I love a good coffee and I'm in the area on Saturday's so I decided to come in. The menu was rather small and simple. The service was excellent! The seating area was not clean every table was dirty or the chairs were dirty. The pastries were fresh. My iced latte was ok nothing spectacular. It wasn't a bad experience but nothing to make me wanna come back.

This shop is excellent! I stopped in because I was in the area and wanted coffee. I just happened to discover this cool, little coffee shop with great ambiance and even better iced lavender lattes. The staff was friendly and quick and they thought of everything on their menu so carefully. Yummy!

I don't even have words to how much I love this coffee shop. I would go here every day if possible, honestly. I went for the first time on Saturday and then again today. The Blue Lagoon is amazing, refreshing, and the perfect energy booster. The Qargo Classic is flavorful, filling, and all around one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had. The staff is friendly and fast. If you haven't been here, I highly recommend it!

Cute little coffee shop in downtown Detroit. We stopped by here for a quick coffee break and bathroom stop (accessible to customers only). I was pleased when I discovered they serve Lavazza espresso here, one of my favorite coffee brands. I ordered an Americano during my visit here. The bathroom was clean. They also serve desserts like small pastries and gelato here, though it seemed they had run out of gelato by the time I stopped by. Cute shop, would stop by here again!

The staff person although very friendly and professional was not able to really convey all they had to offer there. I opted to go with my go-to order of a Mocha. They had an array of pastries on display and I decided on a chocolate mousse. I really love the look of the cafe and spotted a cozy nook while there that is perfect for reading. I'll be going in for a visit soon.

Every sip was like a hug All the staff were engaging and friendly!They serve breakfast all day and I was soooooo excited that they had turkey breakfast meat and veggie options. The turkey sausage croissant was buttery, flaky, and flavorful. Don't worry they also have a lunch menu! The chairs are so comfy and the space is so inviting! Very easy to lose track of time reading a good book or catching up with friends! This place is such a vibe and very much worth visiting! Will be a repeat customer, thank you!

Qargo Coffee never disappoints. The iced tea is delicious, the iced latte is perfectly extracted (gotta love Lavazza!) and the staff are super friendly. We love coming here to do work and grab a quick drink. The lighting is bright and inside is clean. Highly recommend this spot! read more

Qargo is a relatively new coffee shop that opened within the last month. The building is bright, clean, and much larger than you would think from the front view. The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. There are different flavors of coffee. Drinks were much more abundant than in other coffee houses I've been to lately. They have actual coffee drinks just not those sweetened frappes which I like also but when I want a good coffee I know I'm going to come back here I deliberated between a flat white and a Cortado, but decided to go with the Cortado and I don't regret it once bit! The artwork in the building has a nice tribute to our Detroit car history and the melting pot that is Dearborn. read more

I've come here several times and it never really disappoints as long as you're willing to spend money. It's very expensive, like it's more of a treat than a place you'd want to be a regular at (unless that's how you roll). I'm sure there are cheaper options though, I like to get a flavored latte and sometimes a turkey croissant breakfast sandwich. They have a few places to do work or chat with a friend, but it's pretty small so you have to be prepared for it to be full (happens sometimes, definitely not the norm). Parking is straight forward, it's connected to the Whole Foods parking lot. The service there is great, everyone is always kind and does their best, even when I need help deciding what coffee to get which happens a lot with me. I'd stop in for a nice flavorful treat of a coffee if you're nearby! Note, the syrups and whatnot do taste more artificial than anything artisanal or homemade, but that's what you want sometimes! read more

Amazing service, they are always so friendly!!Rushed around trying to find a place that did catering coffee to-go and Qargo saved the day! Was able to make 2 large catering coffees the same day. Allowed me to call ahead for easy pick up. Super helpful. They also have Italian products you can buy such as Italian soda and coffee beans and chocolate. I am impressed they are very friendly. The coffee is really good and there are many options to choose from. The latte was not something I absolutely love. I think it could have a stronger taste. Brand new coffee shop in midtown Detroit, opened late September/early October 2024, at the former Starbucks. Friendly, helpful, and engaging staff. It's either the manager or owner was very hospitable and gave out samples for us to try ! They serve breakfast all day and have plenty of pastry options. I haven't had a chance to try them yet. This is definitely one of my new go-to coffee shops in midtown Detroit. Nothing about the coffee shop itself, but the parking does kind of suck if you plan to drive and park here. It can be early 8:30am and the lot is already full. There is parking at the Whole Foods parking lot next door, but they have that whole "Whole Foods Parking Only or be towed" sign. If you want to risk it, cool. There's also street parking, but it costs money. read more

My husband and I found this place after trying to visit another coffee shop that was closed. I had the iced chai tea latte and my husband had an iced coffee with the name 'Detroit' in it. Both were excellent and honestly better anything than I've ever had at any other coffee shop. Beats the pants off of Starbucks! If you're in Detroit, stop by. Of the five flavors I've tried, the pistachio is my favorite. Momento also offers baked goods and sorbet. I've had the lemon and raspberry sorbets, and personally prefer the lemon. While the baked goods are outsourced, the croissant I had was delicious. I've also tried the lemonade. It was too sour for my liking, though I'm hoping it was just an off batch. There are also some savory options, like breakfast sandwiches and paninis, I plan on trying one day. In the few times my family and I have been to Momento, we've always left happy. Gelato isn't especially common in the Metro Detroit area, so having a solid spot like this in one of the city's most happening neighborhoods shouldn't be taken for granted.

It's pretty dark in the main area so if you have "old" eyes like me, you'll probably have better luck in the bigger space. If you're looking for a quick cuppa, this isn't the spot. Drinks are made to order so it takes a min and I'm not sure if the staff (for food prep) is fully trained and/or just REALLY new because that area seemed like it was struggling.
