I ordered a classic taco with cod fish and all the fixings, the bang bang shrimp taco and a chicken empanada, even though the young man apparently didn't hear me and gave me a cheese empanada instead. I was annoyed but let it go, took about 2 bites of the empanada and didn't eat the rest. The tacos were good, even though he also forgot to give me the side of Shrimpy's sauce, but that I asked for and it elevated the taco real nicely. Place was clean and the staff was attentive. Only issue is the young man that helped us I believed was just happy to help and also messed up my daughters order as well, she said no tomato on her quesadilla and it came with tomatoes but like me we knew he didn't do on purpose so she just took it out of every part of the quesadilla. We were hungry and just wanted to eat & leave. I'd still come back, and just make sure everything is correct. Also that Shrimpy's sauce is VERY GOOD!

When I walked into Jersey Mike's in Massapequa Park, I was instantly greeted, and the assistant manager Brittany took the time to sit down with me and figure out the most cost-effective way to cater the event. Both Brittany and the manager JP were incredibly helpful--they answered all of my questions, took my calls, and even made sure there were enough mayonnaise packets! When I picked up the order, it was perfectly organized and ready to go. JP and Brittany personally carried everything to my car, including salt, pepper, ketchup, mayo, and even oil and vinegar in Jersey Mike's signature portable squeeze bottles. I'm so thankful I found them to cater this event. Their attention to detail and genuine care made a huge difference, and I will absolutely be using them again in the future.
