I rented a large outside 10x15 unit. The grounds are very clean and well-kept. The prices are excellent, and they even provide multiple-month discounts if you do long-term renting. During the end of my rental, they even helped me to get into my facility while I was out of the country and were gracious enough to go out of the way to answer my many phone calls ---- much more work than any other storage facility would have done. But to top it off, I had 3 bins robbed when they had a massive break in and over 50 units were broken into. Their response, immediately increase my rates while offering no new services or protections. And now, every time I've been there since the robbery the front gate that is supposed to be locked and only accessible with a passcode is just left open all the time. I called to complain that maybe, after a massive robbery, they should at least close the front door. They did not. Horrible business. Go elsewhere.
