The PPF work was subcontracted out, and the quality was poor. On my Range Rover, the film around the rear tailgate was left with a wide, unwrapped edge and an exposed seam that started lifting and trapping dirt within a few weeks. This is a straightforward area to wrap, and it contradicts what I was told before booking -- that edges would be hand-cut and wrapped with no exposed seams as much as possible. When I asked for a repair, the owner Rogelio's answers kept shifting: first that the shop no longer works with the subcontractor, then that some parts "can't be wrapped," then an offer to just add more ceramic coating on the edges. Only after I mentioned I might leave a review did the owner offer to have the panels redone -- and framed it as costing him $1,500 to make me happy, as if a defective install was a favor. The part that ended the relationship for me: when I couldn't find my XPEL warranty confirmation (it turned out to be in my spam folder though I doubt I can utilize this warranty ever), the owner proposed issuing me a Lumen warranty for film that was actually XPEL -- in other words, a warranty from a different brand than what was installed and paid for! I told him I don't want to be sued, and he says they will never be able to figure out. I declined. Whatever the intent, I'm not comfortable with a shop that would suggest that, and I will take my car elsewhere for the repair, having learned my lesson.

My 2004 Chevy 3/4 ton black pick up had been parked all summer under a cherry tree in my son in law's driveway and it was a mess. I love this truck, big old diesel in great shape but man was she ugly. I met Billy one day as I was parking the truck in the garage and asked if he could help me restore the finish. He reassured me his team could do it and possibly could get ride of some of the scratches and discoloration. He quoted me $200 just for the exterior which I though was more than fair. His Team did an incredible job on this truck . I mean when I picked it up and saw what they had accomplished I was extremely pleased and grateful. Grateful because I could tell he underestimated the amount of work that they needed to put into the project but that did not stop them from delivering an exceptional result that THEY could be proud of. I was pleased because even when offered more money for having done the job Billy said no a price is a price, just use us for your other vehicles in the future. I respect and admire that kind of integrity. I have three vehicles in the area including one classic car. I will use these guys for all my future work. When booking an appointment, there was a miscommunication hat the manager will come pick up the car, but ended up not happening due to language barriers. That's fine, I drove the car there and took an Uber back. Took them an hour and a half to complete my car and was told I would need to pick it up by 3:30 (since they can only park my car there for 3 hours). I had to leave work early and take Uber back to grab my car. That's fine. I didn't really get a chance to check my car there, but when inspecting my car after I got home, I noticed a bunch of spots that got missed...especially since this is a 2 step Exterior and paid separate for interior. Inside, they missed a spot on the driver side door latch and had a liquid drip spot on the passenger side. Exterior, the bumper still had a bunch of missed bug splats...not even small ones. Also didn't wipe down the driver side side-mirror so it had some white residue. The roof had a bunch of random spots that looked like they didn't wipe it clean or at all. Lastly, this might be nit-picking but they didn't clean the inside of the fuel door. For the amount of money paid, I definitely expected a better job on the exterior as it was the two step exterior. Other than that, the owner was very responsive and communicated to his staff. When I arrived, the staff were also really nice, although a bit rushy. They definitely did a better job inside the car than outside. The inside was pretty spotless besides the door handles. Don't know if I would go back as a quick wash place would have yielded similar results for much much less.

Everyone there was incredibly nice and understanding of my predicament despite the short notice. I told them to give me the works and left it over night. After returning the next morning, I found my car absolutely shining and smelling amazing despite the arguable war crime that had happened the day before. They really saved me and even gave me a discount. The price was absolutely fantastic for the job I got and I'm planning to come back once a year for winter detailing as well as snagging a quote for a wrap job. Thanks a ton, guys!

I made an appointment online (which required me to pay upfront), but then the day before the appointment I received a text saying that they overbooked and couldn't take me. After two days of multiple miscommunications, they ended up coming to my home (which I initially appreciated)... The service took almost three hours, but after the employee left I realized that none of my interior doors were cleaned completely (the package I selected was "Interior Deluxe P3") and my seats were all left very damp. Overall, definitely not worth the money or time spent. I'm sad to leave this review, since the owner "Joe" was nice/personable over the phone and the employee I met was friendly; but the entire experience was frustrating, and the business seems very disorganized.
