La Mesa is so good…read more Located in a small parking lot with an unassuming storefront, La Mesa is exactly what you'd consider a hidden gem. When you walk in you're immediately greeted by a smell of delicious food and a beautiful and quirky interior. They have many drinks and snacks based on the Filipino and El Salvadorian roots of the restaurant! We've had many items off the menu but our favorites are the tocilog, longaniza, garlic rice, and tamal de elote. Portions are large and always fresh. Everyone who works here is also very nice and accommodating. They always substitute garlic rice when requested which I appreciate.

I've always loved Peri Peri. The chicken is phenomenal and always melts with flavors in your mouth…read more Unfortunately this last time that I went, the chicken was super burnt (I got the Chicken Thigh Skewers LEMON AND HERBS flavor). The service was extremely slow. Whenever I went years back, the place would always be packed and this time that I went, there was no one. The place was empty. EMPTY - service was still slow. When I went to use the bathroom, it was very icky and there was no toilet paper. I'd understand if the place was packed and busy the upkeep would be harder throughout the day, but it was empty. It was 6pm at that time too, I didn't go during opening or during closing times. They use to have a robot deliver food and it's gone now. I sat down to wait for my food, and all I could smell was dirty mop water. They keep the place clean as you'll see in my picture, but they are clearly using dirty mop water... I hope they get a new mop head and switch out the water - please do not just put scents over the place, because the floors need better disinfecting. The have two hand sanitizer machines - none were working. It's unfortunate, because the place is truly cute and has a nice design. Their self service machine was also broken :/ I really want to give them another chance... it just feels like their light is going out :(

So of course we had to try it but to go since we were heading to go somewhere. I ordered 12 wings which took 20 mins (I didn't understand why since the place wasn't packed) but I didn't mind since I went out and walked around the fair. We ate the wings in the car and we loved it! It was just the right size. The flavor, the crispness is just right! We ended up ordering 50pcs a few days later and yes we picked it up and by the time we got there it just came out. So it was still perfect! The girl who helped me is sweet and nice. I would go back

The customer service was impeccable. I like the way that the order was confirmed without any mishaps or mistakes. As we made our way to the dining area, I scanned the dining area to take in the beauty that Dom's Famous Chicken Fingers had to offer, it's nice and comfortable here. I ordered the medium famous chicken Fingers from Dom's Famous Chicken Fingers. I was very exciting as this was my first experience and I heard that it was trending, my excitement showed as I danced in my seat as I made peperations to devour what had been set before me. I'm not a chicken fingers eater, I'd rather do without them, but I'm trying to see something. I had no issues with the size of Dom's Famous Chicken Fingers as some may. The taste was kind of blan but the chicken fingers were chewable. It was accompanied by coleslaw and honey mustard sauce. The coleslaw was stringy and delicious. No problem there! The honey mustard was not my thing and never will be, ANYWHERE! I could not wait to sink my teeth into those crinkled cut fries, oh how I love thee. Much to my disappointment, the fries were old, hard, and not hot. I don't like wasting food or someone else's money, so I drowned the fries with ketchup and had my way with them. Sounds like an okay outing right? On the contrary, What made this experience really bad for me alone, because others enjoy this meal and still do, I had a horrible case of indigestion. So this is a one and done for me. I've ate all that I will eat from here and I've seen enough. So.. Inspire more, Yelp more!
