It's predictable Qdoba. Kinda hard to mess it up. The handful of times I've eaten here the food has always been lukewarm to downright cold. This place is a five minute walk for me and I eat here (not often) because it's convenient; not because it's particularly good. I'd eat here more often if the "hot" ingredients were warm enough to at least soften the shredded cheese. Turn up the steam table, people Update: I'm not sure what happened but I got takeout from here last night. Not only was the food good (and warm enough!), but the severs were attentive. Came here at 5pm and were told they were out of chips. So of course I have to think of something else to order besides nachos. Ordered a burrito and what do you know... they have no lettuce or white rice. Disappointing as this is considered "Mexican eats" and the chain does nothing to compensate for the lack of menu items. read more

Super disappointed that they didn't have any impossible meat today even though it was 1 hour before closing. It takes max 5 min to cook the impossible meat. I don't understand why they didn't offer to make some fresh. Was looking forward to it and went home with an empty stomach instead. read more

The customer service has gone down here the last few weeks. Preferred going to this one over the one on 120th and Colorado Blvd, but after our visit yesterday never again. The girl preparing our food was wearing a mask too big for her face and kept pulling her dirty mask up with the same gloves she was preparing my burrito with. Did not change her gloves at all. During this pandemic people should be a little more conscious about being hygienic, especially a food place. Paid 50 dollars for good I ended up throwing away. Called the manager to discuss the issue and she was just like meh nothing special, how are you running a food place and don't understand cleanliness? Anyhow, do not recommend this place. I refuse to spend my time on this review. It was a messy experience, very slow and I spent 20 minutes getting in and getting out. There was also a family of 6 who took their sweeeet time ordering, thus delaying the wait time. When I was asked to present my order, everyone seemed confused and couldn't really complete the order. Meh, they could certainly do better... My burrito was good, but my wife was disappointed with the flavor. The young men putting the over-cooked food together were friendly enough, but the cashier needs to work on her CS. Time for new management at this place. This Qdoba location has a real problem with running out of food. Even after complaining to corporate, they have been out of certain foods more than half the time I visit. Tonight they were out of flour tortillas, lettuce, and chips. Why bother staying open? As for their staff, it can really be hit or miss. Two of the 3 times I ordered a limited-time item, the employees didn't know how to make it. They also don't keep up with cooking menu items. I have been served crunchy rice they scraped out of the bottom of the container and 4 pieces of fajita vegetables because they didn't have more ready to serve. This location needs new management that knows how to order appropriate quantities of food, trains their employees, and makes sure things run smoothly. Until that happens, I think I'll just head to their competitors. read more

I placed an online order and was given a specific time to be there to pick it up. Once I got there I didn't get it until an hour later. I was told online/DoorDash/ Uber Eats are "3rd party" orders and are not as important. The staff & the manager working were rude, disrespectful and lacked all customer service. They are super nice here. However, the amount of food they give is almost insulting. My total bill was roughly 24.00 dollars, and it was definitely NOT worth it. My girlfriend and I have never had a smaller burrito at any other Qdoba locations than this one. It was so small, that the tortilla almost wrapped around twice, which made it a lot harder to bite from. It felt as though I got a half spoonful of everything I asked for, and that spoon isn't big to began with. I would not recommend this location, and will not be returning in the future. read more

Kids behind the counter were visibly annoyed when they ran out of fajita veggies (not a busy night) and I said I would wait. They were out of lettuce, wish I would have known that before ordering a set of bowls. I got half the portions I normally receive from this chain. I will be taking a hiatus from Qdoba. read more

This is the beest Qdoba I have ever been to, and luckily it's the one closest to me! I enjoy most of their entree options but really I'm a nacho guy. Not only do you get to put whatever you want in your meal without having to pay extra but the staff is extremely well mannered. I also feel like this is the cleanest Qdoba I've been to. This place is literally amazing I love it so much, I come here all the time for food and I am almost never disappointed. I say almost never because I make friends with the employees because of how nice they are and good they treat me but sometimes my favorite ones aren't working and it's not as amazing of an experience.
