I politely requested a refund and to have my cards returned back to me which she refused, and stated she would not give my cards back. After reaching out to the 1800 customer service, speaking with Sharon, Lexus, Selista, Louise, Patrice, they said I needed to be in contact with the store which they stated is privately owned, and they have done nothing to rectify the issue for myself the customer. After multiple calls and messages no one has gotten back to me, after the frequent horrible customer service, Between Monica the team member, and the General Manager Lisette. Team members on multiple days laughed at the entire interaction and were unprofessional. Lisette the General manager has poor management skills and allowed this behavior from her employees while she was present. With no respect for the customer. Stay away a word of advice. Months later and still no response. Not really sure what franchise has a 1800 for no reason they truly just want to collect money and don't care about the customer, won't be returning to any Arby's in the future!!! It is for sure one of the busiest locations that I have seen in the area. Given that, it is necessary to understand that sometimes things can go wrong in a rush. People tend to come here with a nasty attitude from the beginning and if something goes wrong, they flip out. To all those customers, RELAX, no one is stealing your money and even if they do get something wrong, just have them fix it and I'm sure they will make you a priority if and when that happens. This Taco Bell is not bad at all, as long as you carefully tell them exactly how you want something if you are a particular individual. I, myself, prefer their chicken over the beef and frequently tell them to substitute it. I ask them at first, and then reconfirm when the employee is giving me the food in the drive thru or in store. This illustrates transparency and both parties are comfortable in the process. Every single time i've done this, I haven't had an issue. Wait times are long just because of the popularity of Taco Bell but that is a given at most places. This is probably one of the better taco bells I have ever been to and must say that they do a great job overall with handling the amount of volume they get. In fact, other chains need to step up their game.
