I absolutely loved the thermogenic gel color!!! I'm obsessed with it. I also appreciate being able to have a conversation with her as she works on my nails. Most other places, the nail technicians don't want to speak to you, or worse yet, have conversations about you behind your back in another language. I called ahead and was told someone was available, who could do good designs, so I came in and also decided to get a pedicure for the first time there. I showed pictures of what I wanted, and while one design was agreed on, I was told another was "too much." During the appointment, the nail tech even asked another employee how to do the design and said he wanted to "try" it on me, which immediately made me uncomfortable because I'm very picky about my nails. He was very nice and friendly, but unfortunately I left disappointed because we didn't even do the design I originally showed. My pedicure was cleaned up well, but the polish application and French tip were not done well at all. I wasn't planning to leave a review, but after only a few days one of my nails broke from lightly scratching my leg. That was the final disappointment. Even after leaving unhappy, I still left a tip.

Santorini Nail Lounge was a delightful surprise. First of all, it is bright, clean and elegant without being over the top. I was very comfortable. Everyone was polite and efficient. I was there for a pedicure and Maya was my technician. She was very good and I was happy with the outcome. She was understanding of my request to not use pure acetone at all. I brought my own polish and polish remover. The basic pedicure was $30. Services have inflated quite a bit over the years but I think that they are in line with the current economy. The nail techs, Bill and Cindy started working on our nails and were very nice and friendly. Bill did a wonderful job on my pedicure and made sure I had a great experience. I had no wait as a walk-in and asked for an sns manicure and a regular pedicure. They're basic pedicure goes for 30 bucks and includes a very thorough, callous removal. I've never had my feet so smooth and I go to the nail shop on the regular. All of their pedicure chairs are also massage chairs so make sure to take advantage of that as soon as you sit down. Great nail color selection and they were able to easily match my toenail polish to one of the dip colors. Dip ran around $45 if I remember correct. It was very quick and efficient, done while I was still in the pedicure chair and extremely neat. No excess polish stuck in my cuticles or on my fingers. The staff here are super considerate and removed a tip at no charge for a woman who came in randomly as I was sitting under the UV light drying my toes. I would definitely come back again and I'm honestly surprised the rating for this place is not higher.

When I mentioned the 11am appointment time, they told me to just go into the room and wait. I was then told my girl would be "almost done and get to me soon," yet they started work on the people who came in after. That's when I saw the disgusting surrounding in which they planned to apply eyelashes and do my eyebrows. Are the kidding?!! They are playing with people's SIGHT.
