I made a reservation but still ended up waiting about 20 minutes. The technician did an okay job cleaning up and filing my nails, but they were uneven and I had to refile them myself when I got home. The polish application also wasn't very even, and there were a few spots where the color was missing. I really enjoyed the foot massage. They even set a 10 minute timer to make sure you get the full massage time, which I appreciated. Everyone was nice, but overall, I probably won't be coming back here.

It was my first time ever to that place and I saw that I had some…read moregood reviews so when I called a lady answered, and when I said, I wanted to make an appointment and then I was from here she was letting me know, that appointments are online and that I have to pick a stylist but she was very aggressive sounding and when I it's fine I could do it online so she wouldn't be frustrated with me. She proceeded to be insistent on just finishing up while I was on the phone and by that time I didn't want to get a haircut there anymore because of the attitude over the phone.
