I met with a friend to check out Puttery and we really enjoyed the space. There are so many spots to sit and relax with a drink or food they serve. We did the Library course. The course and the theming were a lot of fun. I will say, I think the experience would have been elevated with more people in our group. We moved through it pretty quick with just the two of us. Which is probably why our drinks we ordered were delayed but the manager was on top of the situation and made it right for us, which was extremely kind of him. I love the indoor activity since Pittsburgh has such funky weather. It's a great new addition to the strip district. read more

This place is fun and the service is quick- however, this is generally a rip off. We were told it would be a 2 hour experience and instead it took about 20 minutes and found out we would have to continue paying to do the other courses. So essentially, $18 per person for 7 people for a 20 minute golf course. Drinks are $7-$16. $18 per person again if we want to play again for 20 minutes. If you're interested in dropping a bunch of money for a well-decorated putt-putt game, this is the place to go. read more

We are visiting Pittsburgh and decided to check out Puttery because my two boys love putt-putt. If you're looking for a fun indoor activity with A/C, look no further! They have three courses, each with such cool decor and lay outs interesting for all ages! My favorite was the Library - amazing attention to detail. Crystal was lovely and attentive, even after the sixth (maybe tenth) time we went through the courses. Did I mention what a great deal with unlimited package is? I got tired mid-way and enjoyed my book at their comfortable seating area while my boys kept going. We have a few indoor putt-putt business in Houston where we're from, but Puttery wins hands down, in my opinion. read more

We had reservations for the Puttery on Saturday night between 7-8:30. We arrived at exactly 7, and were able to get a 7:05 start time for the Lodge course (the others were available later). Your actual start time can be anytime in your reservation window, and the earlier you get there, the earlier (hopefully) your start time will be. My husband went about a month ago and even though they got there 5 minutes into their start window, they had to wait over an hour before actually starting their round so just be mindful of that. The golf course was fine. I heard the Library has some repetitive holes, but the Lodge course had a bunch of different layouts for the 9-hole course. It was $19 a person for those 9 holes which is expensive. My husband said it was much less crowded when we went vs when he had been a month prior, which is probably why we were able to snag a table in the upstairs bar area. Every table ended up being filled and lots of people were standing around the bar to get drinks. We each got a beer, and we tried the dessert flight which was delicious. The ambiance was nice - doesn't remind me of anywhere else in Pittsburgh. In my opinion it's definitely overpriced for what you get, so I can't see myself coming back here often (but was definitely worth checking out once). read more

This place is really cute. I love the concept. The attention to detail was just stunning. It's just veryyyyy expensive. For a party of 2, to play one course is nearly $40. That doesn't include any drinks or food. Drinks are almost $16 per drink. I didn't even pay attention to food. There's two bars, both upstairs and down stairs. The upstairs bar was packed compared to the downstairs bar. The tables and chairs throughout the halls and the courses have cocktail servers walking around. It does take a little long for drinks. So I recommend ordering before playing to have a drink while you're playing. Music was great but they did have a Dj when we went, not sure if that's all the time. We played the ski course first and it was fairly easy. Then we decided to play the library course, which was a little more intense! It made it fun. You digitally input your scores each hole on the provided tablet screens. Since it was so busy, we were basically chillin at the previous hole for a while. We managed to keep busy though. I definitely preferred the library over the ski resort. We did not get to go to the garage course. Overall, the vibes of this place is cute. I liked it. But it was just so expensive. I think they should offer either a pay per course option or all 3 option at a discounted rate would have been better. I would have much rathered pay like $30/$35 per person for all 3. Vs $18 pp each hole. Was it fun, yes. Drinks were okay. Employees were all nice and helpful. But it was just expensive. read more

We had fantastic service from beginning to end of our experience! We were treated nicely by 2 friendly staff members when we walked in. We picked our course and then headed to the bar to grab a drink. We chatted with the bartender as he made our drinks. We asked him about the courses and then we went to ask if we could change the course we picked. We weren't sure if they would but because we were one of the 1st to tee off they allowed us to change. I'm glad we booked early because it got super busy quickly. After we finished our game (I lost by 1 ) we sat upstairs and ordered food. Our server was Kiara and she was wonderful!! Unwanted Staff Touching My wife and I booked The Library shortly after they opened in The Strip on a Sunday. We had some beef sliders that were so delicious, we ordered them again, and she had a tequlia cocktail. We went to our bay, played golf, and were having fun. The staff was responsive, freindly, and checked in with us regularly about drinks while we played. While waiting for the group in front of us to play the second to last to green, two male staff walked up to go into the service area behind us. One of them was tall and put his hand on my shoulder and didn't say anything as I moved out of they way. He smiled, and I don't think he meant anything by it, but it's not appropriate to touch anyone you don't know in any situation. A person should say, "excuse me," or wait paitently for the other person to get the hint and move. I did not want to make a scene, and wanted to move on with my day, but having my personal space invaded is not alright. I doubt this is anyone elses experience and it was likely a faux pas on his part, nonetheless it happened, and should not have happened. Overall the decor of every area in Puttery is it's own space and entertaining, the dining, lounge, and bar areas themes are highly developed. The food was good. Think, upscale hotel bar meets alpine lodge meets Morrocan inspired areas, and a bit more. read more

The biggest downside of this place is the servers when we be in there kind of slow and then the prices of everything all the food drinks and putt putt itself is super expensive. We had a family outing at Puttery today-played three rounds of golf and ordered food and drink. Linda, our hostess was very accommodating, kind and informative. The golf courses were fun and challenging. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with both drink and food. On Sunday they offer brunch. This is the only day of the week they have it and numerous brunch items were unavailable. I ordered a Bloody Mary and they did not have the mix to make it. I ordered a mimosa that tasted odd. We ordered two child's pizzas and they came out totally undercooked in fact raw in the center.. They graciously offered to remake the pizza for us and remove them from the bill however, the second two were bland and probably the worst pizza I've ever had. The server was apologetic, even though it was no fault of hers. Both the food and cocktail really took some of the fun out of our day, which otherwise would've been a great day. read more

The concept is great, what you Get- not so much Came on a Sunday afternoon with my husband with a 2 pm reservation. Were told the earliest course was the ski lodge (apparently easiest) at 250. It would be over 2 hours for the others. This was upsetting. Also the courses are only 9 holes and pretty much jammed on top of each other in a room where you can't really put well bc the courses are often against a wall. The service for a drink while waiting is very slow. We spent $50 on 2 drinks and 2 apps while waiting and then another almost 40 to mini golf. That's $90 to stand around await for a few hours and 30 min to golf. There is no option for multiple Holes either. Don't think I'll be back. read more

When you first walk in the check in stand is to the left, which can get a little crowded as the rotating doors is right there. The hostesses were welcoming and greeted me when I walked in. They also have a coat check. I made reservations at 1pm. I got there at 12:40. Found my group and we picked a putting course. I ordered my drink and once I received it I went downstairs to let the hostess know which course. She said our putting time is now 1:55 since we have a big group and we would have to split the groups into 4's and go back to back times. I explained to her that we had reservations she said she knows..... OK so what's the point of having reservations if you still have to wait an hour?! We ended up ordered food while we waited for our putt time. The menu options were good. Mostly appetizers and pizzas. Good for lunch or a quick bite but definitely not good for dinner. I ordered the tuna tostada. It was three tortilla chips with tuna on top. It was good but but filling at all. Someone ordered the tuna stack and I should have ordered that since it looked more filling! I didn't look at the menu long enough since we were all ready to get some food since we only had about 50mins before our tee time. One of the gals ordered pork belly and she said it was ok. Nothing special about it. There was probably 6 pieces of thinly sliced pork belly. My friend got potstickers and pizza! The pot sticker looked ok but I don't think it's freshly made and the pizza..... well I had a slice of the pesto one and I didn't taste any pesto. Also the pizza wasn't hot! It was mild warm. The drink I order was called BBQ on a Saturday night and it was very strong! My friend ordered one that was very like and citrusy and it was really good. The service was decent for how busy they were. The food came out when the kitchen was done with it. Which made it a little awkward for me since mine came out first and I was the only one eating. By the time I was done the rest started getting there's. It is beautiful decorated! Very cool pictures and art work on the walls. They have large tables that can accommodate 8 people and they also have nice comfy chairs to sit and have a drink or two. I also notice they have a separate room that can be private since there is a curtain to close it off. Not sure if you need a reservation for it but that would be cool to host a small get together. It has a couch and a few chairs on both side of that room. They also have swing chairs which is a nice touch! They have two separate bar/restaurant area! One is upstairs and one is downstairs. The courses were small compared to other mini golf places. It can get really crowded in there! It's basically a room that has 8-9 holes all crammed together. Some of the spots made it very hard to hit the ball. They do have a virtual score card that you type your numbers in to keep track of the score. Very cool decorations though. read more
