I have been going to this nail salon for years but today was the last time I will go. My mail tech was so rude. He cut up my nails, left acrylic all over my fingers, and acted annoyed with me the entire time. I cried because I told him I wanted almond...he did square...I reminded him nicely and he did this. I asked if I could leave and just pay for what he had done so far and he said no this is what you wanted it's fine. I have never had such a bad experience. They also charged me $70 for this set which is by far the most I've ever paid in my life for nails and I've gotten way more elaborate designs. 2 stars only because the guy who did the French rip genuinely seemed like he was trying to make it better but at that point I just wanted it to be done so I could leave.

I've been to three different nail salons since I've moved here and this has been my favorite! Kayla did a FANTASTIC job on my nails. I just made this yelp account to leave a review for her.

Nail with lifting in my thumb and uneven gel polish application. I can't get a good picture of all the little air bubbles in the polish.

I don't know why I came back again. They were clearly in a rush and didn't do a good job. Overall my gel manicure is sloppy. You can see that on my thumb there appears to be an air bubble. How she did that I have no idea. When I touch the air bubble it moves around because it's not connected my natural nail. In most of the nails, the gel polish is applied unevenly and has a bunch of air bubbles. These pictures were taken the day after I got the manicure and the polish is already chipping at the tips. Overall, I don't believe this was worth the 35 dollars and will not be returning.

I gave this nail salon a 5 star because I got my nails done 4 weeks ago with the dip powder on my natural nails. Every other place I've gone to seems to always break, chip or peel off but getting them done here they look still look really good even though I need a dip fill. I don't know if it's the product they use or their technique but if you want your money's worth I'd suggest checking this place out! I'm posting my before picture from when I came out of the nail salon to now with my review. read more

Called and they told me I could come anytime which was great. The place is nice and clean and wasn't very busy. I settled in for a mani/pedi and everything was good at first. However, the nail polish job is horrible. It's visibly lumpy. read more

I got my nails done here for the first time and I will be returning. Nathan did my nails and he noticed without me saying a word that the last place didn't shape my nails right, he said he will put on a new set for me next time. I am going to need to find another place to go to get my feet done! I gave this place 3 chances (each time with a different person) and each time i walked out feeling the same. They rush and do not do a good job! Please find another place that is worth the money! Im sure there is good people that work there but for me to go 3 times and get the same result i will not waste my money anymore. read more

He was very attentive and meticulous, treating me like a true client, unlike some other places that treat you like another number and want to finish the job quickly. I went to the nail salon because a friend of mine recommended it due to the safety precautions they were taking. However the customer service was poor from the female nail tech and she was rude when she removed the nail light dryer from my hand instead letting me move it. I got a French tip with dip powder which was done poorly. My nails were really wide at the top and not buff down correctly. I was also over charge for the service. Not satisfied, not going back. read more

I went to Q Nails for the first time today and had a dip powder manicure from Nathan. I have nothing but amazing things to say! Coming from Scottsdale where I was paying $50+ for basic dip powder and having variable experiences, Q Nails is EXTREMELY affordable. Nathan took his time with his work and I have the best manicure I've ever had... for only $35! I certainly will be frequenting this establishment when I am in town. read more

Came in with a bridal party this morning & we were all thrilled with the service! 7 women's nails & 3 little girls. We were in & our in right about 2 hours & we all got mani pedis. I don't live in the foothills, but I will be making the drive because the service is that great & quality of the nails is great. Thank you for helping get us ready for my friend's big day tomorrow!! I went earlier today for an appointment at 6 for the first time because it had been consistently recommended by my sister, and I have no regrets other than not going sooner! I loved my pedicure! I wanted to get a manicure as well but unfortunately didn't plan the trip with more time to spare.. I will definitely be back. The place was super clean and well-staffed. Everyone was polite and my lady was the best! I didn't catch her name but she gave me one of my favorite white pedicures! 10/10 recommend! :) read more

Went for pedicure & full set of nails. Pedicure was great but they wouldn't do the full set of nails with my hands having some atrophy. Never had a problem with the nail salon by Brewers in town. They were always able to accommodate me. read more

I recently went and I loved it. My nails came out amazing, and it was really relaxing. I got dip for my manicure and just a regular pedicure. They were really sweet, and the price wasn't too bad. I picked a color for my dip, and the man attending me chose a polish for my toes to match it perfectly and they give water during pedicure which is nice. read more

I've been a very loyal customer to Jen since opening Q Nails, and till today I won't be coming back. Ive gave them multiple chances and I get disappointed every time. I've called and made scheduled appointments time and time again, just to be let down and not given the people I requested. Today The pedicurist Paula cut into my toe making it bleed, & she persisted to put blue stuff in it that burned badly. Then when I asked for a new full set they told me I would get a fill and I Asked again stating I would PAY EXTRA to have them soaked off and she still neglected that. Right then her prescheduled appointment walked in asking for her so she had to switch me off to the next nail tech who in the end was working on me and an older lady at the same time, switching between us without washing hands/hand sanitizer! I'm disappointed in the quality of customer service every time I've walked in. Nail salons should really focus on QUALITY over Quantity. read more

I was a client for 5 years. Always tipped very generously. Never had an issue, until I got my lashes done there. I have gotten lash extentions for about 4 years, never ever had a problem, unfortunately, my regular Lash aesthetician moved to North Carolina, so I tried Q-Nails for lashes since I was getting a pedicure. Well what a disaster it turned out be. Within a day and a half my eyes starting watering, I thought it would clear up the next day. But that didn't happen The follow day they started itching . Then the next day the burning came. By now most of the lashes have fallen out. No refund of course. They offered to put more lashes on. No i dont want them to put anything on my lashes again. Why would I want to go back to the person that scrwed up the first time. They use cheap lashes and cheap glue.This all happen in within 4 days. $100 bucks down the drain, if it turns into an eye infection, it wouldn't surprise me. Ladies, if you get your lashes there, your rolling the dice with your eye health! There's plenty ofore professional salons out there that do fabulous, natural looking lashes. I will be going to one from now on. read more

Someone needs to call state board in this place!! omg I saw one of the girls wax someone's eyebrows and lips and they were DOUBLE DIPPING! And they use the same nails and buffer instead of getting a new LIKE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO! If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely unsanitary! read more

I love this salon. I had been searching for a new nail salon for a while and was told by a friend this place was great. She was spot on. The girl at the front station is awesome she really knows what she's doing. All the other techs are friendly as well. Prices are pretty standard for a nail salon but the way I see it you don't want to be cheap when it comes to your nails anyway. read more
