So I called the store and no one could take responsibility and be the bigger person. If it was my last 40$ I'd be really screwed. Chick-fil-a is losing a signature one member. The option to order greens in lieu of rice is great. (Sometimes there is not a lot of variety but whatever one gets, it's tasty and green.) The display case is clean and bright; being able to see the dish before one orders is extremely important. Sometimes it results in making substitutions or adding extras because everything looks so good! I like their website and the opportunity to play a game to get extra points. Each order results in points that can accumulate and used to order items. My only disappointment: I'm sorry that delivery isn't available but perhaps that service will be added in the future.

After I paid, she went to go make the food. While she was in the back, I noticed a stack of coupons where the employee was just standing (pictured and circled). So I grabbed the coupons and looked at them. One was for "pairings", and the other was for a discounted two topping large pizza. I had literally just paid $21.67 for a pizza that, with that coupon, would have been $13.99+tax. SHE TOLD ME THERE WERE NO DEALS and there was a coupon for a deal right next to her for literally the exact thing I ordered. Proof's in the pudding. See the picture of the itemized receipt right next to the coupon. This is EXACTLY how to lose a customer for life, and hopefully many others will avoid this place after seeing this review. While he was in the store, I was online placing an order for my family of five, which I didn't complete after how he/I were treated by the store manager. When we searched the internet many times over everything we found said any variation of the name Michael or the middle name of Michael qualified for the promotion. When he went in and showed his ID with his middle name being Michael he was told it didn't qualify. I called and spoke with Hayley, who said she was the store manager. I asked her if she could show me where I'd find the information she became belligerent and arrogant saying it was in a corporate email that she could not share and that she just spoke with the owner Krissy who agreed that the middle name did not qualify. I asked her name and she said Hayley. When I told her that I wasn't sure how to spell her name she in a very loud/sharp tone spelled it and said "just like the name Michael, there are many ways to spell it!" I said to her she didn't have to be a smart ass, that was precisely why I asked how she spelled it. She then very loudly said "I don't have to talk to you if you're going to swear at me!". I said I'm not swearing at you I'm trying to clarify. She hung up. I still have no clarification. There are many sub shops in the Appleton area and very friendly workers at the Green Bay Firehouse location. My family will not be back!
