making my food doesn't even care. It's my luck that every time I come he's the one making the food. This mediocre review is solely for delivery. I've eaten in store once or twice and it was perfectly fine - not as good as Chipotle, but an adequate alternative when the craving for a giant burrito (or bowl) strikes. Got delivery on a Saturday night from Seamless and was told it would be 30-40 minutes. Once we saw that our order was sent to the store, it turned into 50-60 minutes. Exactly 60 minutes after the order went through, and still having no food, I tried calling the store to find out what was going on. For 5 minutes, I got the same message - "sorry, your call cannot be completed because the person you are trying to call is busy." Finally, I got someone to answer the phone, only to be asked to "please hold" and then sat awkwardly on the phone for about 2 minutes as she forgot to actually put me on hold. While waiting for the person at the store to realize I was still on the line, the food finally came, about 70 minutes after ordering. Naturally, everything was ICE COLD. My boyfriend's burrito was supposed to have cheese and sour cream and for 3/4 of the burrito we assumed they had forgotten it because there wasn't any. It wasn't until the last 1/4 of it that he finally found it. They can certainly do better, and you can certainly find better. Buyer beware on a Saturday night with delivery is all I can say, especially because they refused to let you pay in cash - you had to charge the order before it went through. read more
