Orders here are messed up 9/10 times Had an employee drop a large cup of strawberry lemonade into my car and burst out laughing, didn't even say sorry or try to even help by handing me a napkin, she didn't even grab the empty cup I was trying to give back. Okay so this is actually kind of funny but also unacceptable. I came to this location 2 days ago to try the new SpongeBob collab Krabby Patty. There was no one else on the line, it was mid day. I ordered the Krabby patty and a salad with extra dressing which they said no problem to. I get to the window and they ask me to pull into the space as the sandwich was being made, no problem. I wait. I get my food and leave. Shame on me for not checking. I get home and LOL I have a plastic container which I assumed the burger was in. It was not. Instead, there was 7 cooked patties stacked on top of each other. Nothing else. Just cooked patties. My guess? They put them in this container after cooking them and my sandwich in a different one and they weren't paying attention and gave me the patties instead of my sandwich. Also I never got my extra dressing for my salad. I didn't have time to go back so I wasted my money and got 7 cooked patties for nothing. There are some nice employees here which is why I didn't give it a 1 star but I will say that this location constantly messes orders up. I say a #3 with a blueberry pomegranate lemonade . I said and I need honey mustard. Okay . Okay go to the window get my drink it's normal lemonade I don't say anything bc I rather just deal with it. Today, I went to Wnedy's in Seaford on Sunrise Hwy. the service was more than disrespectful and deplorable. A young man was working the fry station, while there he sneezed over the fires and the nuggets in the area where they hold the prepared food. He then proceeds to wash his hands after he and I made eye contact. I then asked for fresh fries. I'm assuming the store manager noticed and then made a comment about the fires already being hot. While standing their waiting for the fresh fries to come out if the grease, this same guy then wipes his nose with the his wrist. I then ask for a refund. I ordered BEC on biscuit. Didn't get the biscuit. Ordered 2 cold brews no sugar. Got sugar. Terrible experience. Check your food before you leave. And my regular breakfast was not so great. Stick to Duncan or mac Donald's or town deli. So managers do something about your help or get new managers that can teach there help. Not the first time that this has happened. My only real complaint is that their baconator fries mostly feel very 50/50, like sometimes the cheese is melted and other times it isnt melted a lot. Came here quickly after heading home from shopping. My mom ordered 6 piece chicken nuggets, chicken sandwich, and small fries. I ended up trying the half taco salad which was actually really good!! (It's new on the menu for $3.99) It came with a side of chili, salsa, chips, and a mini sour cream. Rarely do I ever get salads, but definately would get it again. Went through the drive thru and when I got home I realized that the sour cream &chime baked potato had no sour cream at all when I ordered extra. Then I go to eat my spicy chicken asiago club, I was given a regular chicken instead of spicy and when I bit it I almost barfed. The chili , shakes , and spicy chicken sandwiches can be really good. That said, the last few times I have had a chicken sandwich it's been old and dried out. I was driving back home, circa 10:30 PM, from Westhampton Beach with a serious case of midnight munchies. I pull into Wendy's and ask for two orders of six pieces spicy chicken nuggets. I was thrilled when, upon opening the bag, I find two orders of nine pieces! Ha, eighteen nuggets for the price of twelve. The nuggets were spicy, hot (temperature-wise), and satisfying.
