I chose Q Nails for my mani/pedi today based on the reviews I read here on Yelp. I have to say, I was not let down. I had the best pedicure I have ever received today. The leg massage was amazing - definitely the longest I've ever had. The salon is understated, but very clean. The ladies were so attentive to detail and insisted on fixing the smudges my mother in law and I both did to our nails before leaving. All of the staff went above and beyond to make sure our experience was great - I mentioned my phone was dying and the person at the front desk offered to plug it in and charged it while my nails dried! I'll never go to another nail salon as long as I live in the area - Q Nails has my business for a long time! read more

Visited Q Nails for the first time and the pedicure was different. For some reason, the woman who helped me was moving at lightning speed. This was the fastest massage I've ever experienced, and it was not at all restful or relaxing. There was no one waiting so I'm not sure what the hurry was. The lavender oil scrub was over in two minutes whereas I've enjoyed that part for ten minutes or more -- at a slower pace -- at another salon. I guess I simply prefer a slower, relaxing, more deliberate massage technique. Q Nails might work best for a working woman on her lunch break. read more

I just moved here from California and have been searching for a good nail salon and thanks to all the positive reviews on Yelp I found Q Nails! They did a great job on a pink and white full set and a pedicure. I am very picky about the shape, width and length of my nails and the nail tech did a fantastic job! My pedicure was delightful ... great foot massage, warm towels ... the works! The staff was super friendly and welcoming!!! I will definitely be a regular at Q Nails! read more

My friend and I went for pedicures on a Saturday afternoon. The staff were quiet, but polite. They provided a good quality pedicure at a reasonable price. The chairs for the pedicure were massage chairs - I liked it okay. The decor is really no frills, but I was happy with my pedi. I would go back again. read more

Q nails is fantastic- professional service and friendly people. Why does that horrible toe picture appear when you google them? I don't believe it is truly from them. Q nails is very clean and my pedicure is always great. Why does yelp amplify that picture next to the business name? It is very unfair to Q nails- is this some kind of punishment by yelp because they didn't pay to be business members? Something is not right here. I really enjoy this place. Their prices are very reasonable and their service is always quick. Basic mani/pedis are always great here. I have noticed that you get better and more attentive service if you book an appointment ahead of time but walking in is just fine too! The quality of nail designs depends on the person. Some do an outstanding job while I have trouble figuring out what the design is supposed to be with others. Just be careful they don't get too overzealous with the cuticle cutting and the nail trimming. read more

I went in to get a shellac manicure. The girl who did my nails seemed rush and was flying through my manicure. She made me bleed while cutting my cuticles THREE TIMES. I don't think I've ever bled during a manicure before. A different woman did my polish and she also seemed in a rush. She didn't keep track of how long by nails were under the UV light, she just slapped each coat on as soon as she was done with each hand. I was disappointed with the service to say the least, but even more disapointed with the final product - some of my nails were still rough on the edges and I had to file a couple when I got home. Some of the polish was painted on to what was left of my cuticles on a couple fingers so that shellac is already separating from my nail. On one of the fingers that bled she actually PAINTED OVER THE DRIED BLOOD WITH POLISH! First, thats disgusting and completely unsanitary. Second, I chose a light color and now the polish on that finger looks dirty. I wish I had noticed when she did it, I could have easily washed my hands again. GROSS. A couple nails have already chipped, probably because I had to file off the rough edges she left behind before she did the shellac. Unhappy, not impressed, and will not go back. read more
