Years ago I left a negative so I had to uodate. the other day the 26th at about 11pm order #28. I ordered some triple whoppers and some a bunch of other stuff. I hope the owner can see this message. I am 44 years old and have been eating takeout my whole life. This was by far the best, freshest, most well prepared meal I have ever been served in a fast food restaurant. The burger was of sitdown Restaurant quality. The people who made this order work with pride and do things the right way. They deserve high praise I have not ever said this in 44 years. There is so much incompetence out there it was a pleasure to eat what they prepared. This staff will make your site the store to go to locally. Please don't take this compliment lightly. Slide them a bonus on the side or something. They will continue to make you loyal customers. I am ordering again today because of it instead of the other store closer to me. Went there late and there was this man who didn't speak English very well (not an issue) working the drive thru, I asked for a medium fry and medium Diet Coke, he charged me for large on both and gave me mediums and I went to ask about it and he slammed the window shut in my face and wouldn't come back. Decent for a Burger King. They have good deals sometimes and the staff is usually friendly. They also have the soda machine that has the million types of soda flavors. They often close before they say they're going to close, there have been times I've went within the half hour of close time and just nobody will answer at the drive through. Would give this 2.5 stars if I could but that is not an option. read more

I was at the drive thru, and this woman sneezed in my mouth while giving me the food. But that's not even the worst part, because when I asked for a Whopper, they gave me Spicy Chicken Fries and a breakfast burrito. When I went inside to say that they messed up my order they shrugged and asked for a "Jamaca" however, apparently, she called out sick. Next, this girl was giving me attitude, and then shoved the Whopper in my chest while saying, "get on with your day.". I tell her to go die since she was being extremely rude and I asked for the manager, however, when the manager came over, she told me "Look, if you're here about the rat tail stuff you're gonna need to call corporate and left." This place is trash now. Been going here since I was a kid. Last 5 or 6 times my order is wrong, cold and gross. Today, ordered food, nobody in the drive thru. "Pull up please," obviously to fudge their numbers like every other place. Waited in the parking spot while 4 cars drove through the drive thru and were handed their food. To start the frying oil is rarely cleaned the fries come out with black spots from the dirty fryer. Communication between higher ups is garbage, the machine for the credit card has been broken for month despite head managers being noticed. Employees are expected to go above and beyond despite being treated poorly and the company not giving a damn about the workers. The work environment is toxic especially with customers, I've seen customers curse out, Harass, and threaten employees with violence over the most basic of mistakes. After the store burned down the top manager tried to sell contaminated food despite being told by the fire department it was contaminated. Some employees are not even paid the right wage despite having more responsibilities. Management is incredibly petty punishing employees over the most minimal mistakes by cutting there hours. Top Management can't even accept blame and take responsibility instead blaming it on others and is willing to throw anyone under the bus if it means saving there own skin. I have been going to this Burger King since it opened in the early 19702, but no more. It is not the best Burger King location but I can walk to it from where I live. I will no longer go to it because I value my health and it is not about fast food. It is their use of toxic leaf blowers to "clean" their parking lot. if i could give this place -5 starts i would. the place was closed for 6 months due to a fire. i tend not to eat this food often, but every once in a while i love it and burger king is often my favorite. so one particular day i went in with my son through the drive through. we ordered two sandwiches and fries and drinks. the food was so disgusting we immediately threw it in the garbage. i wasn't looking for a refund. the place is run so terribly. before the fire i used to go once in a while and it was always on point. avoid this location at all costs. we like to eat this as a comfort food. the food came out cold and the person who served us was incredibly rude. read more

This Burger King is always empty. Today it was half full, which was a shock! LOL. Anyway, all our food was barely warm and not fresh. Should have sent it back, but did not bother because we used coupons and it was all so cheap. Girl at counter was nice and fast worker ! Excellent -- did not get her name. (This was on Jan. 13, Sunday, 2 PM aprox. if corporate OR District Manager reads these reviews) Food just sucked and we all felt sorta stomach-crappy afterwards . I went here after not choosing the diner I few blocks away. Burger king is my favorite. When go in the girl running the front was also running the drive thru. The get my order a whopper jr meal n whopper meal for husband.. we had to bring it back both sandwiches had no cheese. Get two new ones at room temperature. This was awful. I go to this establishment quite often because I live very close and I frequently notice the franchise being over staffed or under staffed. As well as the staff all looking like being on the verge to quit, the managers come across as unprofessional. Adult managers tend to ask teenage employees for assistance on basic tasks. Adult managers are unorganized and rude to employees. Not only does the food not taste fresh but I still can't get past the afternoon lady manager whom is extremely disrespectful. this location sucks i've always avoided it because i've heard nothing but bad things but after the renovations i figured i'd give it a shot but they definitely need to have a staff renovation next. every single person who works there is MISERABLE. like you don't have to be chipper and smiling 24/7 but the employees always look like they want to die and not a single person i've dealt with at this location is friendly in the slightest. When we politely pointed out that we were missing two cheeseburgers, the cashier suggested that if we spoke Spanish to her, she would have gotten the order correct. Respectfully, that is absurd. Years ago, this location was company-owned. Then a franchisee took it over, rebuilt it, and raised some prices. It is kept clean, and the food, when it arrives, is standard trustworthy Burger King. However, the place is not ready to serve at the stated 6 a.m. opening. Next door is Taco Bell, but that is also quite empty during breakfast hours. At 5 p.m., the indoor service is slow. I suspect that priority is given to drive-through customers. read more
