We were never asked about second drinks until after we'd finished the entrees, including water refill that only came when I asked for it. I get busy dinner rushes but something so simple could've easily been fixed, especially had they stopped by during the meal to see how we were liking it. For $14, the double protein bowl did not contain a fulfilling amount of chicken. The lack of value paired with the decline in experience has me questioning if I will ever return.
