This is a busy restaurant due to the location. It could be 10 mins after opening and the line is long. The best option is to order the food and pick it up. Often times there's extended wait periods and on more than one occasion they've added a free dessert. The staff is friendly of course and the restaurant is clean. But overall the food is fresh and they've never messed up my order. read more

While I love this location... They manage the drive thru very well. However one might have to fight to get to the line from the parking lot traffic. The food is hot and they are all very nice even if it's raining or hot outside. I hate food waste, but really I don't like just bits as they are not ketchup friendly. Good job overall! read more

How is Chick-fil-A still in business? The restaurant itself is clean. The Service is fast and friendly. The food looks appetizing, however it is just awful! Somewhat reminiscent of low income area school cafeteria food. Very depressing especially considering what I paid for ($10 a meal) . The game food was good and my order was correct. However the young girl taking the drive through order today at 1:18pm was terrible. She was the closest one to the building and her line was the slowest! The other line took 3 orders to her 1! And it was not crowded when I arrived! They have a bunch of parking spaces blocked off in order to make two drive-through lanes. There are no signs indicating that you're entering a drive-through only lane. There's the normal "ENTER" sign indicating where to turn in from the strip mall, but as soon as you make that turn, you're stuck in the drive through lane. When I finally got through that, parked, and went inside, Tania was very court and professional. It's a shame that I had to sit in a double drive through lane for over fifteen minutes before I could go in. After ordering, they either didn't call my name when the food was ready, or didn't bother to speak up over the noise of the customers, but when the milkshakes were ready, I asked about the food and was told it wasn't ready yet. Five minutes later, I asked about it and it had been sitting on the back counter getting cold. The main items were all there but not the sauces that I requested even though Tania verified them twice. The salad didn't come with the advertised extras. If I hadn't promised the family that I would bring them Chic-fil-a, I would have gone elsewhere. I won't go back. read more

Avoid This chic-fil-a unless you like returning for missed items from both the mobile pick up area inside and the drive thru. And if you are missing an item you used your points on, forget it, you're never seeing them or the item again. Every time we have ordered here we are either missing food, or it is made completely wrong. Apparently reading a screen and filling a bag with items listed on said screen is too difficult for their staff. And actually have managers actually manage?!!! HA that's a good one... got 40 something year old guys like Patrick not focusing on what his crew is doing and is more concerned chatting up a teenage girl while he passes bags out the window without a single glance at the customer or the bags contents. CHICK-FIL-A used to be the standard in food and service, now, this one in particular, is just another place with crappy supervision and management. I live right next to this location and go here maybe once a week and I got a free reward for a free coffee. It was around 10:30ish and I was the only one in line and wasn't acknowledged until the line got extremely long and she said she will be right with us. This is a convenient location in Hampton, right across the street from Starbucks. For being so small, this location is smoking busy! The line is well laid out to wrap all the way around the building. Due to the location there only space for one line, which increases wait time. As is to be expected, there are plenty of staff members outside, all wearing masks and taking COVID safety precautions. I had just arrived in Hampton after driving for nearly seven hours. I was ready for food, and to be out of the car so speed for this meal was important. I was just done with everything at that point. When I saw the line I almost drove by. I've been to plenty of Chick-fil-a's with the double line that take close to an hour to get through. Not here! This was the fastest drive through ever. I always order the same thing, a Chick-fil-A Deluxe Chicken Sandwich with Colby Jack and honestly? It was the juiciest, freshest sandwich I've ever had from this chain and I'll go back! However, their drive-through is absolutely atrocious. The roundabout is confusing and you'll be in line for over 15 minutes from start to finish. It's a hot mess from placing your order to your order pickup due to the lack of physical space for vehicles to maneuver and employees manning the lines. If you're in a rush for chickfila, this probably isn't the best location for a quick meal, but their food is hot and fresh! If you have the time, it's worth the wait!! read more

This restaurant is located in the heart of Hampton, Virginia. It has a lot of competitors nearby, but didn't seem to lack customers at all. I mean the lines were long in the drive-through and inside but just as long as the lines were is how fast they moved to get them down. We waited maybe 2 minutes or less to get service at the counter and our food came out within 3 minutes to the table. Everything was fresh and piping hot! The dining room was a good size to accommodate all of the customers as well as the parking lot. If in the area again, I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good in fast meal. read more

Possibly the best service I have ever received from a fast food chain. They came up to us to refill our drinks, they came up to our group and got our trays they were so polite. Food was good, but the service in this specific restaurant was horrible. We dined here at 1:00pm and most tables were available for seating, but every single table was dirty with crumbs/grease from previous customers. I asked the cashier for something to clean a table so we could eat, and she actually handed me a wet wipe to wipe down my own table instead of sending someone over to wipe it down for us. I asked to speak to manager and she told me he wasn't there. Then a woman, who I assume was a manager stepped up. I told her that this was the dirtiest Chick fil a I had ever visited and all she said was they were very busy. Apparently, too busy to apologize for the unacceptable conditions as at least 4 employees were just standing idle behind the counter. Sadly, there is no email address given for me to send my concerns to the franchise owner, but he needs to know how poorly trained his staff is and how much improvement is needed. read more

The service is not as good as other locations and it has been numerous times where I've came in and the employees wouldn't even acknowledge me as I'm waiting to place my order but they would continue to have conversations with their coworkers. I definitely wouldn't recommend goIng to this chickfila during their busy hours because they're extremely slow as well. Idk what is is about this location but they taste of the food has gone down hill. It's either not cooked enough, too greasy, soggy fries, or too much ice in my drink. The cashier wasn't able to access the card. My experience at this Chick-Fil-A was just okay. The service was fine, nothing above and beyond, but the food was eh. I love Chick-Fil-A, and go as far as to call it my favorite fast food place. I ordered the Chick-Fil-A Deluxe Sandwich, but the bun was very hard and unappetizing to eat. The fries and drink were good. I was able to redeem one of my "Treats" that I got from their Mobile App (you scan the app in-store until you get a certain amount of scans to get a free treat. Usually a choice from 3 items). I chose between a Chick-Fil-A Sandwich, Fruit Cup, and a Small Milkshake. I ultimately went with the milkshake. Tasted great, but presentation lacked a bit. It looked a bit sad. We also didn't get asked if we wanted refills the entire time we were there, which Chick-Fil-A is usually good about. I will continue to go to my usual Chick-Fil-A in the future and skip out on this one. read more

Chick-fil-A is always my go to when it comes to getting a quick bite to eat, and this location just happens to be the closest one to me. This review is solely for the customer service and not the food (because who can I kid? The food is great.) I go to the drive-thru every single time the mood strikes. Maybe every other time I've been here (and I've been here more times than I want to say) they always mess up my order. Chick-fil-A is known for their great customer service, and the people are always friendly, they just lack attention to detail. My latest visit I had asked for two different sauces and none of them made it onto my bag. It was disappointing! Part of my enjoyment is dunking my fries into chick-fil-a sauce and honey mustard. Judge me, lol. I wish I could say that's only happened once, but it's happened multiple times, and I really need to make it a habit to check the contents of my bad. Another time is a friend I was with ordered a cookies and cream milkshake and somehow got one with peppermint in it. We all love their chicken so I'm sure I'll be back again and again and again. I normally get a number two with Polynesian sauce and Chick-Fil-A sauce. My go-to drinks are the sweet tea and the iced coffee! I am in love with their iced coffee. I love my coffee strong and dark like my soul. They got it going on. Compared to dunkin or McDonald's iced coffee this one Slays! Chick-Fil-A is the only drive thru I will get in when I see 20 cars in line. That Coliseum location drive thru moves like clockwork and you are done and out in minutes. Let there be 7 cars In line at mcdonalds. You'll be there for a half an hour. I'm not trying to be funny. Your car isn't idle in one spot long enough to throw it in park. I stop through several times a week to grab a 12 piece nugget meal that I split between my 2 1/2 year old twins. They know the deal as soon as I get in the drive thru. "Daddy, say grace!" After I get the food, we pull over to say grace and I start passing back waffle fries and nuggets. Personally, I get the number 1 with a half sweet tea and half lemonade. Oh, and I can't forget the Chick-fil-a sauce. When I run through for breakfast, I always get the sausage and egg burrito. The salsa they give you is off the chain. And I think they are the only spot I know that serves "simply orange" juice. I can't help but to pop the top and take it to the face. Very strange experience to have a "manager" call you a liar about to previous order being wrong and needing your meal replacement. Stated the only way they would replace an order if you couldn't come back the same day is to mail you one. Like i would provide my private address or email to a restaurant. I left my name and even showed him on my app the day I came, but nope. To be honest, based off Jeffrey's approach to me and the next non white customer behind me, he definitely prefers a certain type of customer. To make matters even worse, his manager comes up to me reiterating their policies as if what I'm saying is impossible. Definitely avoid Coliseum drive location if you are a minority. My mother and I came in for 'Cow Appreciation Day' today at this location. The owner, Norman, singled us out in the line and told us, "If you aren't here for the promotion, then you need to get in the other line". Mind you, we were wearing black and white for the free sandwich. He proceeded to tell us, "You need to be dressed like a cow". We told him we were wearing black and white just like cows, except he was very anal about us having the actual spots (Some cows don't even have spots, jerk!). Norman continued to speak to us in a rude and condescending tone telling us that we will not receive a free sandwich if we did not have spots! We will not be returning to this location.
