Had their Mac and cheese with bacon and I have to say, it could have been scrumptious with a little less bacon and a little less salt! I do have to say that the staff was very friendly and I love that they took down names for the orders. They may not remember me but that small touch made it a little more personal when they call out your name and look you in the eye. This truck serves up some great grilled cheeses and ballpark grub. I opted for the Philly cheesesteak which they had a really cool take on. It was served on their pide style bread which is so crispy. I was a little hesitant due to COVID but noticed everyone wore a mask and gloves, also seemed to sanitize and change gloves regularly. To the person who left a 1 star review.. I too was at the islanders game and waited about 10 min for my freshly made cheeseburger and fries. You have to understand they are doing the best they can with all consession stands closed and roughly 1400 people in attendance. There was about 3 diff food options other than ice cream.. of course the lines and wait were going to be long for freshly made food instead of having stale chicken tenders and fries sitting under a hot lamp. But back to my review - my cheeseburger was absolutely delicious and I made sure Chrissa knew that on Saturday when I was back for the game again!
