Delicious Mexican! Did takeout here for the whole family, it was so good. Calling to order was easy enough, and when I got there to pick it up they had everything sitting out waiting for me, including the credit card slip to sign so it was 100% contactless (I wouldn't have minded interacting with someone to pick it up, but it was a nice touch). Two people walked by and asked if I had everything, which was also nice. I got the mahi-mahi-tacos, which were good. I had been craving fish tacos so I got those, didn't quite live up to the hype in my mind but I think that was more on me than on them since I set my expectations too high. The rice was tasty, as well as the guac. The queso isn't quite my style, but others in my family enjoyed it. Pricing is maybe a little on the high side, but you also get a ton of food so it's worth it. I'll be back for sure! read more

Delicious Mexican food! There are so many choices and even on a busy Taco Tuesday or Thursday night they have great service and great drink specials - 2 for 1 Margaritas! I love the cheese dip and we usually enjoy chips and cheese dip while waiting for our entrees. I love the Mixed Vegetable Plate which is Mexican rice with grilled chicken, California medley and cheese dip. It is yummy and just as good as leftovers the next day. I also love the Texas Burrito (with grilled chicken or steak), which has mexican rice and refried beans with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream stuffed inside, with cheese dip on top. Tried this place on a Tuesday night. They were quite busy but managed to get a quaint table in the corner of the bar area. It was 2 for 1 margaritas! The tortilla chips were better than expected, they weren't those sawdust tasting black speckled ones. Wish they were salted chips tho. Guess I gotta keep getting those at chili's. Ah well. The salsa had great flavor to dip the chips in. Ordered the queso fundido with chorizo, fabulous flavor! I ordered a ground beef taco with cheese, cilantro, onion and tomato which was also very good. Hubby ordered the Mexican grill special which was excellent as well. The steak and chicken in it was extremely tender and not leathery like some places serve. Manny was very friendly and made sure we were all good. We had a few servers stop at our table and all were amazing. We will definitely be back at this establishment very soon! read more

Enjoyed visiting this place for dinner when we were in town. Great meet place for friends and relatives. No tres leche for dessert though.

The entire experience was horrible. It was a 2 for 1 margarita night. I got an original and my date got a frozen mango. They both had some weird pickle/fermented taste... it was gross. The host sat us, someone came and brought us chips and salsa, someone else took our drink order, someone else brought us our drinks and then We waited and waited for a waiter. Finally I chugged my drink and set it at the side of the table which brought yet a different staff member around asking if I wanted another. Our food finally came and so did 2 more drinks that we didn't want or ask for and we didn't drink them. My food was cold and not what I ordered, my date had a few bites of his but it was soggy and lukewarm. Still no clue who our waiter was. Terrible! If you know what's good for you, stay far away from this place. The service was subpar from the get go. We waited a decent amount of time to be greeted after being sat and for our orders to be taken which was strange since it was very slow at the time. When it came time to pay the bill, both my card and my partner's card were declined. The waitress with the long brown hair tied back started talking poorly about us in Spanish and said we were complaining when all I asked was if they had an atm. She called over a server named AMADO who was blatantly rude. Very loudly in Spanish he had said they 'your card has no money, you can't complain because you don't have money." He didn't think we spoke or understood Spanish which is hilarious in it itself but besides the point. I used that same card that was declined to retrieve money from the atm and pay my bill. Funny that I was able to do that since 'I have no money' I left the money on our table and dipped but came back in within ten minutes to speak to a manager but no manager was on duty at the time. I called AMADO out on his comments and he admitted his guilt but never once apologized for his actions. And for that, he should be fired. AND they have no soap in the women's restroom. Just saying, rude and unclean. Update: I spoke with Laura, the owner yesterday and she was apologetic about the situation. However, when we went into the restaurant to speak with Alberto we didn't get that same vibe. He wasn't attentive to what we had to say and allowed people to interrupt our conversation at times. If you actually cared about our concern then you'd have a private conversation with us. He did give us a full refund but to top it off he wound up giving us a gift card with no balance as a way of enticing us to come back in. Definitely not. read more

I don't expect fast service anywhere on a Friday evening, but service here was slower than molasses in the middle of wintertime! Took FOREVER to get any drinks before our meal. Once we ordered, we'd asked to get refills, which only came after we were served our food over 45 minutes later, and we had to ask again for them. When a man (who was not our waitress) brought our food to the table, he was wearing an arm length oven mitt, which implied the meals & plates were hot or "fresh" out of the MICROWAVE! When we began eating our meals, the plates were not only just at room temperature, so were all our meals. Was extremely disappointed in the service. It definitely was an indicator on how mediocre the entrees would be. The menu has entirely too many options for any one entree to be "exceptional ". One star is being generous. read more

We were in a group of 16 and service was as good as if there were just 2 of us. Servers were attentive and smiling. I didn't check with everyone but those I asked really enjoyed their food. I got the quesadilla relleno which was delicious and came with a nice spoonful of guacamole, as well as sour cream, lettuce, tomato and rice. My husband got the shredded beef chimichanga plate and there were lots of mmm, mmm's coming from him. It had a nice sauce over it which was different but delicious. Almost deducted a star due to the sauce they serve with the chips. It was very thin and almost watery - hard to eat without dripping all over. BUT giving it 3 stars because I ordered vegetarian fajitas (probably because I'm vegetarian, right?) and they gave me rice and beans on the side, when I asked if they were vegetarian the waiter had to check and when he came back he said "both the rice and beans are made with chicken broth." This has become our go-to spot for Mexican food. My girlfriend loves their mahi tacos and I love their carne asada tacos. Prices are good and the drinks are stiff which is a plus for me:). I have also never had bad service since we have have been coming here. The waiters that we've had have been attentive and funny. There is also a patio for the summer that is nice if you want to eat outside. Get the queso dip for the chips. read more

This is the worst restaurant I've been to in a long time. Service is horrible. First we just are waiting to be seated by somebody , when we finally get seated the waitress was extremely rude when we asked for separate plates or saucers for the chips and salsa she told us that people don't do that normally. Finally we order our meals and the waitress gets funny because of us asking for the plates. 45+ minutes to get the food. Great service & great food! Oh, and the skinny margarita is a great delight! Salsa had a fresh flavor with a little bite of heat making it perfect for an appetizer.
