Save yourself a headache and find a more reputable company to replace your roof…read more Following a hail storm, PACC Solutions came to inspect the roof and stated there was damage and that insurance would likely cover a whole roof replacement. Kostas was the one who was going door-to-door. I had inquired about my $2K deductible and Kostas told me not to worry about it, they will cover my deductible for me. With that information, which I should've gotten in writing, I signed an agreement to have PACC Solutions contact my house insurance and start the process for a roof replacement. In the meantime, I was given contact information for Claudia who would be managing my roof project. It became almost impossible to get an update or receive a text back from Claudia. Would have to send texts, copy & pasted, multiple times a day for many days to get an answer. Then came time to decide on shingle colors and gutters. Wydler, part of the design team, came to show me the options and told me I owe my first half of my deductible now. I was confused and let him know Kostas had said they will cover my deductible for me and it wasn't something I should worry about. Wydler said it is illegal to offer to cover a deductible and that Kostas has been told multiple times in the past that he isn't supposed to promise that. Wydler said he has had many people tell him Kostas has promised to cover the deductible despite knowing it's illegal. I ended up paying my first half of my deductible that day. Roof was completed on 6/8/2026, there were lifted shingles through the entire back of the house and nails sticking out underneath them, so I reached out on 6/12/26 with my concerns. They scheduled for repairs to be completed on 6/16/26, sent over a confirmation which I agreed to. The weather continued with storms and rain throughout the summer. On 7/31/26, during a rainstorm, I woke up to the sound of dripping water in my kitchen. Water was coming through my kitchen cabinets, the ceiling, and onto the floor. They sent another technician, Anthony, on 8/4/26 who got up on the roof and discovered the issue. He pointed out a roof hook that has cables running from the power lines to my house, and said that's where the water is coming through. He stated the old bolt holes were not filled in prior to re-shingling my roof and that's why water was coming in. He said this is a common issue that they often miss. I asked why this doesn't get checked if they commonly miss this issue but did not get a direct answer, only an apology. Following this, the kitchen in my ceiling began ripping open until the drywall underneath was exposed. They sent their interior team on 8/19/26 with Felipe who then told me that this is such a simple fix, they will scrape the paint, sand it down, and repaint that area. PACC Solutions professional opinion to fix my ceiling after all that rain through the roof, through the attic, through the kitchen ceiling was to scrape & paint. I'm not sure if they thought because I am a woman, I wouldn't know better, it certainly felt like it. Thankfully, prior to this conversation and Felipe's solution, I had my uncle check out the damage. I had picture evidence of wet joists in the attic and wet insulation. I stood my ground and told Felipe this needs to have the drywall cut out & replaced, then sanding and painting, and finally replacing the insulation in the attic. He was very surprised when I asked for more than his solution. He finally agreed and we set a date. The kitchen ceiling repair started on 8/25/26 and on 8/27/26 another worker was to come and finish sanding, paint the ceiling, and replace the insulation. I knew not to trust PACC Solutions anymore, so when he said he was done, I went up to the attic myself to ensure insulation was added. It was not added. I used google translate to communicate with the worker that insulation was not added, he was adamant that it was. He got on the phone and called Felipe, who was not on site, who then tried to convince me that they added insulation, but I won't be able to tell because they used identical insulation. He would not listen to me saying that there are empty spots where insulation was removed but not replaced. He insisted I just can't tell the difference. After work, when I had more time, I went back up to the attic, into the spot and took pictures of the lack of insulation. Felipe then texts me saying, he sees it now, that previous worker must've had a heat stroke and didn't realize the insulation wasn't replaced. It seemed that they weren't expecting a woman to stand up for herself and tried to make excuses until they were presented with physical evidence.

We used SERVPRO in February this year when our kitchen flooded. It was a very stressful situation…read moreand we didn't know the extent of the damage right away. The SERVPRO crew came to our house within hours of our call and started the restoration process which included removal of tile and cabinets as well as using several large fans and dehumidifiers to dry the floor and drywall. After a few days Tony and his team were back at the house testing for remaining moisture and mold. Once we had the all clear my insurance company informed us the kitchen was a complete loss and had to be rebuilt. I spent the next several weeks working with my insurance company and trying to find my own contractors to now replace my entire kitchen. Having a full time day job this was extremely difficult and beyond stressful. When Jodi Thorton called to see how everything was going I updated her on my progress and explained how overwhelming the process was to find all of the different contractors I would need to build my kitchen. Once Jodi told me that SERVPRO performed Building and Reconstruction Services I requested her to do the work on the spot! Jodi was extremely professional and personable and managed every aspect of our kitchen rebuild! Every person that Jodi used on our project was on time, professional, and made sure they cleaned up after their work was completed. I would highly recommend SERVPRO for Restoration and Building and Reconstruction Services! Thank you for everything Jodi and for getting our kitchen back for us! Laura and Rick

I seldom write reviews, but feel the necessity to do so for this company because my experience was…read morevery positive. I had a leak in the top floor of my house. I'm an engineer, relatively knowledgeable about construction/houses, and do most of my own projects, but I was unable to pin-point this particular issue. Derek stopped by my house on a Saturday (which was more convenient for me). He inspected my interior/exterior and was one of the most honest, genuine people I've met. He could've suggested I need an expensive remedy (things I even suggested I felt might required), but he instead pointed out the reality of my issue which could be much more easily resolved and even carried out a partial solution immediately to ensure the forecasted rain would not enter my house. I've dealt with a lot of contractors/construction individuals and from my experience it's rare I find honest people that believe in doing the right thing to help people. Hence, I like to share and promote them when I do, and Derek is certainly one of them. I'd gladly recommend to a friend.

I called ServPro of Woodridge/Bolingbrook and got on top of it right away! John knew exactly what to do, and best of all he worked with my insurance company to get everything covered. Then he got his crew out to my house in no time. They removed all of the damaged carpeting, tile, baseboards, and dry wall. The industrial grade dehumidifiers and fans were set up to dry everything out quickly. After a few days of the fans doing their thing, John came back and moisture tested everything, removed the equipment and painted/fixed up the damaged areas. Their communication was excellent throughout the ordeal, their service was superb, and they had the knowledge and skills to return my house to the condition it was in before. If you have any type of water remediation that needs to be done, call John. These guys are the pros you need!!!

I am writing to formally address several outstanding issues and discrepancies that remain…read moreunresolved following recent service interactions and communications. My primary concern stems from what appears to be a systemic failure to honor warranty commitments and address persistent problems. Firstly, the electrical issues for which your team has conducted multiple site visits continue to be unrectified. This ongoing problem significantly impacts my home's functionality and safety. Secondly, regarding the hot water tank, there has been a notable absence of clear communication regarding project details or potential warranty limitations from the outset. Crucially, during his in-home visit, Mr. Brendan, the Project Manager, explicitly assured me that both the hot water tank and the associated labor for its repair would be fully covered under warranty. While he mentioned an inquiry with the manufacturer regarding labor coverage, the current stance that labor is not covered directly contradicts this explicit assurance. It is pertinent to note that the hot water tank is only three years old and carries a six-year manufacturer's warranty, and a five year warranty with Delmar. During a recent service call, I personally overheard your plumber confirming the active warranty status of the unit. Thirdly, the bathroom cabinet, also installed three years ago, has developed significant warping. Your representative, Mr. Mike H attributed this to alleged misuse, specifically suggesting infrequent fan usage or excessively hot water temperatures. I must clarify that I consistently use the bathroom fan during each shower, and my preference is for moderate, not extremely hot, water temperatures. These assumptions do not align with my actual usage habits and appear to be an attempt to sidestep the obligation to cover the associated repair costs. The overall standard of service and communication provided by your company has been consistently below acceptable levels. Documented issues and findings have not been adequately addressed. Specifically, Mr. Mike's email stating that the warranty does not cover labor charges for necessary repairs is perplexing, they did however offer to give me an estimate for labor cost, provided for these very labor costs on items are still explicitly under warranty. Furthermore, my experience has been marred by instances where initial work required rework due to apparent oversights, leading to considerable inconvenience. I have made multiple attempts to schedule a direct discussion with Mr. Mike H. regarding these pressing matters; however, I have consistently been informed of his unavailability, and despite my requests, my calls have not been returned. I possess comprehensively documentation, including emails, text messages, and photographic evidence, which substantiates all the claims outlined above, and the many , many issues that happened during the rebuildMy objective is to achieve a fair and prompt resolution based on the original commitments and warranty terms. I trust that these documented concerns will be given the serious and immediate attention they require. I would have preferred to share these photos with Mike H. In person but he refuses to meet with me. These are just a couple photos from the rebuild. I have many many more showing all the issues during the rebuild Sincerely, Jackie C.
