I spent awhile looking for a professional team with good communication and shared my vision on what I wanted to complete. I started with a new driveway and they gave me a fair price on stamped concrete which turned out really nice. I had a drainage issue and they were able to provide good recommendations with a pump system included. Once that was done, I gave them an opportunity to renovate the kitchen and living space. Although I went over my budget, they provided me with a few different options and throughout the process was able to work through change orders that made the space feel right. The quality of work was great. Although there were minor outstanding items or gaps in communication with the team, a phone call or text would help resolve the issue. They ended up finishing in a short amount of time which is great because I had family that were traveling and out of town, so they were able to get back in the house without too many inconveniences. Highly recommend. read more

I have been wanting to get my house painted for a while and had purple construction give me a presentation and it went well and I signed. After that there were some hiccups and eventually we got the job started. Workers were very nice and friendly. They wanted to make sure I was happy with the work and also worked around my schedule. Downside a bit was I had to board my dogs longer than i wanted due to weather and scheduling. Overall the work was clean, no over spray due to them using tarps and they came back to do touch ups. I have had compliments on the house and how nice it looks so I felt a bit better about the cost. The cool wall seems to be doing its job keeping the house cooler, much more noticeable in the garage as it does not get any air conditionin. About 4 months later I noticed some cracks with the paint/cool wall and called the sales rep. Again a bit more of hiccups as it took another month until I was able to really get in contact with someone to address the problem. Rudy answered my email within 20 mins and came out 2 days later. He agreed that some repairs were to be made and in the process of getting them done. Overall Im good with the work. read more

Overprice. I won't recommend this company. They didn't do it like they promised.. They still working on my house right now. But I'm very unhappy. read more

I wonder if they would have done a better job if they bid the project for more money. As I wrote this I gave them less stars... We had them do our bathroom last summer of 2023. The tile was installed about 90 percent quality. It looked great, but some spots look uneven. The shower glass also looked nice, but is crooked when you pay attention more closely. The project manager didn't listen and got the wrong type of door handle after telling him several times what we wanted. They wanted us to install niches and suggested lighting for the niches. Nothing was ever done right the first time. People kept having to come back to fix things. The paint kept having to come back touch up 3-4 times because there were so many places missed, and I don't think they ever did a second full coat of paint. The light sockets and switches aren't where we agreed they needed to go, and we had to get our wiring guy to fix what they messed up after. They were supposed to do some electrical (now I am happy they didn't!) to put the bathroom electrical on its own fuse switch, but never did it. After they left, the bathroom started falling apart. The paint is either chipping or bubbling. Fixtures are all loose and nothing seems to have been sealed properly. The niches lighting is falling out. The toilet pipes make a weird noise when we flush. The bathroom, their work, is supposed to have a three year guarantee and they won't return our calls. They left debris under the house. We are supposed to have a 3 year guarantee for them to fix any problems. They stopped returning our texts/calls to resolve the issues with the bathroom. Reading recent reviews, it looks like they aren't doing much better with their later clients either. read more

Finally we're done with purple Construction. Need to canvas diff construction company for our next house projects.

Thank you for my new bathroom. Victor M., the rep who initially came to explain the whole project is very professional and gracious with his time. He helped me, listened to me and was able to find answers to my questions and concerns. The whole team was good and did an excellent job. Joey was there every day keeping track of the work progress. Again, thank you Purple Construction. I am enjoying my new bathroom. read more

No stars if that was an option! They ripped off my grandparents and the people they contract out to stole my grandpas ring. The guy sat on our glass table and broke it. They are pushy and way overpriced! Never will trust them again. Don't use this company! read more

I received an estimate that was over 2X what my final contractor charged me. They have a very high pressure sales team that was relentless and wore me down. Fortunately, I was able to cancel during the 3-day cooling off period! I have read some of the other 1-star reviews and feel bad for them. As others might advise: Run! Don't walk! Run! read more

I really wanted to believe this was a great company to hire for my home projects. I was sold on the notion that this was a family company, that they prided themselves in the great work they said they did. I was sadly mistaken when I hired Purple Construction to add stamped concrete to my property and here are the reasons why I won't hire this company to do anything on my property ever again: 1) They charge PREMIUM prices for a job that is NOT PREMIUM. My concrete job was literally 3x the average going rate for the type of service I wanted. **Please refer to the photos I provided of the job they did to my backyard.** They outsource cheap contractors and charge customers PREMIUM prices so they end up making a huge profit. Save yourself money and hire great contractors directly. Just because you're paying a premium price doesn't always mean you're getting a higher quality product/service. 2) They will BOTCH your home projects. Purple Construction left sharp edges, areas without stamp texture, holes in the concrete, and left a mess by painting my surrounding concrete. My concrete looked like patchwork before they sent ANOTHER contractor to paint over all their mistakes. 3) They're NOT TRANSPARENT about everything you need to know before buying. When Purple Construction first came to give us a quote for an ADU we wanted built, they came in with a ton of information, which we immensely appreciated. But, when we were sold on our concrete project, they failed to mention things like sealant, that gives it that nice glossy look, as in the photos they sell you on. Instead, they brought this up as an additional expense when the project had already begun and expected us to pay an additional 2,500, on top of the ridiculously expensive price tag. After days of trying to figure something out, they agreed to give us the sealant free, but continued to botch the project to fix the mistakes they kept making. 4) They PRESSURE YOU to sign off on a job instead of making sure that you're a satisfied customer. Multiple times Ruben from Purple Construction showed up at my doorstep without prior notice asking me to sign off on the project, despite the contractor telling me it'll take two days before I should see the final result. Shoutout to Victor A for being the only one who left a positive impression on us when we finally decided to give up trying to fix the project and move on. 5) They have a BAD REPUTATION for their work. Apparently I'm not the first customer whose had experiences where they send contractors on multiple occasions to fix their mistakes. Even the General Manager came to our house, took a look at the work, and said, "this looks like sh*t." 6) Their only objective is to SELL. Their mission is purely to get your business, they don't really care about giving you great customer service, per my experience and the experience of others. read more

Okay so you are here wondering: is purple is the correct choice for you? Well here was my experience: I NEVER did any previous remodeling and had no idea where to start, i grabbed a few quotes from different companies but Purple put together the best presentation. Hector was very informative in answering all my questions and any doubts i had he was a phone call away. I had no idea where to start and he saw my home location and recommended nearby stores to purchase material from. (This saved me money and time) I assumed homedepot and lowes were where you had to go and he showed me lots of better options with more selections. When the project started I interfaced with Daniel and he made sure to answer the rest of the questions I had. He checked in with me periodically and made sure the project was on track. We had the pleasure of working with Fransisco as a contractor and he was also very informative. All in all the project came out great and here are the final results below. read more

Requested multiple quotes for home projects. Sales person became increasingly unresponsive as time went on. Took weeks to receive quotes for the work, and the quote was missing items that we were requesting. Set up multiple appointments to verbally go over the quote results, the sales person missed two of those appointments and eventually just stopped responding. Bad communication. Decided to not use this company as I did not trust that their communication would improve. read more

I hired Purple Construction for a full Kitchen Rebuilt/Remodel and I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend those with older homes to reach out to Purple Construction because they are experts in both restoration and renovation of old properties. We initially worked with Purple Construction to install central air and heat, however, it became evident that our electrical panel would first need to be updated. From the beginning, this company was very unprofessional. The electricians showed up without warning and required the power to be off for 4 hours. With a newborn in the home, this was not a possibility in the moment. We had to reschedule. The occurrence of people showing up to my home unannounced continued to be an issue. After speaking to the owner this happened two more times. The lack of communication was unsettling and I wished I had never started this small project with this company. Upon completion there were exposed wirings that are an eye sore but after the ordeal we had been through I just wanted this company off my property. read more

Maybe they can do good work. I'll never know. I got totally turned off by these masters of the shyster sales method. They knocked on my door, asking if we have any home improvement projects. I told their canvasser they can send their people today to bid on an exterior paint job. When they arrived, they started asking questions about the age of the home, what remodeling we might have done, what we might need, and so on. I answered a few of their questions and politely let them know that while I have other upcoming projects, at this time I want a bid on the exterior paint only. I provided them a detailed statement of work and told them I would consider any recommendations. They checked out the house, and they pointed out a few area that might need special attention and some alternatives to the details in my description of the work. So far so good. Then they said they want to set an appointment with me and my wife to go over the options and share pricing. I've seen this method before. It's a set up for high-pressure, high-cost options, and a special sign-right-now price. I advised them there is no need for such a meeting; I just need their price for the work as I specified it and for any alternate recommendations they have. Then they launched into why we need to sit down together, why my wife would have to be there, etc. I gave them one last chance to quote the work, but it was their way or the highway. I chose the highway. Totally wasted my time and theirs. My recommendation: run away! read more

I had my driveway done about 1 year ago and the work did not come out as expected! The quality of work was terrible and the team did not respond or try to resolve my issue. They claim to have 100% satisfaction but made excuse after excise of why the work was not acceptable . Both Giovanni and Estevan ignored calls and did not resolve my concerns. I have spent well over $40,000 and my issues have not been resolved. Quality of work and response to concerns are terrible. I would not recommend to anyone. read more

I don't usually do reviews as much but I want to make sure I make time to make this review. Words can't express the gratitude I have for Purple Construction. I have been searching for a construction company for about 2 months but most of the companies just try to sell you and don't educate you. I needed to remodel an apartment complex in mid city. When Giovanni and Hector came to my house it was like heaven sent. They explained to me every detail of the project from the demo to the finish items. The professionalism and knowledge they have is immaculate. When the project begin they demo all areas needed an each day they worked they covered with ram board and plastic. They were super clean, we had some delays with materials and weather but over all the project went smooth. I am so Thankful with Purple Construction and and the staff. They are a little more expensive but they are definitely not your typical construction company they are more then just a company they are a Family. I'm very satisfied with purple construction I got lucky that I crossed paths with Ernie who happened to be working in my neighborhood and he offered me a free estimate on my roof. I had been looking to get my roof fixed since it was leaking when it rained. The inspectors came over and offered me a price that was more affordable than other quotes I had recieved. Thanks Guys !!! read more

I used Purple Construction for my new roof. They sent out Robert Clavesilla to discuss my options. He showed up on time and worked with my busy schedule. He listened to exactly what I was looking to do and most importantly why. He then suggested the best option for my roof and why purple is different from typical roofing companies. I suggest you take the time, at least 2 hours to allow for the full quote process. You will have questions, he will have questions, and he will go up to your attic and roof and assess the entire situation before completing a quote for you. He starts a complete potential customer profile and as I said before lays out exactly what they offer. At the end you decide if you like the price and work with purple he adds to your customer profile and keeps everything organized on his ipad/phone (Having real client testimonies is important). Having previously obtained quotes, I quickly identified that those other guys were pushing things I did not need. Purples price was the complete price again based on what Robert saw during his walk thru. Having seen how passionate he was on preserving his good word and reputation I was sold. I knew Robert would handle my job as I deemed it necessary and as if I was family. I am busy working, so I just wanted things on time and no games. HE DELIVERED, PURPLE DELIVERED, THE ROOFERS DELIVERED! My roof was installed in 4 days. And that was only because inspection by my city took so long!!! Purple has a complete set of pros on demo day and install day. It was seamless, the team showed up right at 730am and where professional and courteous to me. Robert followed up with me during the project and at the end for my final walk thru and file completion for his records. They worked with my busy schedule and never pushed me or made me feel like my job was small potatoes (Which it was, my house is small). He takes before photos, during photos (if needed) and after photos! He also convinced me to add new insulation which I was not really keen on doing but was convinced it was a money saving move and with the roof job really a no brainer to do. All in all, if I have future window, bathroom remodel or any future construction work needed, I will reach out to Robert and Purple! They also provide many types of payment options which was a plus for me!! read more

Scheduled an appointment to get a quote for some work i want to get done in the garage. This guy Victor stopped by to get the measurements and after asking a few questions, he wanted to come into my house to show me some stuff on his Ipad, which i declined. I had a little shaded patio area that we could've continue our conversation at, but he said that there will be "glare" on the screen and that he needed to know I am serious so we needed to talk inside the house for him to give me a quote. AVOID at all cost people, do NOT let these people into your home. extremely shady business practice read more

Terrible and completely unprofessional. Two staff members came to my house after I was offered a free quote from a door to door solicitation( pretty lame) when they arrived they walked through the house spent 30 minutes looking around then started an argument with me over where to discuss the quote(as in where to sit down) I sat in my office with ANDERSON WONDOWS last month and have been remodeling my home, I've never been so disrespected in my own house. Would never recommend these people, no wonder they have )less then 3 stars. read more

We recently hired Purple Construction, Inc to do our exterior paint and possible patio. We ended up not having our patio cover re-done. Throughout the work I was approached multiple times to increase scope of the project, but I continued to declined. Quality of work: 5 stars The crew came to early every day and worked the full day to replace all the wood rot, power wash the exterior of the house and paint. I was very impressed with the crew, especially Margarito. There was an issue with one part of our roof where birds would build their nests under the awning. It was a small space that I had a make shift net covering it, but Margarito was able to place an extra piece of wood there. It was a small piece that looked very nice and blended well with the overall design of the roof/ awning/ fascia. They also fixed a part of the wall where the previous owners had covered up a window and the contractors did not do such a good job blending the stucco. Margarito fixed it, and I could not tell where the window used to be. During the final walk through, both Brandon and Rudy were very meticulous with the work. They even had the crew come back to touch up a couple spots that they saw were not up to standard. Communication: 4 stars It took us a couple attempts to finalize a date for the initial consultation. We had to reschedule (due to our part twice). When we did meet with Robert, he was on time and very professional. He had his credentials, portfolio, even a small science kit presentation ready to show us why their products are superior. Everything was good, except the timing was longer than I had expected. Anything over an hour is just way too long. Tips: 1. Overestimate on the amount of wood that would need to be replaced. Anything over what is stated in contract will be extra charge at the end. 2. Be specific and thorough about exactly what you want to be done. Don't assume the crew will do X just because you would do X with Y. It's ok to be detailed in your requests because you are paying for their services. TLDR: Our experience with everyone from the company has been GREAT. We would definitely consider and highly recommend Purple Construction, Inc for their services in the future. read more

I always wanted to remodel my kitchen and make it an open floor plan. It took me several months to look around for a contractor because of so many horror stories with contractors. I picked Four (4) contractors read reviews and interviewed them. Purple Construction was the one I decided to go with I am so glad I did, they were so professional and respectful. Geo and Francisco both came and gave us our quote, they explained everything to me and my husband in a timely manner. Once the work started every employee that came to work at our house covered everything and cleaned up after themselves, I would leave them at my house on occasions unsupervised and never had a problem. Francisco would sometimes stop by after work to show us different floor samples he wanted me to be happy with the floor color and would make suggestions as well. The actual work they did was tearing down a wall, added a support beam to support the second level, new floor tile, new cabinets a complete kitchen remodel. Our kitchen came out so beautiful my family members come over and say it looks like a completely new house, it looks like a kitchen in a magazine. It seems like me and my husband made new friends through all this. I highly recommend Purple Construction.
