Owner came out and looked at scratches that were clearly new, and referred to her insurance company. (Acquity Insurance) I was informed by this company's insurance company that they have an exclusion that they do not cover anything that the cleaning company was brought into clean. I am stuck with a scratched floor and no recourse. Buyer beware with this company. If they cause damage in your home their insurance company will not cover the damages.

Unfortunately, after being ignored for weeks, I've given up hope that they will. They came to our unit to perform mitigation work after water damage caused by an upstairs neighbor. When they finished and left, we discovered that the cover for our ceiling fan junction box and one of our light fixtures were missing. I contacted them within an hour of them leaving, and initially they were responsive. However, they repeatedly sent me photos of an entirely different light fixture in a different room of our home (our kitchen instead of our living room) and insisted they hadn't removed anything. I explained multiple times that they were looking at the wrong room, and I even sent my own photos, but they continued to insist they were correct. Eventually, communication stopped. The supervisor, Aldo, called me once, but I wasn't able to answer immediately. I returned his call and sent a text within an hour, but I never received a response. Despite promising that the light would be replaced, I've been completely ignored ever since. We are now left without a light fixture and have to purchase a replacement ourselves and pay someone to install it. The lack of accountability and follow-through has been extremely disappointing. I understand mistakes happen, but ignoring a customer instead of resolving the issue is unacceptable.

Andrew arrived at my house, not in a company truck with no logos etc. He stated that he could diagnose my refrigerator and get it up and working. We called LG for a new compressor and a new memory board that was under warranty (free) from LG. It was shipped directly to my house. Andrew and a friend came back with hardly any tools needed for the job and replaced both items. I paid him $500! My refrigerator worked for a few weeks then stopped cooling. I called Andrew and after many attempts and days passed he got back to me. He came back and put additional coolant in the compressor and left. It never worked and after multiple weeks of texting and calling he never got back to me. I had a different repair company come out and that technician fixed the problem within two hours. He used a computer to update the memory board (something Andrew never did). This repair person told me all the things that Andrew and Arts Repair didn't do properly and just skipped in his workmanship. DO NOT USE ARTS APPLIANCES. Lack of customer service! Lack of trust. It seemed shady when he showed up and I should have gone with my gut and not used them. I called the local appliance store that told me about Arts Appliance (Andrew) and notified them of the situation. They stated that they should not have recommended Arts Appliance because it's a company policy not to refer business to other companies even if it is an LG. They told me that was their 2nd call of the day regarding Arts Appliance and the same scenario.

We suspected it might be the capacitor, but the first technician pushed for a new motor. The second technician didn't mention the capacitor or the motor and instead recommended replacing the entire unit for $9,000. Aquaduct diagnosed the problem as a faulty capacitor and replaced it. If we truly needed a new air conditioner, that would have been fine. Our current unit is 15 years old, and we understand that it might have been time. But what we wanted was an honest assessment, and that's exactly what Aquaduct provided. I highly recommend Aquaduct!

We had an extremely poor experience with Aquaduct Plumbing after they installed our water heater…read more The installation was not done correctly (dielectric union, flue and drain pan) and corrosion developed at the dielectric union within a few years. This issue was pointed out to their technician during a service visit, & we followed up by email with photos clearly showing the corrosion. They claimed it was not their fault and since it is outside the labor warranty they wouldn't take care of it. When the issue recently worsened and we asked them to stand behind their installation, they pointed to an expired labor warranty and then stopped responding to our emails entirely. A water heater installation should last far longer than this without corrosion at the fittings, and a reputable plumbing company should take responsibility when a clear installation issue is identified, regardless of elapsed time. Unfortunately that was not our experience with Aquaduct Plumbing. Now I have a 4 year old water heater that will likely need fully replaced because of this piece that is almost fully corroded. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Rob explained how he protected the coils by placing a canvus over the coil to collect all the debris, preventing debris from even touching the coil. Rob was referred by the NADCA website.
