I have given this location numerous opportunities. I love qudoba but the quality of the food at this location is horrible. Very inconsistent with cold meats at times. The last time I ate there was officially my last time eating there. Nothing ordered was too trivial, peppers, steak, cheese and rice bowl. I ate my food went down the street to peddlers mall and it hit me.... I'll spare you the rest but let's just say I was fine up until I ate here. This location usually isn't the best. Tonight it was amazing! They had great staff on this shift. Everything was fresh and they wasn't as stingy as they usually are. Found this location when exploring Elizabethtown. They had a large basket of crunchy shells and we knew this was a good store! When our last store in Lou stopped serving them during covid we stopped dining there. The young lady who waited on us was new and still being trained. At the same time they had received a large to go order and had several staff members frantically running around. She did a good job and got us taken care of. We checked out and ate inside. Store was clean and had the air on high! Would recommend and will return. read more

Again, after we decided to give it another chance, we are disappointed. To say the least. Dirty, worn out, and disgusting. I have hoped time after time that things would change. They haven't. Poor training, horrible service. Example: After ordering chips and queso, I noticed the cashier had put approximately a quarter of a bag of chips on the counter, I asked her for a fair portion of chips. She rudely told me she wasn't allowed to do that and pushed the bag back at me. This location is the worst example of this franchise ever. Other locations are not like this, leading one to assume ownership is the problem. If you can't take care of your business and customers, move on. Fast casual Mexican that serves decent food, it's the perfect place if you don't want Tex Mex and you don't want Taco Bell. It's usually clean and the ordering process is pretty quick. There is a small patio for outside dining. It's a little pricey for average food so value isn't great. read more

The lady who started my order was rude and acted like she didn't wanna take my order, I told her what I wanted and just asking for extra shrimp that I AM PAYING FOR was just an absolute disaster to her day but was jovial with the customer behind me...then my food got passed to the next person to add the sauces and when I told him what I had got because the previous employee didn't tell him, he was confused on what even went into my bowl even with the recipe card in front of him. Elizabethtown, KY location is the dirtiest store I've seen in a while. Rice, beans, chicken and tomatoes scattered across the serving countered and the attendants don't even bother to clean it up between changes or restock. They even tossed the bag of cup kids on the counter instead of placing them in the holding bins. Very poor customer service. read more

I was driving and stopped by QDOBA, ready for some fresh food. Upon walking in, I noticed several dirty tables and dirty floors. Being prior food service industry, I was already on edge. When walking to the front, I noted just how filthy the back was, food scraps, plates, and just clutter. Mix that with food servers who seem disinterested, disrespectful, and rude to the customers before us prompted us to immediately leave without ordering. I don't think I could have actually eaten in a place kept so filthy, especially when they were NOT busy at all. Probably should get that fixed, or hire people that actually care about the business. read more

Let be upfront, I didn't not order anything to eat here. Not a fan of their food but my wife is. Happy wife, happy life. I ordered food from a local sandwich shop but wanted to eat with my wife. We walked in and saw 5 open table of which ALL 5 were dirty. While she ordered her food, I had to get napkins and water to clean off our table. Man oh man I love this location of Qdoba on Dixie Highway. I love that I can make an online order here and I can send one of my employees to go pick it up for me. He'll go pick his food up and I'll make it online ordering he'll get mine as well and they always get it right and they always hook it up love the giant burrito steak the beef rice beans sour cream hot sauce all the good stuff in it this is a good location of Qdoba 5 out of 5 Stars I have no complaints whatsoever read more

But my son travels all over the world and swore by it , So we went after he got back from Germany , I did not know what to order so I got the same as him , It was the steak bowl . At Qdoba in Elizabethtown. Sorry for the picture of a half eaten burrito but I just couldn't wait to chow down. I get about everything they have to offer when building my burrito. Spicy salsa and jalapeños always add some kick and extra flavor. It amazes me every time I order one of these that they are able to fold all of that goodness in one tortilla wrap. This is a nice restaurant by the towne mall with easy access and parking. It is always clean except for some of the tables needing to be wiped down. That seems to be a lost art with most fast food establishments. I really like the chicken burrito here and it is even better with a BOGO coupon. Similar to Moe's for about the same price but they don't offer a Qdoba Monday with $5 burritos. read more

To their credit, I muat jave come on before the could recover feom whatever lunch rush might have happened. The store was a mess. The dinning area had trash and food littered across the floor. As I stood in line, there.was only one person in front of me and two young ladies behind the counter. They werent taking any orders because they stated they were waiting on white rice. They asked if my order needed white rice, I saod no, and they still didnt take my order. I debated leaving as I was heading to an appointment and didn't want to be late. I was about to leave when the rice came out and the first young lady took the order of the gal in front of me. The started my order next and then slid the bowl down the counter for the swcobd young lady to add veggies and toppings. The second young lady was carrying a metal cup holder or something out from the back to slide into a fixture on the order counter. She sat it down on top of the edge of my bowl, getting the dirty surface onto a portion of my food. She said oops, and asked what vegggies I wanted. I should have asked her to redo my bowl, but was in a hurry so made a mental note to scoop that side of the bowl out before I ate. They added the toppings I asked for and a third young lady checked me out very plesantly. As i got to my meeting/appointment, I sat to eat my food and scooped out the portion that the metal carrier sat on. I was then stirring the contents of the bowl and noticed a produce sticker in my bowl. So that made me wonder if they washed the veggies because usually those stickers are removed as you wash them. I picked the sticker out and stirred around some more qith my fork to see if there were other stickers or a piece of it that was in there and saw a hair. I didn't eat any of the bowl, and decided to throw it away. I have never been to this location before and normally I have fine experiences at other locations. read more

I enjoy the food I get from Qdoba in Elizabethtown KY, but when I order online it is never ready when I get there. The last two times I ordered food online I sent the order in around noon to pick up around 530 and it is never ready and I always have to wait an additional 30 minutes. What is the best time to do an online order or is it better to just call it in? I won't be doing an online order any time soon. read more

The service here has definitely improved. It was painful to go in there in the past. This time it was a whole new crew that were very friendly. Pleasantly surprised. I will say the Food was delicious! With that being said they did have some issues that they couldn't necessarily control but the way they handled it was a little off putting service wise. Their only register wouldn't work for cards after we had gotten our food and then stated we needed cash which we did not have. Another worker told us we was good to go so we went back to eat. Us being decent people after we ate went back to check to make sure we were okay to leave and a different lady told us we needed to pay. The register had already been reset but still didn't work so she proceeded to make us wait in front of her with a line behind us that was there first to restart the register again.. we did not mind to pay for our food at all, but the first girl told us we were good to go, as in what we both thought, was that we didn't have to pay. Only to be told we had to pay but once we tried the machines still were working and she had us cutting the other patient customers who were in line to pay for their food read more

Didn't have a choice but to try it since they closed Moes and I needed a burrito fix. Inside was very nice and seemed clean. It was lunchtime and they were not busy at all. I ordered a burrito with grilled steak. The steak was not very tender and had minimal flavor. I chose verde salsa and that was a big mistake. It said it was medium on the spice level but I tasted no spice. The salsa tasted like straight lime juice and nothing else. It was really the only flavor I could taste in the whole burrito. Must be a decent place based on the line, but my burrito had hard chewy rice. Got a chicken burrito to go on our way out of town. The staff was friendly and answered all the questions a couple in front of us had even though they were swamped- line to the door. The restrooms were clean as was the dining room. This place is consistently great. The portions were large, the seating and prep area were clean, and my server was awesome. They were out of black beans, so for the very first time, I tried pinto beans with my pork bowl. Didn't matter. Still tasted wonderful. Really still appalled by the way we were treated in this establishment! Waited 15 mins to order get to the spot to order and the woman starting food just grabs a bunch of receipts and starts making an order. These receipts just printed. She also goes and gets paper towels and uses them to wipe her gloves off. I'm like okay that's not right. I say something and she seems dumbfounded I would wonder why she didn't wash her hands and change gloves and or tell me she was going to be making an online order in front of the line of people after we've been waiting forever. The manager a short man with glasses I believe was the GM came up and couldn't figure out why I was upset Over the gloves and told her not to worry about it.
