I had spent the whole drive talking this place up because of how much I enjoyed the Belmar location. The service was much faster than at the Belmar location. My order was ready in about 10 minutes. Then we took our first bites... and immediately I wished I had lower expectations. The cheesesteak just wasn't good. The steak didn't taste fresh or even like steak, the cheese couldn't save it, and the whole thing was surprisingly bland. I've had better cheesesteaks from a random deli in Philly (if you know, you know). I actually apologized to my friend because I hyped this place up so much and it's safe to say that we didn't get much out of this meal besides a good story. I won't be coming back to this location. If you're really craving a cheesesteak and would like to try this place, I'd suggest visiting their Belmar location instead. This location just isn't it.
