Gave this place another shot after staying away for over a year. Big mistake. Every single mat in the bay was completely destroyed -- massive deep ditches and gouges right where you plant your feet. Not one flat surface in the whole damn place. This is the cheapest, most basic maintenance imaginable and they still can't be bothered to replace a mat once in a while. Brought my $650 driver expecting to actually hit some balls and they hand you these tiny little rubber tees that are barely an inch tall. It's actual absurdity. You're charging people real money and you can't even get the ONE THING right that costs pennies? To whoever the cheapskate executives are now running this circus after the big sale: stop pinching pennies on the stuff that actually matters. This is a great location for Top Golf. It's very busy, often hard to get a bay unless you plan ahead. The food is good - the usuals, but served quickly and fresh, and the staff is really kind. Gave a 4 star instead of 5 because the bathrooms are always wrecked here - downstairs and upstairs. The bays are pretty clean though. They are also always short staffed, but usually disclose so and do their best to hustle. For sure recommend coming here, but be patient with frequent lack of staffing and always check the toilet paper situation in the bathroom first! read more

We went to Topgolf Pittsburgh today to use our $100 gift card. We put the $13 deposit on it but was told we had to use the rest up at our bay. After ordering food (good food!) and playing for our 2 hour time slot, went to pay with the gift card and it "wouldn't work". They sent over a manager who states they do have this problem often with the gift cards (sounds like they have a big problem they need to address!) and pretty much there is nothing they can do about it, we need to call the 800 number for customer service and maybe they can help. Are you kidding??? $87 down the drain and it even worked a few hours ago!! The manager comped $40 and acted like we were so lucky for her doing this. We won't be back. DON'T purchase the topgolf gift cards!!! Simply poor customer service! read more

We lucked out with a top-level bay (always the crown jewel and somehow always the hardest to snag). It was cold outside, but the heaters were blasting, and the best part? No one in the bays next to us. It felt spacious, relaxed, and not crowded at all--exactly the vibe you want when you're trying to show off your "I-swear-I-can-drive-this-straight" swing. They also had a giant field goal out on the range, which was such a fun twist. Nothing like a little Topgolf x NFL crossover to spice up the targets. We spent way too much time trying to drill the middle like we were kicking for the Steelers. Worth it. And now... the real MVP of the night: our server. I didn't catch her name, but we were in bay 310, and she was an absolute ROCKSTAR. Attentive, friendly, genuinely on top of everything, and checked on us often without ever feeling intrusive. I had a really disappointing experience at Topgolf Pittsburgh. We had a reservation, and there was apparently no posted rule saying you can't also be on the waitlist, but we were still told we weren't allowed to do both. The whole situation was handled poorly and felt unnecessarily frustrating. On top of that, the food was not okay. Our pizza and chicken sandwich both came out undercooked, which is unacceptable for the prices they charge. Another issue was the smell near the bathrooms. The bathroom itself did not smell bad, but the area around the bathrooms smelled strongly like urine, which was really unpleasant. The one bright spot was our server, Melanie. She was an absolute sweetheart and was clearly trying her best, even though the situation around her was a mess. She deserves credit for being kind and helpful. Unfortunately, another server, Brandy, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her attitude made the experience even worse. Overall, this visit was frustrating from start to finish. The food is tasty, but portions are really small. Nachos had literally 9 chips and was 11 dollars. Service is usually pretty good but also can be super slow when they are really busy. The bays are also heated so if it's cold then you can stay warm. I enjoy going with a bunch of friends. First time topgolfer and I had a really fun time here! We made a reservation in advance, and booked it for a Tuesday which has cheaper prices. 2 hour reservation. The bay was ready shortly after we got there. They have different sized clubs depending on the distance you're targeting, and different games to play on the screen. If you're left handed, you can request left handed clubs from the check-in table. The menu prices aren't too steep. I got a margarita which was decent and a Cobb salad. I wasn't expecting much from the food so I was pleasantly surprised by the salad, thought the portion size was good, and the ingredients tasted fresh. It really hit the spot! Overall, I had a really fun time and would recommend this place. Great for birthdays or group hangouts. Hot tip: if you have a preference for a higher floor or a specific location of the bay, include that in the comments section when booking. It would have been better if the fan was more powerful and had better service but we're glad the fan was at least working. We were assigned a bay and then were told to move over to sofas but it was a little dirty and we didn't get a server for quite a while which was frustrating since we couldn't play until they unlocked our screen? Excellent Execution of a Topgolf facility. This is my 3rd Topgolf (I've been to 2 in Orlando) and this one was done very well. Everyone had fun from the executive team who golf regularly to the others who have never swung a club before. That's the fun of Topgolf is you can have fun even if you're not a golfer. They have a great selection of games. Our company had a small gathering here and it was pretty awesome. We had 3 bays and a server just assigned to our area who was on top of things bringing drinks and drinks and even some drinks. The Spicy Margarita was pretty good and I had a few. There was some "catered" food as well, Salad, Cole slaw, Pulled Pork, Chicken Tenders, Fruit, Cookies and chips. There was plenty of food for everyone, and it was all pretty good. That may have been the hunger and alcohol talking, but nobody complained (not even me). I could see myself returning when I'm in town even with it not being near any where I usually go. Great time celebrating with friends at top golf! While waiting for everyone in our party to arrive we hung out at the bar. There was a wait time for our two bays but it wasn't that long. We were able to enjoy our drinks at the bar while we waited. They were very busy for a weekday night. But after slow service at the bar, they brought another waiter to serve our large party drinks so our service greatly improved. Once we got to our bays the staff helped us set up so we could start playing. We got great service at the bays as we ordered more drinks and food. When our time at the bays was up, staff were very nice and said we could stay as long as we wanted since no one else was waiting for bays. I was on crutches & couldn't put any weight on my ankle, so I just sat there envying the heat lamps m, food, drinks, and good service. This trip, I was able to golf. Much more fun when golfing. The service and food weren't as good this time around, but I'd still recommend trying it out. An expensive way to spend a few hours, but a lot of fun and worth it on rare occasions. On the down side, the restroom doors are still VERY heavy. I couldn't open them when I was on crutches and I heard a little girl (whose dad was outside waiting for her) calling for him to open the door while I was still using the restroom and couldn't help. Not sure how anyone in a wheelchair or any other situation could open it - there is no automatic door option even on the main floor. read more

Pre-reserve online for up to 6 players per lane. High top tables and chairs are in each section. For 2 lanes pricing averages about $ 30.00 per person. You receive details leading up to your event and your designated lane numbers prior to arrival. Plenty of parking was available. Game time Touch kiosks and clubs available (even kiddie ones were available). When you come for the first time, each person has to register to play at 5.00 pp which takes a bit of your 2 hours playing time. Bethany our server was an absolute rock star!! Topgolf has come a long way since the first time I went to one of their facilities in the Virginia area. And while it is absolutely an expensive time, I always have a good time. Their system isn't foolproof but I rarely come here to actually compete with anyone in my group. Monday night at top golf was blast! Everything was very quick and the food is always surprisingly good! We golfed for two hours which of course was fun! The entire time drinks and food were delivered almost instantly which is awesome when dealing with the timed gameplay. Tried the patty melt for the first time and I would definitely get it again!
