We were offered tea refills and one to go. I had the spinach enchiladas and was not happy. The cooked spinach inside was served unaccompanied. There was a nice sauce on top but I was glad I swapped the rice for refried beans so I could mix up the beans, which were a bit too wet for me, with the spinach. Will not choose that again. I've never heard any complaints about anyone else's food or their margaritas. I really appreciate the closeness of the family who runs El Rancho. They along with their staff work so hard.
