Ordered grilled chicken and shrimp and barely got any protein and rice in my bowl. It was mainly filled with beans and veggies. I did like the picked onions they have tho, perfectly Pickled and not too oniony read more

This is the Qdoba of agony and despair. The employees are not friendly and do not speak up. There is no music so it's just silent. The whole place just feels like someone shot everybody before we came in. It's also not very clean. read more

We come here 2-3 times per week and love the yummy food and consistently friendly staff!

Qdoba is qdoba. Nothing special. But always good. Only one person was working that day we went. Some people weren't happy it took so long. Just have patience. Prices are reasonable. It's around the corner so it's a go to. Thank you. read more

I had the breakfast burrito with chorizo. The eggs were very moist, fresh crispy potatoes. Overall a very good flavorful breakfast burrito and the staff is very friendly And greet you with a smile. read more

My girlfriend and I had went in and ordered 2 bowls. Ordered them to go and ate them at my house. About 3 bites in I felt something solid which was odd considering all the food was soft. I reached in my mouth to see what it was and it was a long acrylic nail. I called 3 times ti get ahold of a manager to discuss the issue and nobody answered. I then called the next day and was told I couldn't be refunded because it was the day after and nobody answered because the phone was on silent. Their only solution was 4 free meal vouchers which was a slap in the face considering I never want to eat Qudoba again. Just wanted to put this out there for everyone to be aware of the poor cleanliness of this store. read more

120th Ave and Colorado Blvd location. Bought 2 burritos and 1 chips and queso. Spent $32.00 approximately, which would have been fine if there was more than a fork full of meat. See the pictures attached. It was cold, and the cheese didn't melt. See pictures! Took it back and were told too bad, so sad! Will not be going back, ever again! read more

if i could rate 0 stars i would. have been here before and the quality has reduced each time. by far the worst qdoba- and to top it all off, I called ahead 15 minutes before asking if they had closed early (as usual) and they confirmed they had not. we arrive within five minutes and they've left the door unlocked yet taken the entire line apart. worst qdoba in thornton, you're better heading to 100th & Grant! read more

Was served cold meat in cold tacos. Disgusting. Last time for me. Seriously how does this happen?

So excited the tortilla soup is back! Also excited to see some new faces. The new assistant manager Naomi is going to be a great asset for this team and location. read more

Terrible service. Don't bother ordering ahead because you would be better off waiting in line because they don't make the online until there done with the line. Received food 18 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. There is no reason to complain because they give you this dumb look on there face like they hear it all day. Useless location maybe another location would be different. read more

This is the worst qdoba I have ever been to in my entire life. I am not saying that the food is bad. The person who served it was not pleasant at all. It was bad and he served very little food. We asked him for extra and he did not put any food and charged us more than the amount. He realizes what the dish is really worth in the end he laughed in our faces because we were angry he did it out of guilt I wish he would be fired I'm so upset I'll never go back to this qdoba read more

After a long workout, I was looking for a quick bite to eat with a high amount of protein. I settled on QDOBA and this was the first time I had ordered from this location. I have seen other reviews talking about how slow or lazy the workers are, but my order was completed quickly and there was almost no wait time. I had ordered a chicken bowl, with black beans, brown rice, queso, pico de gallo, shredded cheese, sour cream and two scoops of guacamole. The price was reasonable for the large amount of food you get, and it's a nice bonus that the queso and guacamole were not additional charges. The bowl itself was really satisfying and filling. The rice and beans mixed well with the queso and guacamole, creating a creamy texture in every bite. Everything came together very well, and when mixed together, you get a little bit of everything in every bite. I would recommend getting the bowl or the burrito if you were to stop in. The only complaint about the bowl was that the chicken tasted a little burnt in some bites, but overall it was a good meal. read more

Don't want to discredit how the manager helped me, but I have to leave this review. The website populated the wrong address for delivery and I didn't catch it. It populated to an address a few houses down with a "West" address and mine is "East" but the West version of my address actually doesn't exist so I have no idea where the driver delivered the food. I called the restaurant and they were nice enough to remake it and have their manager deliver it to me. Above and beyond for sure, especially since it wasn't their fault. I got the 2nd order and was taking the huge mound of lettuce off the top, only to find a live bug crawling on it. Called the store and the same manager did refund it, but acted like it was an every day occurrence saying "yeah, the lettuce is pre-washed, so unfortunately, that can happen." Live BUGS in the food? I don't think that's normal, nor should it slide?? Needless to say, threw the food right in the trash without even taking a bite. The manager unfortunately wasted time driving out here to now just have to refund the order anyway. YIKES! Steer clear of Qdoba's lettuce, I guess?? read more

Ordered online. Food was ready when I arrived and made accurately. Portion was good. Friendly staff who helped when I had a question.

Terrible service. Ordered breakfast online at the end of their service window and got held up picking it up by call from work. Went in 30 min after it was ready and they threw it away. No one called to see I was still coming to pick it up, $40 worth of food and they threw it away. I was then told they would do a refund and not offered an apology, or any proof that they were going to refund my money just told they threw it away never go here again! read more

I have always had good service here, even when it is busy. They get through a line pretty quickly!

Between employees not washing hands, 5 workers and two managers this place was a disaster. I'm not sure if all of them are like this. It was my first time. Waited for 45 mins for a Togo order our sat out at room temp the whole time they couldn't find it. Manager had no customer resolution experience, and could use a lot training. Being a CRO and CSM for years I was in utter shock on how this restaurant was being ran. read more

The service tonight was nothing but terrible. To start off, I waited 15 minutes to even order, which isn't the biggest problem because I was there during peak dinner rush, but 4 people in front of me should not take longer than 5 minutes. The lady starting off the entrees, was huffing and puffing all over everyone's food, slamming her fists on the table, slinging food around as she scooping, talking smack about her coworkers right in front of us, and giving every customer an attitude. I'm surprised she wasn't knocked out because of her behavior. While I was ordering, I specifically stated what I wanted - white rice, NO BEANS, and chicken - she scoops my rice and then goes "BEANS?!", I said "no i said that" and she comes back with "so do you want queso or veggies or not", in the most disrespectful tone. She slides my burrito over so hard it almost falls off the table and then it sits there, open-faced for many minutes before I was asked if I wanted anything else...by that point I didn't even want the thing because it was cold by now. Her name was "Pugs" ????? I don't know if that's her real name but she damn sure looked like one. read more

This review is only based on their breakfast burritos. So happy they finally offer this. They are huge burritos and so delicious. Not sure many people know about this because every time I've gone there is no line. Recommend anyone to try them. You won't be disappointed. read more

The spot looks cute. But the food was not the best. The service was great though . Probably won't return.

Absolutely hate this location. Twice now they have only filled my bowl up about 1/3 ways full. Absolutely pathetic. Not worth paying $10+ for food when they don't even give you half the amount. Will NOT be coming back to this location. Thanks for losing a customer guys! Great work. read more

Yikes. Waited 45 minutes after our ready time for our online order to be made. Could've gone through the line 13 times by the time they decided to make it. Then got it home, it was wrong and there was a hair in it. I've been here a few times and at least one item is always forgotten or made wrong, but this is the last straw-- err... hair. read more

I believe that this particular Qdoba location just recently opened up, as I didn't recall seeing it before, so I decided to stop in and check it out. This was my first experience at a Qdoba restaurant anywhere - I tried going into the one on Grant St. a few months ago, but the line was too long, and they appeared very understaffed. I went with a lime chicken burrito with the works, which was fantastic. The fajita vegetables were a nice touch, and I encountered an overall flavor that's unique in comparison to some of the other burrito shops. Definitely recommend. read more

I've been to this location a few times. Friendly staff and they did a good job with meal prep. I always get the taco salad. The bathroom is a little unexpected. Looks more like a restroom in a night club. It's nice, don't get me wrong, just not what you would expect in a fast food joint. Also, like the fact that they have the Coke machine with the many different flavors. As a negative, wish they would have. Simple chicken taco on the menu. My husband likes. Simple taco with just chicken and cheese and they're over $3 each. read more

I went to this location with my mom and little sister. After they ordered, I was told I had to wait for the worker to make an online order before they could serve me (even though the three of us were together). While I waited a fly landed in my plate. The workers acted like I was a jerk for requesting a new plate. They didn't give me sour cream, cheese, or guacamole despite it being requested. I've never been treated so rudely at a Qdoba. This location sucks. Avoid at all costs. read more

My husband and I go to this Qdoba quite a bit. Always delicious! They have long lines pretty often, but we usually go during busy times so it's to be expected. The food is always good though!! The staff have always been friendly to us. Only real negatives on this location would be that the tables are typically dirty (but again, they are very busy) and the parking lot is an annoyance. read more

Employees hold a Guinness world record for idiocy. Ordered through the app here twice and both orders were seriously messed up--first time was just the wrong order, the second time was a burrito with...nothing in it. No protein, no sauce, no veggie--just rice in a tortilla. To their credit, management was understanding and refunded the second order promptly. read more

In the past this would have been a solid 3, possibly a 4, but their consistency and customer service has dropped dramatically in the last few weeks. Surprisingly after the Covid restrictions started easing up. Food is inconsistent (tortillas so dry the burritos fall apart) and customer service is non existent. Calling in for curbside pickup and the phone was apparently off the hook for over 10 minutes, and neither of the people behind the counter bothered coming out (we have an at risk person in the house and are doing everything to keep isolated). The manager, "Betty" refuses to acknowledge any issue or take any responsibility. This location needs training badly, both food preparation and customer service. read more

Been coming here a while and I finally decided pick up is not the way here. I usually do it to avoid lines but every time I do I end up being at the end of the line no matter how long I wait. Absolutely awful. We asked for extra queso and we're given less than the normal amount. The girls spoke so quietly and when asked for clarification on what they said, they spoke way to loud with a snappy tone. We also had a gift card and the girl at the counter didn't know how to do that on the computer so I had to run to the car and rummage for spare cash to find a way to pay. I'm so disappointed.
