Bad vibes, bad attitudes of workers and crappy nails. They nickel and dime you! My nails are damaged since the lady there didn't know what she was doing and they were talking in their language. I do my own nails and save money and do a better job! Very unprofessional place! read more

I have been a regular customer here for YEARS - have NEVER had any problems and have always had great service. The people who work here are nice and friendly. If you havea problem it makes more sense to talk to the person who is your technician or Ann who is the owner and not be cowardly and just give bad reviews online. I was afforded an opportunity for a much needed pedicure as a walk- in. As I was seated I felt even more at ease as I noticed the Social Distancing that was in place. I ordered the Deluxe Pedicure which included the Spa Pedicure, callus treatment, exfoliation, mask and the hot towel wrap paraffin. Kathy was friendly and professional and didn't pinch the skin as she performed miracles ico trimming my toenails. Overall, a great experience and a return visit is in the cards. read more

Just went today and service was TERRIBLE! I went in for a pedicure. Told the lady right away that I don't want the edges of my nails cut to avoid future ingrown. She said okay and she dug and cut my nails anyways. Her massage and service after that was terrible. Very aggressive and did terrible. She went to paint my toes and smudged two nails and she goes ohh and said okay I can take payment. When I asked if she could fix them she did... with her FINGER!! I'm not ever picky. In the past I've gone home and fixed them at home myself. But today was beyond terrible. Very unhappy. read more

I LOVE this nail place! The staff is friendly and they are taking extra steps during COVID to ensure everyone's safety. I have noticed that not all of the customers like being told that they have to wear a mask or that they are required to wash to their hands before their service or before picking out a polish, but I do. Not good service at all, I advised what package I wanted and the girl tried to upgrade me to pay more! Also did a terrible job on my pedi, and when she went to put my flip flop on smudged my toe and all she did was repaint that one toe with clear instead of fixing it, lost my business, I'll never go back. read more

Busy place, but I called one day & got an appointment the next day with Alan. He did a great job with my mani/pedi. He was nice, professional, positive, & upbeat! It's a pretty clean place I only wish they did a better process of cleaning their tools. They spray them with something & put them in a warmer for about 10 minutes. This used to be my favorite place.....I called and made an appointment for myself and two kids. After repeating back to me what services I was requesting she gave me my appointment time. We arrived early because I was bringing kids and ended up waiting 20 minutes past our appointment time. Stuff happens, but while I was getting my pedicure the gentleman left to start another client. My legs where covered in a wet cloth and by the time he came back my legs and feet felt like icicles. He dried my legs with a paper towel and told me they were to busy to do my fill and asked me to come back tomorrow or wait for him to do another pedicure. I spoke to the lady that took my call and she said she only wrote down pedicure. I reminded her of our phone call and she ignored me. Then I asked if they had no intentions on doing my nails they why did he pull the color I requested. Side note the kids and I spoke about getting our feet and nails done for the three hours we spent in the salon. I get it stuff happens but I was very unhappy with how they treated me. At the end of the day I was dismissed. I plan to find a new nail tech in the future. read more

This place is horrible they rushes my nails left me there to soak off my nails for ever my nails were hurting and frozen from the acetone. I kept telling the lady I don't like how thick my nails looked and she kept saying she will file them down which she didn't and she was being rough with me because I said I wanted them thinner not only did she still make them thick they were crooked too. This place has my wife's custom Diamond Wedding ring. She took it off for a manicure and when she got home she realized that she forgot it. We went back to get it and; SUPRISE! No one had seen it! If I could give this place a negative rating I would. The lady burned my skin with the wax and then my nails look like absolute dog crap!!! They left dip powder all over my moms nails and there is gel all over on the edges of mine! The lady used the cuticle trimmers on herself before using them on my absolutely nasty! read more

This is my first yelp review but wanted to post it. I made an appointment for 11am for a pedicure. I arrived at 11:03 and asked to use the restroom briefly having traveled an hour to get there. The lady took my mother who had an appointment at 11 as well. I had to sit and wait until she was done then the lady moved to another client with an 11:30 appointment and told me I had to wait until the other 2 people getting a pedicure were done before I could get mine. I walked out and headed to Jens nails which did a fantastic job!! Would NEVER return to this place. read more

This is a terrible nail salon. They used to be good but the last couple of years they are almost surly with the customers. No smiling, no conversation, sullen technicians doing their job - and some of them aren't very interested in doing that well. There's plenty of other salons in Yuma. read more

Have been going here (next to Fry's new store East of Fortuna Rd) for four years. The Salon staff are very friendly and exceptional at what they do. Ann is the person who will make your appointment. There 12 nail stations and I believe 8-10 pedicure chairs. Mist of the nail techs have been there all the time since I have been going there. They are good with walk-ins. During the Winter visitor time (December thru March) it gets busier. read more
