The staff has always been friendly and helpful, and it's nice that they now accept Apple Pay. They used to be cash only, so that's a welcome change. If you're looking for a no-frills, nostalgic burger joint with great food at unbeatable prices, this is the place!

I added Cholula Sauce and it was so good. Another point I'd like to make is that the bottles of hot sauces were clean with no cruddy tops. That turns me off so good for them. I ordered using their self-service kiosk because no one was staffing the counter. The payment processed, but the machine immediately threw an error directing me to show my receipt to staff to ensure the kitchen received the order. I handed my receipt to the manager, who told me it would take a "few minutes" to clear through. After waiting 15 to 20 minutes, my order had still never been sent to the kitchen. When I asked for a refund, the manager flatly refused. He claimed he couldn't process refunds in-store and that I had to email corporate headquarters--adding that there was no customer service number to call. When I expressed my frustration, his response was to mockingly tell me to call the police if I didn't like it. Even when local police arrived, they were unable to resolve the dispute, despite clear proof of payment on my receipt for food I never received. This was my first and last time here. Zero stars if I could. Stay far away!!!
