Best Birthday Party Experience Ever -- for Kids and Adults…read more We hosted Stella's 4th birthday party at Bounce Empire, and it was hands down one of the coolest places we've ever had a party. What truly sets Bounce Empire apart is that it's not just for kids -- it actually considers the adults too. So many kids' birthday venues forget about the parents, but not here. There's a full bar, massage pods, a movie theater room with recliners to watch sports, chess tables, and a beautiful outdoor patio with mountain views. It felt more like a resort than a kids' party venue. And the bounce houses? Definitely not just for kids. All the adults had an absolute blast too. They even have DJs! We were there for an 11 a.m. party so we didn't get to experience the DJ that day, but I've been here before for a late-night adult girls' party and it's just as fun for adults as it is for kids. Now I have to talk about the event planner, Ariann -- because she truly made this experience unforgettable. As a mom of two, getting somewhere early to set up balloons, cups, decorations, food, cupcakes, candles... it's usually stressful and exhausting. This time? I didn't lift a single finger. Ariann handled everything. Setup, food, cupcakes, candles, décor, and even cleanup. I was able to just be present and actually enjoy my child's birthday party -- which honestly almost made me cry. That kind of care and support is priceless. We never felt rushed, the party flowed perfectly, and it was by far the most laid-back, fun, and stress-free birthday party we've ever had -- for our kid. Is it a bit pricey? Yes. Is it 100% worth it? Absolutely. I would recommend Bounce Empire to anyone looking for a birthday party that truly caters to everyone -- kids and adults. We will definitely be back.

Your kids will have an absolute blast. If you have toddlers, this is not the place for them yet. They'll have a tough time negotiating all of the bounce houses and obstacle courses, and the slides will be a little too fast for them. One day, they'll love it, but not yet. If you're a parent or just going as an adult, prepare for a lot of STEEP slides, fun obstacles, and a fun few hours to be a kid again. It's an active, high energy place, and as long as you are ready to unleash your inner kid, you'll have a great time. The inflatables are incredible. The live DJ makes it feel special. Overall, it's so much better than you'd ever expect.

We traveled a bit of a distance to go here with our of state friends, we won't be going back again. I explained that I had recently moved to the area and that my ID was still from out of state, but she made me feel as if I were lying or trying to cheat the system. What hurt the most was seeing another person come in right after me with the exact same pass--yet they weren't asked to show any ID or questioned at all. As a Hispanic parent, I couldn't help but feel that I was being singled out and treated differently because of how I look. This wasn't just rude--it felt discriminatory. I came to enjoy time with my child and instead left feeling embarrassed, judged, and completely unwelcome. A place meant for children and families should be inclusive and respectful to everyone, and that was absolutely not my experience here.
