They have multiple golf courses to play and after a certain time it becomes 21 and older, which is great! All of the holes are challenging but so much fun, especially with the added trivia. I don't have a lot of bad things to say about Puttshack. The biggest thing I can say is that they don't take cash for the mini golf and for parking. If you're going on a first day. Just don't want to use your card. Want to share the bills with a group of people. You're out of luck when it comes to parking or playing mini golf with cash. This is a great place to go to when you're going on dates, having fun with an older group of friends. Even a good place to go to when with your family. There is a full bar. We set outside for our date and its in a great place in downtown Atlanta. It wasn't to busy not also was super quiet. It does get a little cold outside since bring a lite jacket or be a gentlemen and give yours to the young lady you are with. Now for what food we got. Items ordered between the two of us (Nashville hot chicken sandwhich with garlic fries, buffalo chicken dip, Thai Fried Chicken, Friend chicken Cobb Salad. Nashville Hot chicken sandwich could have been juicier with a little more spice. Everything else was good and favorful. The Thai fried chicken came with a peanut dipping sauce and it paired with the chicken so well. I can't give a rating on the salad because she didn't really touch it as she was eating everything else. It wasn't to many people here because we went on a week day. WOW! What a super fun experience! I'm not a big mini-golf girly but wow - we loved Puttshack. This was our first time visiting at the Atlanta west midtown location. The entire place is very Instagram-worthy. When you first enter, there is a hostess stand with very friendly employees ready to assist you. There was also a cloakroom. There are a few self-service kiosks where you can check-in if you registered or made your reservation online (which we did). You simply enter your phone number and follow the instructions. It directed us to Emerald course but first we stopped at the bar! The bartenders were all so friendly and wearing smiles. It might sound silly but customer service is such a big deal to me and the customer service at this location is outstanding! We walked towards Emerald course and we were greeted by Eric - the nicest, most helpful employee! He asked if we had ever visited before and explained how everything worked. He provided such excellent customer service that we made sure to catch his name to leave in our review. Great work, Eric! I hope you're recognized everyday! The emerald course is only 9 holes but WOW - SO fun! It's tech-infused mini-golf so the ball tracks your moves and score. There is a screen at each hole that provides tips & scores. It's all very interactive and so much fun. We loved it! The bright and colorful lights, the fun games and moving objects - I highly recommend for date night or a family day out! At a certain time of the day it does turn into "21+". This information is available on their website and you can easily make reservations online, too. The drinks were strong, the restrooms were clean and had changing tables, the customer service was excellent, and the mini-golf was a blast! Upstairs you'll find video game nostalgia and decor - so fun. Upstairs hosts two additional courses (sapphire and Ruby) and a huge bar. Great views from the windows! Our first time here!! Booked only two days ahead and had no issues on the website! Everything went very smooth for booking. We showed up a little late for our rez for food due to traffic but was not an issue. The host was very accommodating. Our server NECIE took very good care of us and is a great asset to the service team. We made our lunch reservation two hours before our tee off time, which was a good plan!! We were all highly impressed with the food and drinks! The flat breads were very tasty! I'd recommend the southerner to anyone!! The crème brûlée was soooo good!! At tee time the crowd has calmed down a bit so when we started we had no wait. We got started right away and it was easy to register players and the staff explaining the game was very friendly. My late 50's mother described to her sister that Puttshack is "High-tech," while my 70's father claimed to a friend it was "futuristic." I'd have to agree with them. Puttshack does seem to be the future of putt-putt, perhaps even entertainment in general. If you ever thought to yourself, "man I wish I could play putt-putt in a place that feels like a European disco-tech," Puttshack is your place. They've got a wide alcohol selection, great looking pub food (we didn't try any though), and they accomplish all that within a neat trendy neighborhood of Atlanta. My twin brother wanted to go here for our birthday with our parents and we had a blast! We didn't order any food or drinks so I can't speak for that, but the Putt Putt experience was reasonably priced and ended up being a great time. We did the Emerald course and enjoyed the creative point system and unique look of each hole. It might be more of a one and done experience, but the fact that they have a second course (the Amber one) gives us the opportunity to go again if we wanted. A night club with mini golf is how I would describe it! I had such a blast at Putt Shack! A reservation for mini golf and dining is definitely needed. I showed up around 8 PM on a Saturday and due to staffing shortages, we were not able to go in without a reservation. Luckily, I was able to secure a mini golf reservation for 11 PM that night. We put our name down on the dinner list shortly after we got in. The wait was over an hour and a half long, so we went upstairs to enjoy the bar, much less busy on the second floor. The food service was very underwhelming. We were seated for 30 minutes before the waitress acknowledged us; she didn't even know we were seated by the hostess as we were not given menus. We looked up the food menu online while we waited, and when we tried to order, we were told they only have a limited menu and were not serving ANY of the dishes we were interested in. I ended up with a soggy margarita flatbread. Dinner took SO long we almost missed our mini golf reservation, (which we waited since 8 PM for!) I had to leave the table to check in for mini golf and notify the attendant my guest was still at the table waiting to pay the check. Truly I had a 2 star dining experience, however I am giving them the benefit of the doubt due to the economic conditions in the food and beverage industry. Went with 4 stars overall as the mini golf was SO much fun and so cool. Like many other reviews mentioned, the courses were extremely busy, but if you are patient and make the most of it, it's still enjoyable. I've heard mixed reviews about the food at Puttshack. I would say I was very underwhelmed by their food. I ordered the Maryland Crab Dib as an appetizer (which ended up being part of my meal considering it came out at the same time as the food). Maybe I missed it on the menu, but I was a bit confused by the mixture of chips that came with. It was tortilla and potato chips--which seemed a bit more accidental than intentional. The crab dip however, was good. The chicken sandwich was very underwhelming as well. Nothing to write home about. I went on a Saturday around 8 pm and it was already packed. The place was huge. I had so much fun playing mini golf. I love the courses and the technology. There was also a DJ there that was giving me life. I liked that I can play one round, get food, then continue with my 2nd game. I think customer service needs to be improved. When I entered the host just asked for them name of the restaurant and then just said go to Amber then she walked off. It was my first time there and no clue how everything worked. I thought Amber was a person initially. I had to ask someone else for help. When I get there still unsure how everything works. Had to ask around. Confusion could have been eliminated at checkin with the hostess. They should've asked if This was my first time and explain how everything works. The food service. Our waitress was trying her best. She had 2 demanding tables next to us. She did her best to get us everything we needed. I've been here a few times and must say I've had a pretty good experience each time. This is a pretty busy place so I would always say make sure that if you want to play a round of mini-golf, be sure to reserve your space ahead of your visit as it makes things a lot easier. I've always parked in the parking deck at the venue and just so you know parking is not free but you use ParkMobile app which makes life pretty easy. It can be a bit tricky actually getting to Puttshack but just follow the signage and you'll get there lol! Walking in there are always a crowd of people and the hostess stand is off the left. No one can every really hear me over the noise (it's quite loud) but if you've made a reservation, once you're checked they'll give you directions on which green you'll play on. If you haven't made reservations, they have kiosks where you can sign up to play. Playing can be fun but if there a lot of people ahead of you, it can be quite time consuming to move through the 10 holes. Each hole has a quirk to it so on one hole, you may be trying to get the ball through a game of Pac-Man or hit it and it bounce off cymbals but as you hit the ball, there's a chip inside that will keep your score so you'll know where you stand as you progress. Pretty cool concept and the staff has always been rather helpful. I've only ate here once and the food was decent but the drinks were really good and they have a cute outdoor area to hang out and lounge if you wanna get some fresh air. A-OK is right. There is a parking garage with paid parking. Park on the M level so you can just pay at the kiosk - card only. Then you have to go to Plaza level to actually get to the entrance of this place. It can be confusing. Reservations are definitely needed on the weekends. They also start carding after 8pm and have security in place. A game which consists of only 9 holes costs $12 per person which is pretty steep in my book. It's suppose to take 30 minutes per game but this is because you spend most of the time waiting for the group before you to finish up. There's two sides with two different lay outs. We had a good time and it was fun but definitely expensive for mini golf. I wished there were more holes to make it worth it. We also got dinner here and it was just alright. The poor server was trying to handle an entire patio so everything took FOREVER. Our dinner ended up being about 2.5 hours due to long waits. We got our entrees before our drinks and apps. She was friendly but you can tell she needed assistance. Our drinks were quite good! I got a Mezcal Margarita and it was deliciously smoky. The Porn Star Martini was a tad too sweet for me but still good enough. Our food was just ok. The best item was the garlic fries. These were BOMB! The charcuterie board was decent. The presentation made it more impressive than it was but it was fair and you can't really mess that up. My meatball flatbread was basic. As was the cauliflower app we had. The bar service here is SO BAD. I've been here more than 5 times and Everytime it is such a struggle to get service even when the bar is not packed. Tonight I sat down at the bar, made direct eye contact with the bartender and she still swerved me, so I left . The restaurant service is lovely. I've never had a poor experience and the food is pretty good . I usually order one of their flatbreads and a Caesar salad! I also enjoy their soul food eggrolls. The security staff is always respectful and friendly which I appreciate! Even when it's cold, they always have great attitudes. You're not coming to Puttshack to have the best food of your life. You're coming to do mini-golf and for the experience. If it was based on the food and service alone, it would be more like 3 stars. But because we went to do putt putt, 4 stars. We had a reservation for 4 for 7:40 pm on a Friday night. It was packed. You can either eat first or do mini-golf first, it doesn't matter. With eating and putt putt, we were there for 3 hours. Putt Putt They have 4 courses, 2 downstairs and 2 upstairs. We only tried one course and it was fun!! Each game (9 holes) is $12 per adult. It's cool that the system keeps track of your scores for you. You pre-register with your username and everything so that when you get to the putt putt part, they just find your reservation and assign a ball to you. Sometimes you're waiting on other parties to finish. Someone comes around to ask if you want to buy drinks. Food We got Hummus Dip Trio (good), Key Lime Chili Salt Edamame (could've done without the key lime chili salt), Fried Chicken Cobb Salad (good, big portion), the O.G. Burger (good, fries were really good). The food actually wasn't that expensive for the area. The alcohol ain't cheap though. Service Fine. Took a while. They seem short-staffed, as is everywhere else right now, so we'll give them that. We will definitely be back for putt putt, but I think we'll go somewhere else to eat next time. I attended a work event here in February 2025. The putt-putt was enjoyable, but the food was underwhelming. However, BEWARE of the attached parking garage operated by Park Atlanta. Major Issues with the Parking Garage: No attendant on-site to assist with issues. No kiosk or physical payment option available. No visible signage displaying parking rates. Payment is only possible via a mobile app, but there is no cell service in the garage, making it impossible to complete a transaction. Several weeks after my visit, I received a letter from Professional Parking Management (PPM), the debt collectors for Park Atlanta), demanding $85 in fines and parking fees. I have read reviews stating that Puttshack management claims they don't own or operate the garage--but since the garage is directly attached to their business, they are fully aware of this misleading practice and do nothing to warn their customers. If you plan to visit, be extremely cautious about parking here, or you may end up with an unexpected bill in the mail! read more

I ended up using 4 hours because we were there from 8ish - midnight. · Make a reservation if possible. We were there for about 4 hours and left hungry because it was not enough time to play our games and eat. · If you have more than 4 people, then playing two games on the different areas (Emerald and Sapphire) is more than enough to get the full experience. Things that I liked: · I loved the aesthetic. There are plenty of places to take pictures & the selfie station is a nice touch for documenting memories. · I enjoyed the music! My best friend and another friend were in the line already, so I joined them. While waiting, I noticed that several people were able to show their reservations from their phones and come right in, so I recommend making one if it is possible because the line will be long. It is crowded on Saturday nights, so I also recommend that you and your party arrive at the same time. I admit that not doing so contributed to the delay and hiccups that we experienced. There was an older male employee at the front door checking IDs (the establishment is 21 and up after 8 PM) and we told him that we were waiting for four more people. He did not seem to acknowledge what we said initially, but let us inside once we were at the front of the line. Once inside, my best friend worked with a nice male employee (that recognized that it was her birthday) and helped her reserve play for 7 people. She paid for everyone to secure our games and we paid her back for our portion after. The games were $12 per person, per game. We waited four our other friends to arrive for ~30 minutes. The older male employee that was at the door checking ID's after 8 PM was extremely rude and disrespectful to me and my friends. Between making smart comments, eye rolling, sarcasm and literally putting his finger in my face, I was beyond annoyed. Three of us arrived at the same time, one friend arrived 2 minutes after we were inside and the other three trickled in later. Rather than starting the games without them, we waited by the entrance and I stood by the window to signal the employee at the door, since my friend paid for their games already. When the last friend arrived, I pointed to indicate that she was with us and he mocked me and started pointing at me in a similar manner and said "It's not my fault that your friends are late. I got you!" in a condescending way. His attitude left a poor taste in my mouth. While I understand that it can annoying for me to point to indicate that the person outside is with us (I had to do it for each friend), I did it this way because the place was noisy and I wanted to ensure that he knew who was with our party. Moral of my story, we will arrive on time next time. Once everyone arrived, we were able to register ourselves on the self-serve kiosks and head over to the playing area. Another male employee, Kevin, did a great job explaining the rules of the game to us while being humorous. In fact, for every rude employee there seemed to be a nice one to combat it. Some of the bartenders were rude. We ordered drinks at the bar to lighten the mood. My friends ordered a rum punch beverage that they seemed to really like. I asked for a margarita with a sugar rim and ended up getting some sort of nasty vodka-based drink with a sugar rim. The bartender was very friendly though and he made our drinks strong. We ended up having a good time playing the games and sipping the drinks. I appreciated the mini stations at each area that gave us a place to sit down drinks and purses. We did not order food because it was midnight when we finished our two games. Overall, Puttshack at The Interlock has the potential to be an amazing experience. Customer service needs improvement. What a difference it makes when you go when it's not crowded. It was much quieter and more relaxed. The putt-putt game goes VERY quickly (almost too quickly) when you don't have to wait on others to putt. Workers were very helpful with getting balls and selecting putters. Food was ok. Service was friendly and good. Parking payment method is slow and tedious. (We used the parking deck adjacent to Puttshack.) Basically it is a BAR with GAMES. Also some of the parents were complaining about prices, I guess if you are on a budget, there's always McDonald's Playland! The lack of help which is a nationwide problem is also evident here- the staff could use more customer service training for sure, but I put that lack on the management and not the workers. The parking situation at Puttshack has changed since they did their soft opening- parking is NOT free any longer so be aware of that and plan ahead. We had a ton of fun playing on the different courses they have and the pricing to play was very reasonable. You and your party are all in competition with each other and you get to play 9 holes. During the time we were playing, we enjoyed some drinks from the full bar that they have. They have a nice list of drink options to choose from, the service was quick, and the bartenders were all very nice and professional. However, I thought that some of the drinks were a little pricy. I ordered one of the Mules on the menu and substituted Don Julio Blanco in the place of the liquor the mule came with and each Mule I had was $20. That's a lot for 1 drink, but what I will say is that the Mule was really good. Once we finished a couple rounds of mini golf, we went downstairs to have a bite to eat. They seem to only have a lot of finger food options and small plates, but I get it for this type of environment. Its a place to hang out and have fun; not a sit down restaurant. I tried the Brussels sprouts and they were fantastic. I would definitely have them again on my next visit. I'm not a huge fan of putt putt but this place made me really enjoy it! We came here on a Saturday night and it was quite packed. We had made a reservation, so as soon as we were registered, we started our game. The holes are very unique. Each one has a concept to it and sometimes you need to pay attention to a prompt on the screen(example: true or false type questions). The points given for each hole is kind of hard to understand, but less shots taken does equal more points. The course automatically calculates score and tracks shots taken which baffles me how. You can get through the course relatively quickly and maybe not even 30 minutes. I'd say take your time and enjoy it. Only thing that could've been different is the flow of the game. Who knew I needed a Sunday of tech infused mini golf. Came with the family for a Funday Sunday and we all had a blast, lots of laughs and friendly competition. Super cool you can bring your drink on the course and there are tables to sit it on when you're playing. No complaints with the service and it was pretty clean. If you are looking for a fun night out with your friends, family, coworkers, or significant other, you should definitely come to Puttshack. I highly recommend that you try to book in advance online because there could be quite a bit of a wait if you choose to book once you get there. When you walk in, you see a huge bar and dining area with multiple televisions . There are three golfing areas available and Puttshack places all the parties amongst all 3 areas so it's not much of a wait for everyone. But when you start to head towards the actual golfing courses in the back, it feels like you're inside of a huge toybox with the way the golfing games are designed. Each golfing hole is designed in such a unique fun way where it's interactive beyond just hitting the golf ball into the hole. Also, I like how Puttshack keeps your score for you on the television above each golfing hole so you don't have to worry about keeping track. I can't wait to try the Puttshack in my hometown of south Florida. read more

The space is pretty big and they have more than one course for you to play golf. The line can get long when you're ready to play and depending on how many people are there and how well, or not, they play it could take a long time to get through the course. The food was just okay. The meat in the tacos was a bit dry and needed some seasoning. The drinks were good though and one of our servers was nice; the other was a bit rude but we paid her no attention. Parking here is totally against my religion. I HATE paying to park when I am also paying to eat at an establishment. There is a deck you can park in, but it is packed because of all of the businesses there. The deck does have an on duty security officer though and they were very visible throughout the night. Be prepared to pay close to $20 to park. I would not go back to this establishment because the only good thing was the drinks and I can get those on my side of town. My fiance and I decided to grab a drink..We decided on Puttshack, it seemed to have good rating. Honestly I didn't know anything about the putt putt golf course until we got inside..Didn't play, maybe next time. We sat at the bar and ordered a few drinks and some appetizers. The golf is wonderful and a great time. The food is good I would say above average bar food. The food service is atrocious. We sat 10 minutes and then went to find someone to find our server. After 5 minutes we checked again and the person we asked previously said she would be over shortly. They came over and took our drink and food order. The food came out quickly but we didn't have any utensils or any drinks. The person who brought the food even commented " Looks like yall don't have anything over here." He went and spoke to our server we believe. After another 5 minutes that gentleman walked by and noticed we still didn't have drinks or silverware. After another few minutes we were brought the silverware. Then we were brought 3 out of 4 correct drinks. After another few minutes we finally had all the correct drinks. We didn't see our server again until we were done eating some of our appetizers some 15 - 20 minutes later. We asked for refills and one more appetizer. We took a small nap and we had our drink refills, they were correct in one go this time so that was progress. This trip was on a Thursday night and we were sat to eat at 8 ish. The dining area wasn't packed by any means and it's a shame because the rest of the evening was good. TLDR: The golf is fun but you should probably get food from somewhere else unless you want to chase down the wait staff. read more

This is a good spot for many occasions. It's a good date spot. It's also good for family, friend and/or business meetups. There's 9 putt putt courses, $14pp. It's best to book a reservation. The ambiance is good, putt experience was fun and interesting. Parking options were plentiful and not overpriced. Food was tasty. Servers were attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The mushroom potsticker appetizer is so good. The garlic fries are yum. I also ordered the goat cheese pizza, which is another win! My daughter ordered the Mushroom Burger but it was too greasy. It had a good taste if you took a small bite without the bread, but the greasy texture overall made it unappealing. This was my first visit but I will definitely be back. read more
