We went into the Egyptian Tomb room with two 10-year old boys and 2 parents. The mix of ages helped us solve a variety of riddles, mazes, codes, and other challenges, and the decor made it feel like you were really in an Indiana Jones or Lara Croft movie... my kids can't stop raving and my husband and I are equally impressed. We have been to three rooms and already scheduling our next adventure. Considering the family night out options, most people go for a movie and leave the theatre with butter covered fingers and disappointment. Escape rooms are different, for about the same price you get an hour "locked" in a room with only your wits to save you! Don't worry though, if you don't make it in the 60 minutes these fun hosts will help you escape. Everyone learns something and everyone leaves with a "wow." This interactive game challenges your observation, intellect and problem solving skills. Don't be shy, get in there and turn stuff over, move things around. Most of all, communicate with your team. They are your strongest asset and will give you the best chance for escape. Great for dates, family night or an adventure in meeting new people! read more

I think we we become addicted! We did "Farewell" on October 3 right before it was going farewell on the 4th. It was challenging, fun and the hour flew by way too fast. This is a thinking game. Not something scary. We went as a couple and were joined with a group of 4. We had so much fun we came back to do "Rescue 2.0" the very next night! I can't wait to get our family together to try "White Lie" next! I can't wait for the next challenge! Pros: Fun for literally all ages. Anyone (even your younger children) can help solve the clues and work through them for a solution. Handicapped can do this as well. My father who is in a wheelchair would have a blast helping solve the puzzles. There is nothing as far as an obstacle that would prevent him from participating and fully engaging in the game. This is a huge plus! The staff! I /we really appreciate the staff! If you don't finish (we were two clues shy the first time and ONE clue shy on our second visit ugh! ) the staff will find out where you were stumped in the game and let you work through the clue with help to show you what you missed. This is fantastic! It's nice to get to the conclusion and not be left going WTF? :-) Cons: You will become massively addicted and will need to learn how to space out your game play so you don't pkay all the games in a couple of days! read more

So much fun! I've been there twice now and both rooms had completely different puzzles and strategies that you had to solve/use in order to get out. I absolutely love it and it's great with friends or family. If you have never tried an escape room, I strongly suggest this one. My wife and I have been going to a lot of escape rooms lately. We picked up two tickets to Denver Escape Room on Groupon for about half price. This location was in an odd spot, but interesting non the less. We decided on doing The Heist which is their hardest room, sporting a 13% pass rate. Now, there are 8 spots available for the room, so if you only go with one other person then you have to be prepared to be paired up with up to 6 other people. There lies the problem. My wife and I got paired with 4 20 something year Olds who had never done a room before and we're completely stoned out of their minds. We were screwed before we ever started the game. The room was laid out nice but it was extremely linear. One lock lead to a clue for another lock which lead to a clue to another lock ect..there was no real puzzles. We loved the theme of the room and if we had been paired with another group of people, would probably have solved it. The owners were very nice and we will probably go back to more of their rooms, but with or own group. read more

We did the White Lies room. The puzzles were okay, but not great ( I won't share the reason with you in case you decide to go). They misplaced one clue when they set up the room for us. The clue to open a certain drawer was locked inside that same drawer. The clue was not really necessary and we managed to move forward without it, but we spend over 30 min trying to open the stupid drawer, therefore we didn't have enough time to finish the game. We requested a re-do and first they told us that "they are human and make mistakes", then they offered a 50% off discount. Really? We spent $150 bucks and it's really unfortunate that they didn't take responsibility for ruining it for us. We already had plans to go back and try the other two rooms, but that won't be happening anymore, of course. read more

Extremely fun!! Had some doubts but went with friends for a bachelor party, and I am converted. The puzzles are challenging, interesting, and the quality of the props and rooms is very impressive. We'll be going back to do all the rest of the rooms, and anything new! read more
