Great spot to visit. Ambience is nice. I believe there is sometimes featured a violinist, nice touch. The food is simply amazing, period. This restaurant is popular so I will say expect a wait, even with a reservation. This is the only downer. The wait staff are friendly and food service is quick. Would be nice if patrons would be considerate of the time allowed for dining. There are signs posted. It's a tricky thing for management I'm sure-- how to actually enforce

Me and my girls came here for brunch on a Sunday afternoon and had a marvelous time. Of course we had reservations so it didn't take long for us to be seated. The inside was beautifully decorated, clean, and well kept. The vibe was giving brunch for sure. Looking over the menu I thought the mimosa flight was too small of quantity for the price, so I ordered a cocktail instead. My raspberry cocktail was perfect to start off with. For entree I ordered the Mahi and grits. It was actually REALLY good! I was really shocked with how delicious it was. Everybody seemed to really enjoy their food as well. It was the perfect place for a grand time.

The food was delicious but it was much too loud to fully enjoy the meal. Great service, parking is limited. I would (and have) recommended this restaurant. I would love if they added acoustic panels.

The food is alright, but would come here again, it's a nice place to sit with your friends and relax. Sometimes they have live piano music which adds a nice touch. Pretty busy place but never had to wait long for seating or food to come out to

With a reservation still has a two hour wait. Management does not enforce the time limit Extremely limited space Good food and vibe! Good service MUST GET CONTROL OF LARGE PARTIES AND TIME CONSTRAINTS

Looking for a chic place to brunch for my birthday, I came across Brunch With Me in St. Claire Shores, Michigan. Upon entering, I was immediately impressed with the esthetic. The neon signage the floral accoutrement, the piano, the lighting, the tables--everything was beautiful. The gentleman at the piano smiled and played "Happy Birthday" for me while the staff and a few guests joined in. It all set the perfect scene. I had to make myself stop smiling so I could eat. I brunched on peach bellinis, a lobster omelet, with potatoes and fresh fruit; and was given a muffin with a lit candle for my birthday. It was really enjoyable and the highlights of my birthday. Who doesn't love a brunchery where you can actually have champagne or another spirit to accompany your food. I definitely want to go back to explore other menu items and absorb the ambiance.

We just were not fans. The salad is fresh just lacks taste. The sausages are different. Just not our cup of tea.

My sister-in-law and I ate here on a Saturday afternoon. We didn't realize they closed at 3 so we arrived around 2:50, but they were kind enough to still seat us. What I will say is that this place is a bit pricey. For 2 people the bill was around $100 and that's with no alcohol. They also add in a 18% gratuity off top. I got the Crème Brûlée French toast. It was absolutely gorgeous, but it was honestly really bland as far as the toast itself. I didn't taste any vanilla and none of that toasted, sugary brûlée flavor I was expecting. To me, a good French toast is good before you even put the syrup on it, but this just tasted like bread dipped in eggy milk. The portion size was great though. All the sides were ala carte. The bacon and eggs were good, but that's not something that can be messed up too badly. I also got the tiramisu latte, which was also pretty, but the first sip wasn't good all. I really had to mix it and incorporate the syrup that was smeared around the cup to get it tasting decent. There was a lady finger sitting in the marscapone/whipped cream, but the drink itself wasn't giving tiramisu at all. I enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant and the presentation of the food was on point, so I'd probably come back and try them again .

It looks quite elegant and fancy inside. Nice covered patio space. Classical music playing in the background. Ina is waiting on us. 18% gratuity is added to all bills, written at the bottom of the menu. :/ I am of the belief that it should be up to each customer to determine the tip. What happens if you have a bad experience and you are still forced to pay an 18% tip for bad service? The flatware and ramekins on the plates are gold plated or colored. Ordered a green mango tea, coffee with oat milk, ranchero skillet, no potatoes, whole grain toast, no açaí bowl today, got the morning parfait instead, side of cevapi, side of spicy Dearborn sausage. $101.06 with the required 18% tax. They offer up the Delight flavored creamers, no need for oat milk. The green tea is quite weak, not a lot of mango, peach or green flavor. The cepavi tasted like a small hamburger. The dipping sauce has a little bit of heat, it's not bad. The Dearborn spicy sausage isn't bad, the casing felt a tad too rubbery for me though. The morning parfait is good, the granola looks like a broken up Nature Valley bar. The whole staff works together to make your experience the best it can be. The crème brûlée French toast was soft and billowy. The dip seemed fairly light and insufficient. It was rather lack luster for me. It felt like I was eating soft white bread with mascarpone, syrup and some berries. I did like the sliced almonds on this at least. I wouldn't get it again. The ranchero skillet without the sweet potatoes looks rather skimpy, could have added more eggs or something else to beef up the dish. Well aware the potatoes are used as a filler for most brunch dishes. The jam in the small ramekin was hardly enough for one half of a slice of toast as it was. Chorizo has good flavor. Place is a bit pricey for what you get. Good service though. About $85 for breakfast / brunch, seems expensive for our 1st meal of the day if you ask me. This will likely be our most expensive breakfast / brunch to date in MI and the most expensive meal of the day too. We didn't feel the meal was worth the price.

I love the atmosphere here. Fresh roses on our table, live music, clean decor, excellent service. Our waitress was very sweet and attentive. The menu is very extensive with many items you don't see in other restaurants. This was my second time eating here so I wanted to choose something different. I think I need to eat here about forty more times to try everything that sounds delicious. I ordered an omelette with goat cheese, caramelized onions and fig preserves. It came with cubed potatoes and I ordered rye toast. I believe my orange juice was fresh squeezed. My friend ordered the savory Dutch Baby. It was a very generous portion with lots of meat.

Brunch with Me is always busy on a weekend! It's a treat. We treated ourselves the other day to brunch. It was good like it always is. I love that they always have live music on the weekends. It just adds another touch of class to the BWM experience. If you like fancy things you'll like BWM.

The service was fabulous, and though the place was busy, we were seated promptly. We enjoyed the beignets (especially the chocolate ones!) and loved the lobster/ crab omelet-- the potatoes they served were fabulous too, and yummy grits. My son had the biscuits and gravy that weren't my favorite (I grew up in the South so I'm fussy here), but he enjoyed them. The only thing I didn't love was the 18% automatic gratuity... tho I would have tipped 20%, that's a pet peeve of mine (which made them a 4 star). If it's mandated, then just raise the prices and say no tipping! That said, we'll be back... it was just that good.

Nate and I stopped in on our most recent visit to Detroit and had a lovely experience. The space is tucked away but had a surprising amount of outdoor space--we were there in January but I'd love to come back in the summer. We were greeted right away and given a spot near the bar. The menu includes cocktails, lots of wine, and several tasty food options. It was quite busy inside, so it took a bit of time for our server to come over to us, but we weren't in a rush. They had ten cocktails on their list and I tried the bullet proof soul and Nate got the negroni alla perra. The ingredients list for some of the cocktails include things I've never heard of, but at a place like this, I just know it's going to be good. Our drinks were perfectly balanced and very tasty. We also ordered the mortadella sandwich to split--this was delicious. It was pretty messy, but worth it. It was perfectly toasted and full of mortadella. Everything on the menu sounded delicious and I would love to try more of the food options. Can't wait to visit again!

There were friendly patrons all around and we chatted with other bar admirers. We checked out the coffee shop, Warda, but didn't purchase anything then, but have had several of their desserts since then and they did not disappoint. The atmosphere is wonderful, indoor/outdoor bar, great outside seating - not sure how this will work in the winter? They also have very pretty stone paths with multicolor stones mixed in for a very peaceful beautiful look. It inspired me to add some multicolored stones to my garden! I can't wait to return.

The second time we went it was sooo slow. It took at least 15 min to get menus once we were seated and took about 45 min to get the food once the server came back to take our orders, which also took a while. It was 2pm on a Friday, and other than what looked like a wrapping up work lunch (they had checks and boxes for leftovers when we were seated) there were only 2 tables of guests, so the delay was not due to it being busy. That day I got a side salad and a chicken wrap. The salad was very good aside from coming with an item I asked to take off. I did ask for no tomato, as you can see in the pic, they were added. I didnt get pictures of the wrap, but it was very meh. I would not order it again. I did not like the BBQ sauce that was used. Very overly sweet and not a good flavor. I also found there to not be a ton of chicken, it was like a second salad... TONS of romaine. I believe the wrap was called Lakehouse Chicken Wrap. Side note. We were seated near open windows and the construction was. Abit loud, which was ignorable, however! there was a phone on the server station that was ringing CONSTANTLY. I have no clue what that was about, but it was so annoying. We did alert a server but nothing was done about it. Overall, I would go back but maybe just for apps and drinks. The drinks was well made and they had a decent beer selection as well. The look of the bar is nice and I hope they can stay open longer than some of the other places that have been there!

Definitely a solid spot to catch a game or pull up with a group. The menu is pretty large too, so you have options. Let's get into the food: I ordered the Dox Burger on a gluten-free bun and upgraded to fries instead of the house chips. It was actually really good and I was NOT expecting a double patty. That was a lot of burger, but I wasn't mad at it. We also tried the Burn the Boat burger. It was good, but it needed way more bad boy sauce. I could barely taste it. The shrimp fajitas came out sizzling (love that for presentation), but the veggies were a little too charred for my liking. And the salsa? Not it. Everything else was solid though. For drinks, we had Cabernet and Prosecco. Both were good just slightly overpriced, especially considering the limited selection. Overall, it's a solid 3.5 for me. I'd come back and try something different, just knowing to expect a wait.

Don't get me wrong, I totally get that stress that many restaurants are under in getting quality employees, let alone enough employees to run a shift and understanding that I am very forgiving about maybe a little extra time it takes to take your order or get your food out. That wasn't the issue here. No one took an order until we asked 3 times, which even in the most forgiving situations is unacceptable. I'm trying to give you money yo and it was early. Food wise, when you read the menu it all sounds spectacular, but my friends ordered a few items and they both said that it was quite flavorless and honestly that's how I felt about my drink. Switched to beer after. Speakeasy implies a level of expertise in cocktails not sugary run of the mill. Like I said in my opening salvo, this is a beautiful location. I would love to think that this a great spot to rent out of an event or party but I will be honest, I'm not sure what kind of experience you will be getting. Attention detail doesn't seem to be their strong suit, if you want an example, check out their website and look at their hours. What's going on with Thursday?
