When my daughter first time to try Qdoba that I ordered for her in West Alis, she loved the bowl. I appreciated the server's patience. The next day my daughter wanted the same bowl, so I went to the closest location in New Berlin. However, the guy's attitude made me so uncomfortable. I had ordered a chicken quesadilla with extra chicken. If I pay $3 for extra protein, I expect there to be extra. It seems like they put less chicken that normal amount whenever I ask for extra. And it was an online order so I usually have no say to when is enough. I have no issue paying the amount for extra but I think it should be well worth it especially when it's $3 extra. read more

I love this place. I have never gone to chipotle but don't know if I ever will. I love to get the burrito bowl, with chicken and the brown rice. The seasoning on the chicken is great and the brown rice is to die for. I personally have never tried the cilantro lime rice (not a cilantro fan). They have great customer service with fun employees. I also recommend getting there reward program (download the app) for things such as a free birthday cookie! Great for everyone with options and customizations. read more

Horrible service tonight(8/27/23) at New Berlin WI location. Horrible!! Only one person making orders at 615pm. A line all the way to the door, plus online orders coming in left & right. The only person who was making food couldn't keep up. I ordered a chicken quesadilla. It was poorly sliced & food was falling out of every opening it could. The guy at register 1st tried to charge me for another meal, then walked away before correcting his mistake or taking my payment. When the woman who was making food saw me still standing there, she came over to ring me up. She corrected the guy's mistake, but then she tried to charge me for something else I didn't order. Finally everything was corrected & I made my payment. However....the woman(making food) also walked away & without giving me my order. I tried to catch her but she was so busy & didn't hear me. The guy finally came back & then started to bag my food up with another order before I stopped him. What a nightmare!! read more

Nick, why are you reviewing a chain burrito restaurant? One reason: the staff. Let's be honest, if I don't get the worlds most friendly burrito-ist, I'm not that perturbed. I mean how friendly and happy would you be with fatties screaming at you about how you didn't put enough guacamole or cheese on their already 1000 calorie burrito? Qdoba in and of itself is what it sounds like. A fast food Mexican restaurant. However, I am always pleasantly surprised by this store specifically. I have been there on their busiest days, that for some reason are Thursdays, and I have been there when there is not another car in the lot. Both ways I am thrilled with the familiar smiling faces of the staff that greet me and make each visit great. On busy days the staff takes time to joke about how crazy it is, and when it is slow they take time to talk with you and crack jokes. And it amazes me how considerate they are. I've seen someone throw away a whole pan of white rice because some brown rice was mixed in and the woman couldn't eat it. I saw one girl pick out the least salty chips because some woman was watching her intake of sodium. And even when I ask sometimes they will go in the back and get fresh cut plain tomatoes because I'm not a big fan of onions. If you have a special request all you have to do is ask. I also think it is amazing they the workers memorize the names and orders of the people who frequently come in, they'll have it half way done when I arrive because they know my order. This may not all sound very impressive to you but it is a fast food restaurant. Would McDonald's do all this? No, especially not with a line out the door. Go and take time to talk to the workers, it honestly makes the outing read more
