Disgusting place, horrible service. Absolutely stay away. FAR away. First off this place is a total health hazard. The waxing/eyebrow room is FILTHY. I'm not exaggerating. Dirty bottles, old wax everywhere, lash glue just sitting out, dust, even toilet paper everywhere. Tons of brown stains. I have pictures. It's a nightmare. I ended up having to walk out of a place for the first time in my life. That's, of course, after waiting almost an hour to be served. I called yesterday morning asking if they had any availability for eyebrow waxing and lash service today. I asked for their earliest appointment, whatever time that was. She told me 11am. I got here a little early, and the place was packed. After signing in, no one acknowledged me. I waited for FIFTY MINUTES past my appointment time. They even tried to take people who came in after me before I spoke up. They hadn't overlooked me, turns out they knew what I was here for and just had me waiting. When I mentioned the 11am appointment time, they told me to just go into the room and wait. I was then told my girl would be "almost done and get to me soon," yet they started work on the people who came in after. That's when I saw the disgusting surrounding in which they planned to apply eyelashes and do my eyebrows. Are the kidding?!! They are playing with people's SIGHT. We came on a Saturday at 10:40am. Waited 5mins to get seated which was awesome because I usually have to wait 30-40mins at other places on a Saturday! I got a pedicure it was done by nathalie and let me just say. She was awesome. Very nice, attentive and she asked every question you need to ask when getting a pedicure. I absolutely recommended. I asked for the most expensive pedicure because I wanted the longest massage that was supposed to be 15-18 minutes. Also, there were supposed to be rose petals but were not. The message was 8 minutes total at best. I tried to say something but the sweet little lady could not understand. I wish they would have listened or asked if I was happy. It was clear I was bothered. This shop literally ripped my nail in half bleeding and all and then put ALCOHOL on it and told me not to look at it!! I played it cool because I don't like to get belligerent especially in a public setting where black people are already looked at as aggressive.. so I smiled relaxed tried to take the pain. I thought she would give me a discount for my inconvenience because I couldn't even enjoy my 40$ pedicure IN A BOX because my pinky finger was hurting so bad... she did not. I've decided to report this establishment to the Health Department. My nails look horrible, each finger a different length and shape. They do not have any technicians to work on customers. Some guy with a construction bag of tools started on my nails and when I asked if he was an employee there, they said "he was just filling in for them". So, I ask that someone who worked there do my nails when another guy that was working on the front door came over and did my gel nails which look horrible. For my pedicure, the lady put nasty towels on my legs (supposedly a hot towel treatment), the towels were visibly dirty and cold. I am going to get my nails done over at another salon today, because they look so bad, I cannot tolerate them a day longer. Using nasty towels is a health hazard. For the health of all involved, I think the Health Department needs to pay a visit. read more

Wow, I can't believe it's nearly been two years since my last review. I still love going to this place. They are excellent. They really take good care of your nails, and have many loyal customers. They are very clean! If one of your concerns is whether the nail salon is clean, you can rest assured that they will take good care of you. I go there to rest, relax and laugh. Plenty of colors to choose from! I got a pedicure and sns on my nails. At first they tried charging me $5 extra for tips, $5 extra for ombré, $5 extra for coffin shape, and they tried charging me $5 extra for the length too... I've never heard of that before. It ended up being $50 in total for the sns after I questioned the pricing. That just seemed crazy to me. Jackie did my sns for me, she did a good job. Well... I don't usually right reviews, but as this was the worst experience I've ever had getting my nails done, so I felt it was necessary to explain why. After having an appointment I had to wait 39 extra minutes, then when i finally sit down the employees were very rude. For example when my nail tech was cleaning something and I had to looked at my cuticle,as it was bleeding, she looked at me and said "do you want you're nails done or not" very unprofessional... after that I had mentioned that it wasn't the nicest way to speak to me and he had threw her tools down and told me she wouldn't finish my nails. I had this very ridiculous as I was asking to be spoken too in a more respectful tone. This place was terrible. I am new to writing Yelp reviews, but I believe in customer approval. I went in last week for a gel manicure and left halfway through. My technician butchered my nail beds and cut me so badly on my cuticles that I was bleeding. I asked her to stop immediately and left with the saddest nails ever. I would avoid them at all costs and give negative stars if I could...I gave them FOUR chances, hands and feet and that is MY bad.....Most of the employees seemed extremely disinterested in the fact that any clients had the nerve to show up. One seemed actually annoyed as she was working on my fingernail dip....she was careless and rough. My nails weren't looking very good...I wanted to leave in the middle of it but I was stuck.That was my last visit but I had to put up with them looking pretty messy for three weeks. Most don't speak English, or pretend they don't so they don't have to communicate...I am not a picky person and really wanted to like them, as a good friend took me there the first time..she and I ended up going somewhere else...for good. Their prices are quite high for the quality of work,...If you enjoy being treated like you don't matter, give them a try.. To be fair, I think the owner/manager is very nice and speaks English and probably does a great job herself,,, but she's very difficult to get in with, probably because she's the only one who seems to care and do a good job. read more

The folks here are fast friendly and courteous. Always does a good job. I went to this place for a long time just because of its convenient location (across from Marshall's & T J Maxx ). When it comes to nail salons I look for the best massage chairs. Yeah, I suppose that is not the most important component when it comes to a solid nail salon. However, in my case I feel a nail place is a nail place. They paint my nails and it looks nice, but do they have a massage chair that makes me fall asleep? That is a deal breaker for me. Needless to say, their chairs are weak. I need some major kneading features to get through my knots. That is why I am paying $40 bones for this pedicure! I do love the staff here. They are very friendly and usually seat you right away. I say yeh for this place when you just happen to be shopping around in North Cobb and want to end the day with a nice mani/pedi. read more

I have been coming here for years. Cindy and her husband are the owners, who by the way are fantastic. Cindy specializes in everything & her husband's pedicures are unmatched! I particularly love how Cindy designs my S&S nails. She also does a great job when I want some lashes last minute. Jackie & Selena are some of the best nail techs around. I had a great experience. They stayed late for me and my toes look good and my feet feel so much better. Jessica did my pedicure and I think she did a great job. I got the $33 pampermint pedicure and it was a really nice service. The products smelled nice and Jessica gave a great massage. I don't live anywhere near here, so I doubt I will be back unless I have to come up here for some reason, but I think she did a great job and I super appreciate their time and their service. Not to happy with my visit. Let me first start off by sayin I had on a skirt and the tech just threw a towel at me to cover up, which She should've handed it to me. At that point I should've exit the building ,but I was already seated in the water. It was nice to talk with the customers, but the pedi started off bad when the tech made me bleed when she was cleaning my cuticles. Oh wait , not enough soap in the lukewarm water. However the pedi turned out OK. That's part of the reason for my rating. On the other hand my mani turned out horrible.. I was in the salon on 4/11/2015 my mani looks RIDICULOUS as I write this review. $$$$$ Wasted on the basic package it wasn't worth it, because of that reason I will not return. Worst pedicure I've ever had after having to wait for over an hour and then being sat at a pedicure chair for another 30 minutes. This would have been okay if it was to soak but they did not put any water in the tub so I was just sitting in a different place. Then when I finally get the pedicure Mary spent more time trying to up sale me on getting gel polish instead of paying attention to what she was doing. I told her I don't like my nails short. She cut them short. I told her I like them clean and square she made every nail crooked. I HAD TO FILE MY OWN NAILS STRAIGHT. She proceeded to tell me that it was because I was sitting on top like I don't get a pedicure every two weeks for the last at least 20 years. She didn't even get all the skin and cuticle but instead used a ton of oil to try to cover it up. Sis if it's time to retire just say that then but don't be lazy with my me time chile! Even Andrew was commenting about one foot, 1/2 price while I was receiving services. Now Cindy did not charge 1/2 price. After she claimed to make adjustments I paid 2-3 dollars less. If there was a such thing as negative stars, then I would have rated this place as such. I went in to get a Pedicure with Gelish. When I sat down, a guy who BARELY spoke English came and ran water. The water was CLOUDY! I asked if the bowl had been cleaned and he claimed it had. YET.....there were what looked like TOENAIL CLIPPINGS in the water! I pointed that out and he proceeded to take them out. That was my first clue that I should have run the other way. He put NO soap in the water, but I let that slide too. I already had Gelish on my toenails, and I let them know at the beginning that I would need a takeoff, as well. Do you know he sat down with a CUTICLE NIPPER and proceeded to try to PEEL THE GELISH OFF OF MY TOES!?!?!?!?!? He was attempting to take the cuticle nippers (which looked like one he has used on all of the clients), grab the edge of the gelish and try to peel it off. You do NOT, under any circumstances, peel Gelish off. You will literally take a layer of nail off if you do that. If ANY nail salon tries to peel existing Gelish off, then you should not be letting them do your nails. I let him know that Gelish isn't supposed to be peeled off (which I should not have had to even mention), and he says "Yes you can, it won't hurt the nail". At that point, I got up and left. All I can say is.....NEVER AGAIN. Not only do the employees not know what they are doing, but I really want to know how you can expect to serve the American public if you don't speak English. It's my fault for not going to my usual salon, but I work about 40 miles from it, and didn't have the time to go. Please don't waste your time here. You'll regret it. read more

Stay away! It's not the same management anymore. I loved this place before the new people took over. My experience there today was the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. Unprofessional! The first technician, after stepping away twice to use his phone, just left and I was told someone else was finishing it. I guess he couldn't make it through a pedicure without smoking because that's where he went for the rest of my visit at this salon. Then the manicure starts with one technician, finished by another. The second one steps in from smoking (different smoker than the first pedicure technician) so the rest of the manicure, all I could smell was cigarette smoke. Fabulous. As if it couldn't get worse, when he got to the massaging part (which I politely declined twice but he still did anyway) his smoke smelling hands mixed with the lotion and I went home smelling of cigarettes and cheap lotion. Even my husband could smell it when I got home. Disgusting! I do not recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of nail salons to choose from. Spend your money elsewhere. Any of them would be better than this one! read more

I work across the street from their salon, and they dropped some flyers saying that they're under new management and I thought I'd give it a try.. I have never been so disappointed, I don't even know where to begin, I waited over 45 minutes to be seen for just a REGULAR POLISH CHANGE, not even a manicure, just polish change, then when I was finally called the lady was EXTREMELY RUDE, she held and threw my hands like they were some object, and they didnt change the towell, there were nails from the previous costumer and I was disgusted.. The guy who actually painted my nails smelled like cigarrettes and did an AWFUL job, I had to come home and clean the corners and apply a top coat. Will never come back again nor recommed this place to any of our clients. Once again, I'm extremely disappointed. read more
